Apart from the great run, am I the only one looking at the refs with disgust
For doing what?

20 point lead blown like a C4. Down to 7 now. Cherubim and Seraphim causing wahala with his fouls and bad shooting. The ball cannot seem to find its way to PG13s hands. 91-84. 4th Q to fight and die for the Pacers.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 1:51am On Apr 21, 2017
Back to 20. Back to Back 3s from Pacers responsible. Cavs are getting outrebounded but their 2nd half defense should encourage them going into game 4.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 1:42am On Apr 21, 2017
25 point lead shrunken to 15. Pacers getting all the 2nd chance opportunities but keep missing.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor:
74-49 at half time? I doubt Pacers would score 74 points at half time past Phoenix. I don't know what is going on with the Cavs today but I cannot pretend the signs were not there all along. If Pacers sustain this run into the 3rd Q there would be no need for the 4th Q.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 1:06am On Apr 21, 2017
22 point lead and Larry Bird still isn't happy.

Pacers playing out of their minds.

In this game a 26 point lead is not safe.

Still observing. PG13 fuégo!

That guy is sarcastic. grin

Lemme help you here, if you see Smooshchn or Eruditor or any Warriors fan on Westbrook's case, they're going savage cheesy
grin grin

At all. I may not like him but I can never deny how good he is. I still maintain that they could have done more if he accepted to do less without gainsaying the fact that they have needed his heroics more often than not. But what happened in the 4th Q was straight-up why I do not like him.

Please bear in mind, he used to do stuff like that when KD was in the team.

We did not sign well this term or last. We excused the ATM loss in the UCL because we still won a double. We flattered for most of the season but many due to blind loyalty kept defending Enrique because MSN bailed him out severally. The bubble has burst and I thank heavens Enrique will go season end. We need newer players in key areas and a revamp of our playing strategy (or atleast a retweaking).

I am not listening to the BS by the hack-pundits on ESPN and co who think our run is done. MSN are still young and in their prime. Busquets, Piqué, Umtiti, Sergio and Ter Stegen are still very much within the same bandwith. If we get things right we would be competing on all fronts next season.

Next stop, humbling Madrid and slowing their run to winning La Liga. I know they would get KOed in the semis of the UCL provided they play Juve or ATM. Monaco could hurt them but I fear inexperience and being awestruck.

Truest thing I've seen today.
He has 45 goals this season and a hattrick of tap-ins in a quarter final (not final oh) by someone else will make that person Balon d'or.

I mean the type of things we read here.

Javale our best player thus far. Curry and Klay struggling. Great D from Blazers on them but is it sustainable?
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 4:41am On Apr 20, 2017
16 point lead blown to 4. Last 8 shots missed. The rotation did not work Kerr.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 4:20am On Apr 20, 2017
Green seems to be a better passer than Curry. I am liking the energy we are playing with. It is really confusing Portland, who are trying to get McCollum in this game.

More of this 2nd quarter.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 4:09am On Apr 20, 2017
Curry. Stop. Missing. Free. Throws.

yeah like the one he sent to oladipo and he missed?
He was 4 of 19 himself in that quarter alone. Still trust your teammates. Anderson did not shoot well himself but he kept receiving the ball.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:56am On Apr 20, 2017
No KD. No Livingston.

We would have to do it another way even though I expect a tough game.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:37am On Apr 20, 2017
114-104. Oladipo was garbage in this game but largely because he kept attempting off-rhythm shots.

1:22 mins left. I think Houston have this. Couple big 3 points helped.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:33am On Apr 20, 2017
3 ball killing OKC. They were better with 2nd chance points though. I know RW is the only person hot but there are a couple of his team mates hanging around unmarked that could attempt to make some uncontested 3s. His problem is, he is trying to force it.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:20am On Apr 20, 2017
RW is playing his heart out. Have to give it to him. 101-100 in Rocket's favor.

The rockets will come out strong
They are home they ought to. You guys should focus on getting them off the arc as that is where they plan to camp in this 4th Q. It will rain 3s if you guys don't forestall it.

you just said my mind...our team solely depends on.westbrook....
Every other person is off rhythm. Including Oladipo. They cannot win this game if Russell scores 60pts. They need to spread it to stand a chance.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:05am On Apr 20, 2017
89-86 to end the 3Q. The 4th Q will be blood, sweat and tears.

Edit: Scoreline is In favor of OKC.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:01am On Apr 20, 2017
At this point, I have to blame Donovan for making Westbrook the end-all be-all of OKC. He just stepped out for less than a minute and Houston go on a 7-0 run.

86-81 with a minute to spare.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 2:56am On Apr 20, 2017
OKC are playing solid D on Houston by taking away their 3-ball. Harden is struggling with his FGs as well as passes. Russell Westbrook keeps hitting big shot after big shot and OKC lead by 12 in this 3rd quarter. They are looking tired though but for Houston to get anything from this game they would need their 3-ball back as they are 4/18 from there. They are getting kilt on the boards as well.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by Eruditor: 9:42pm On Apr 19, 2017
I pray Juve or Monaco win this.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:15am On Apr 19, 2017
Close one Toronto. I am not comfortable with the way you are playing as I fear an upset in the series. Game 3 will tell.

Celtics...shame. You are on your way out at this point.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:19am On Apr 18, 2017
Judge them (Cavs) after game 3. We all expected them to win 1&2. I still know they would win the series but I am yet to see them playing against the crowd. They are shooting lights out yet winning with little margins for a reason. The series reminds me of Cavs vs Detroit last year only that Pacers have PG13. By game 3 I would make my full assessment.

Memphis getting abused like a D-league team. They cannot make a shot to give this series any viewership value. I expect another blowout win for SAS today.

I think they have this one already. The Pacers aren't doing enough. The team isn't even shooting..
Yea, they do.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 1:14am On Apr 18, 2017
58-63 at half time.

LBJ with a couple TOs and Young playing good defence on him. PG has barely shot from beyond the arc and Cavs should be a bit worried because with their FG% they should have been up by more but are getting undone by poor defending.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 1:06am On Apr 18, 2017
Cavs still playing no D but shooting quite well. Kyrie with a couple Isos to lift his team. He would get worn down if they focus on that sort of attack.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 12:56am On Apr 18, 2017
Oh, Indiana. Leaving Love and co free for "I-dare-you" 3 point shots that keep falling.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 2:58am On Apr 17, 2017
Houston and Oklahoma are in this. Funny enough Houston have not shot well from 3 and OKC have but then the game play feels sloppy. Maybe I was spoiled by the Portland vs GSW game.
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 2:27am On Apr 17, 2017
Al Horfraud.

Harden shooting bricks like a Mason.
