In Nigeria's politics and political sphere, I've not heard of a case whereby an incumbent holder of whatever political post continues the work of his predecessor. Everyone wants to be praised for carrying out their own project and not just doing a completion of someone else's project.

" so if for example u are employed as an engineer in a firm to replace a previous engineer who was overseeing a project are u going to abandon the project the previous engineer was overseeing and star or own? which company will allow u do that?

If you joined the people that voted him, it is your business.

My reason for quoting the dude was to let him know it is not possible for someone to become governor without the support of Edo South unless the election was rigged. If he believes the average Bini man didn't vote his candidate, it means they rigged. End of!

He only specified WORKS. You don't expect roads to be built under 4yeara in the whole of Nigeria. Maybe a 6 yr tenure or something should be used, that way even if the person ends up doing nothing, the presidency can decide to replace such minister.

is governance not continuous? if he is unable to complete a project the next minister will continue where he left off. it is not a must for him to finish all the projects he initiates.
