It is not easy, it is very hard these days, but it is possible just takes ages to get Uk passport these days, almost 12 years.

Autobahn is very correct. I remember last year I took flix bus from Hamburg to Magdeburg. We arrived at Wolfsburg (VW headquarters ) about 10 pm and we changed bus to a VW transporter 14 seater bus. That night on the Autobahn from Wolfsburg to Berlin the driver was doing steady 180km/hr and sometimes 160km/hr. Even at that speed some vehicles were still overtaking the bus with ease. Within 45 minutes I was already in Magdeburg.

U need to drive it to feel it.
However, there is a place in the US you can do such on a straight line for almost 4 hours driving

You get to enjoy a mercedes benz every time you hail a cab.

Germany has one of the best urban and national transportation networks in the world (the high speed trains in china are built by Siemens).

If you have not raced on the Autobahn, then you have not earned the rights to call yourself a driver .

People talk about racism, I experienced undiluted racism in the usa while i lived there, one of the reasons I returned to good old Deutschland. Canada is not as racist though.

In all, I think these are 2 countries anyone who is willing to work hard and respect the laws should seriously consider moving to. If you are not willing to learn a new language as much, that it becomes a barrier in your choice making process, then the individual is not ready to succeed in his or her quest just yet.

Rights regards the language bit, I was looking more on the Hit the ground running ie study to get an NVQ in Nursing and get a Job B4 they move to other things assuming they have the rights to work. Germany has a bigger manufacturing infrastructure. What do you expect, you guys have the largest deposit of Iron Ore in Europe.As per Brexit, the Uk is the Economic hub of Europe at the moment, let us see what Brexit brings, I think our problem with the Eu started when you guys decided to let every Tom Dick and Harry join the EU, even Turkey where running their mouth but since Brexit they shut it. Education works way different in Germany than it does say, in Nigeria.

Practical education eg. The politechnics (Fachhochschulen) brought Germany to the very high technical standards that propelled this country's economy to the premium position in Europe. Apprenticeship closely followed behind.

A University education, while prestigious is not a guarantee of a best paying emplomet here. Competence from out of the door is key, and that what a politechnic education offers. Now, some of that has changed now that we changed over to the 4 years bachelor and 2 years masters system.

Some states did introduced tuition usually not exceeding 500 euros per semester a while back, and there is a very robust students loan system called Bafög that is available for those who need assistance.

Its good you did say Loan, some people on here belong to the school of thought thta Education is 110% free in Germany

You are still a baby when it comes to these things, I have lived abroad for almost 20 years.I am almost done with Europe and going back 9ja, I have seen the good the bad and ugly, there are very few places in the world that matters that i ain't been to.SO when I see people who just got to Europe 3 years ago claiming to know it all I take the sit back and laugh attitude.I was very young when I came to Europe, I was lucky that's all I can say!

I live in Germany for many years, I think that Canada is better in terms of easy integration, less racism, feeling belong to the society and peace of mind. Germany is just good for working and making money if one have good paper but less friendly environment.

Thank you, one of my classmate moved from Germany after 15 years.he Joined the Police force here in the Uk as we speak. He told me that can never happen in Germany.I don't know how true but that was what he said. There loads of Nigerian Doctors, Engineers, lawyers in the UK

All the director of my division has is an OND. There are like 100 engineers under him. Some of our VP have only their trade certificate and have like 200 engineers reporting to them. There are several vases like that all over.
I am not down playing level of education. Just saying that in Canada, having lots of educatiom does not equal higher wages.

Well, it depends on the individual involved. German language has level ranging from A1 to C1.

If you are very determined, you can move to A2 within three months at worst.

I'm not into the German language, would you say A2 level will allow you to pass the entrance to do a Diploma equivalent?
