Card reader can only give number of voters accredited but not the result because the voting was done manually. ie, you used ink to thumb print on a paper which was counted at the end of the day.
What d card reader does afterwards is to ascertain the numbers of total voters with the number of accredited voters by the card.

You can't tell who and who voted for who using the card reader because it doesn't specify who you voted for.

Let me also tell you that nobody has the election data as INEC is yet to release it which makes all these online figures suspicious because if Atiku has these figures, he wouldn't have asked the court to order INEC to give him.

Oga stop confusing ursef. The weight at cold temperature is the number before the W, in this case '5' while weight at hot temperature is the number after the W. The only advantage u get by using 5w20 is a slight improvement in fuel economy which can be negligible as car gets older. 5w30 will not cause sludge or any damage to an engine that requires 5w20. But when u reverse it then we might have a case as u don't want to use a thinner oil when manufacturer recommend a thicker one at hot temperature.

Bross no problem no need to drag am since U sabi pass the manufacturers we will leave it there, for me my RRS says 5W20, I'm using that till the car dies.If ur car says 5W20 U can us 5w30 in urs.I rest my case.

You don’t buy a car in Washington and ship Texas. You must consider Baltimore port. This is were the shipping agent comes in. They have network of tow truck guys all over the states. All he has to do is to call someone in Washington to pick your car and drop it off at Baltimore if you prefer Roro.

This is where u get it wrong. 5w20 and 5w30 have the same viscosity when cold, but 5w20 thins out faster at hot temperature. Nothing wrong in using 5w30 in an engine that requires 5w20. The little bit of thickness u gain when hot privides better protection especially in high mileage cars. But using 5w20 in an engine that requires 5w30 is not advisable.

Now you lost me, the viscosity is the weight one is W20 the other is W30 , so you are telling me something that weighs 20 is the same as 30 seriously? please tell me you are joking. Your Engine bores for water and Oils are friction proof stays the same dimension unless ur Engine fails. Look if ur Engine cost N80k you can even run it with cooking Oil but if It will set you back N500k to 1m, you might just want to stick with what the book says.

I don't understand ur question, but I know both oils have same weight when cold. 5w30 is slightly thicker when hot. If 5w20 is not available there is absolutely nothing wrong in using 5w30. And for a high mileage car 5w30 will offer better protection depending on the condition of the engine. Even some manufacturers that recommend 5w20 still recommend 5w30 if car is old and will be driven in temperate regions most of the times.

ok the car Engine is most vulnerable to friction at startup cos all Oils are at the Sump and it relies on the Oil pump to send the Oil up asap when the Engine turns(this is where wear and tear takes place the most no OIL)
Now at startup you use a heavier Oil what do you think will be happening every morning you start your car??

Barrels are shipped in containers, people who deal with cars for sale do not have time to buy goods in their cars from the USA, you will only find this in the Uk, Europe and Asia,The vast majority of cars are bought at IAA then transported.

Question 2... The owner (shipper) of the car puts what he wants in his car not the agent. Agents can pack goods anywhere inside container.
Question 3 ... There are reliable off loading guys around warehouses near wharf you can use.

I1 if I put two hundred laptops in my car from Uk to 9ja I will only dave #100 approx 45k

The US shippers hardly put other goods in their containers, this is the practice of Europe people and Asian countries cos the vast majority of shippers are Nigerians in them places.

Nothing is wrong. 5w30 is a little bit thicker than 5w20, they are both thin synthetic oils compared to 20w50. In fact it might even be an advantage for high mileage cars so the oil won't be too thin at high temperature.

Let me see, at what point is ur car Engine more vulnerable to oil dispensation? when your car is at high temperature or B4 it starts?

PS{Your answer will make it clearer the reason we use manufacturer specific OIL.

To answer the second part of your question. When you ship your cars loaded with goods inside a container, wharf rat cannot open the container. Only during inspection would it be opened and your agent would be there.

to answer your first part
There are certain cars you cant add goods to, ie if Im shipping 5 cars and they are all high value say 46million naira and above, are you telling me as a shipping agent you are going to put goods inside?
2, Now let assume I buy danfo and you decide as a shiping agent to load goods inside and me now decided to use mynephew who is a clearing agent to clear the car, how do you get your goods without me charging you for space gained?
for the last part,its even easier to still your goods if the whole container is not offloaded at your own yard, if its one of those yards around ladipo or tin can,sorry ohh those boys are even worse off.
