We're so good but our leaders are so bad. No encouragement at all. Na to steal money. Now, dem don dey steal votes join |
plaindealer:I never knew Rhodes-Vivor Family were from igboland. Mo tun gbo tuntun lęnu urchin loni . These guys sha! Lol |

I watched Sanwoolu on channelstv a few minutes ago. He's depreciated so much. I almost concluded he's contracted a terrible ailment. The reason isn't far-fetched. It's because of the forthcoming guber election . Obidients have put him under unprecedented pressure in a bid to return to power. This is all I've been advocating. Politicians wouldn't be sitting down in the office henceforth and be expecting the status quo. Their gullible followers would get sense someday. You don't have to wait until election time before showing emphaty or discharging your constitutional duties as politicians. No free votes anymore. Let's come out en Mass and vote GRV come Saturday. Those who call themselves afobaję in politics were as young as GRV when they joined politics and ruled. Sadly, they've refused to leave our political space and allow youths takeover . They keep padding their age and their ignorant supporters are ok with it. We're warming up in Alimosho already. Eko o ni baję ju bayi lo

Case closed once obi does that but he won't, cos na Court go decide what to do concerning the daylight robbery. You can buy during primaries the presidential candidacy but not defraud the electorate to get presidency and think you can get away with it |
savcy:Exactly. Most females don't wear bra or panties at the gym. There's cctv everywhere so, its possible he had been caught peeping several times. He must have been distracted each time he visited , focusing his attention on those women instead of facing what he came for..some people lack manners |
magoo10:Exactly, to buy bullets and okada. ElRufai knew why he was ranting . Do you hear him anymore? |
nadige:Yes ooo. Thing's are changing now. On a normal day, this how a leader should show care, not only during elections |
Is oro in Nigerian constitution ?. This man fall my hand walahi , despite how much i like him. No wahala nah, election will be conducted on Sunday 19th . Iyen tun nko? |
seguno2:uwc bro |
seguno2:Each time I post comments here on NL, I always had my facts. I gain nothing by making false statements, even though we may have our political differences. I heard it, even before the newspapers published it. Im sure you know how budgets are being formulated, either deficit or surplus, cumulatively
|
tamdun:You see what am saying? And some people would be staying another thing, despite the obvious. Likewise, I've voted apc several times in the past. I voted buhari in 2015. Nobody cares if you steal but provide the basic things. Roads, infrastructure, security, etc. If you like, steal the rest. People aren't asking for too much. Sadly, even the basics, they're ignoring, despite the huge resources at our disposal in lagos . Did you know, despite ambode's massive projects, his government still declared budget surplus? You and i know why he was removed. People are wiser now. They're too comfortable and it's because nobody is challenging them . |
puremaker7:Aboru canal swept people away last year during flooding. Sanwoolu was called, he never showed up. It's not only during election that a leader is supposed to show empathy, just to get their votes. Every leader should walk their talk. We all know GRV is a buttie, who can't speak Yoruba well. That doesn't change the fact that he's lagosian and of yoruba descennt. This guy visited the Aboru area and promised to do something. Gone are those days when politicians would be expecting free votes. Times are changing now. Its good for democracy |
puremaker7:I never said LP won epe. I said...Alimosho was next to Epe in population of Muslims in Lagos...yet LP won here. Number of churches in Alimosho is lower, when compared to other areas in Lagos as well. So, if religion played a key role, APC would have won in Alimosho . We have our peculiar issues. Lagos state government under sanwoolu did nothing here in 4 years. Aboru canal swept away people during flooding last year. Sanwoolu was called, he turned a deaf ear. GRV visited those areas and promised to dredge it . Elders here aren't supporting sanwoolu as well. That's the point |
Just 21.91%? ![]() |
Ballmer:I know of my own LG. Sanwoolu did nothing here. Ask people where Alimosho is, and come ask questions when less busy. He's not known here an the result was evident on the 25th of Feb. Did you think APC didn't campaign here? Did you think they didn't spend money? Ambode was going to be compensated for his massive projects during the primaries that were to reelect him. On getting to the venue, they sent back all the Alimosho delegates. They said the instruction was from above. He'd have been reelected with the voting by the Alimosho delegates. When some people who know nothing about lagos politics are talking, I'd just read and pas cos they don't know what's up. They keep accusing ibos, maybe because obi the LP candidate is ibo. What a great mistake. |
puremaker7:Keep repeating what sanwoolu said to you guys. Both Christians and Muslims voted Labour in Alimosho. Alimosho is next to Epe on population of Muslims in Lagos. Why did LP win here if what you're saying was true?. Leave sanwoolu to keep dreaming. We don't know him here. Any Alimosho member on NL would attest to this. I'm not making false allegations. He did nothing here. God bless Ambode. |
raskymonojendor:I told you where there were ringing, we had our proofs. we didn't just shout rigging. We had all LP as polling agents who snapped all the signed result sheets...by other party agents as proofs. The agege rigging was not even done professionally . We shall meet in court |
DWJOBScom:We no gree. Come to Alimosho, you'd pity people. It rained cat and dog yesterday. Those living in dad's house called and told me Aboru canal was not passable. Only ambode remembered us. They only come every election period to sweep our votes away knowing we have the largest Population in lagos . You'd never see them again after they take office |
puremaker7:...the way we shouted rigging when we delivered our LG for labour on the 25th Feb? Where there were rigging, we had proofs and the court will decide on that when the time comes. . Shebi you guys were ranting that ibos voted apc out in lagos on the 25th? Whe some of you guys included Alimosho, Somolu, kosofe, the predominantly yoruba LGAs in Lagos as areas where igbo voted labour party, where their population is less than 10% in Alimosho alone, then i stopped tackling you guys. This also was a proof that most of you aren't resident in lagos...you know nothing, just displaying emotions on NL. In Lagos, we have other tribes living with us. Not only igbos. But you gullibility put everything on them. Here, there are fulanis, hausas, itshekiris, urhobos isokos, benins, kalabaris, kajes, etc who also vote here every 4 years. You know nothing about Lagos. Ibos hardly come out on election day to vote. Why did King Sunny Ade son win in igbo dominated areas if they actually worked against yorubas as you ignorantly claim? Concentrate on matters that concern you while we deal with ours . It's us lagosians who said we don't want the tyrany of Tinubu anymore and that still stands. Lagos isn't developing |
...and so? GRV we know. Some apc campaigners were chased away at Ekoro area of Alimosho yesterday by awon omo adugbo stoning the hell out of them. Incidentally, they were dancing past when the boys were pasting GRV posters on the traffic light area. When I said we don't know sanwoolu in Alimosho, urchins were ranting . Saturday is closer. Why not come and vote sanwoolu in Alimosho then, since you want to impose sanwoolu on us? You guys would be outside lagos and be dictating to us on what to do in our state. 25th of Feb election in lag hasn't taught you guys enough lesson. Just continue. |
Great move. Alimosho will do you proud, omoluabi eko. We're ready. Sanwoolu isn't known to us |
Laple0541:We don't know sanwoolu here is Alimosho. GRV lawa mo |
ednut1:The babe isn't lying anything. I have a doctor friend who once faced this difficulty, if you truly live in Canada, I can post her name and facility so you can find her. When she first landed, those Canadians would prefer to go to another doctor to attend to them and avoid my friend, just because of her accent. Later on, some of them, who don't care would go to her. There was a comment section where every patient had to give their responses to Dr's care. Guess what? A lot of them opened up that the reason they always avoided her was because of her poor accent. Others said they didn't hear what she was saying so they always avoided her. Some said , despite her poor accent, she remained a good doctor. Some , after hearing those good reports changed their minds and were always going to her for examination and treatment. Today, Jumoke has one of the best private hospitals in Canadian province where she lives. Jumoke Agbii is her name. She's in Calgary |

Kobonaire4:You made some points. Leadership goes beyond party to be honest and that's why I didn't mention labour party in my post. The truth is, most of these attacks are politically motivated. What's the population of herders, compared to those people they attack all the time? Why would they report their planned attack to military but nothing would be done ? At times, the military would ransack communites homes ahead of the planned attack and mop up their local guns so that, by the time the terrorists finally arrive, they'd be on the killing spree. APC knows all these sponsors but kept quiet and they'd continue to keep quest as long as the same people remain in power. The apc faulted those sponsors arrested and prosecuted by the UAE government. They said they didn't give them fair hearing, instead of applauding them, just imagine |
Svoboda:I don't know of other LGAs but in Alimosho where I grew up, sanwoolu did nothing. He's not known here. |
seanwilliam:Sanwoolu isn't known in Alimosho. He did nothing |
Kobonaire4:With good leadership in place regardless of party, tell me how fulani herdsmen would attack. Sadly, they'd notify the communities of an attack, the people would report them to the fed government and security operatives but they'd do nothing until they arrive and have a field day. The moment they leave, then the military and police would arrive and begin intimidating innocent people meanwhile, the terrorists had left. Sometimes, the military would do home search and mop up local guns used by those communities to defend themselves ahead of terrorist invasion and when the finally invade, the communities people would be left with nothing to defend themselves Yari thought zamfara would be free.imce he joined the apc...has anything changed? The last time I checked, they killed them last week and the same apc is still in power. |
festacman:Your last sentence will work only with good leadership in place. Not the type of corrupt people with questionable character in place. We all pray for and want Nigeria to be greater. Those in support of the corrupt politicians should just pay a visit to Kenya...Obama visited Kenya and the country is much better today. He also visited SA. Investors consider country's reputations before investing. Its worrisome Nigeria being giants of Africa didn't make the list. That speaks volumes. |
They voted the useless party that refused to help them curtail insecurity. What can one say to this matter again? I don't even know. |
Alba3:Okay then, ipob shamed apc in Alimosho by voting for LP. They brought them into our LG from Abia to vote. Hope you're happy now. |
