STOCK PICK FOR THE MONTH: CHAMS PLC

Strong Q1 2026 Performance: Momentum in Revenue and Profitability
CHAMS delivered solid top- and bottom-line growth in the first quarter:

Gross Profit increased substantially to ₦1.33 billion, aided by a roughly 7% drop in cost of sales, reflecting better operational efficiency or favorable input costs.

Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 188% (or nearly 2.9x) to ₦429.4 million (from ₦148.9 million in Q1 2025).

This profit jump highlights operating leverage and possibly higher-margin contributions from areas like cybersecurity services, which have been noted as a growth driver amid rising cyber threats and regulatory demands in Nigeria.

The company also showed balance sheet discipline:
- Total Equity grew to ₦19.95 billion (from ₦19.52 billion at end-2025), driven almost entirely by retained earnings from the quarter's profit.

- Liabilities decreased meaningfully (to ₦11.88 billion from ₦14.86 billion), mainly from lower trade payables.

- Operating cash flow was positive at ₦455.7 million, supporting reinvestment despite some loan repayments and capex outflows.

These figures build on full-year 2025 results, where revenue grew ~18% to around ₦17.5 billion and PAT reached ~₦606 million. Q1 2026 suggests the growth trajectory is continuing, with improved margins in the early part of the year.

Strategic Expansion into High-Growth Areas (AI, Data Centers, Digital Infrastructure)
CHAMS is evolving beyond its traditional identity management, payments, card production, and transaction switching businesses (core to SIM cards, bank cards, and digital IDs):

- In February 2026, the company launched Chamscorp Plc, a new subsidiary focused on digital device manufacturing, data centre design/operations, AI infrastructure, and intelligent systems. This positions CHAMS in Nigeria's emerging AI and digital infrastructure boom.

- Leadership appointments (including experienced figures from finance and data analytics) signal serious intent.

- Nigeria's digital economy is expanding rapidly, with massive growth in instant payments (NIP transactions), fintech adoption, e-commerce, and government digital ID initiatives.

CHAMS' established role in identity and payments gives it a strong foundation to capture value in adjacent high-margin areas like cybersecurity and AI-enabling infrastructure.

The capital raise of ~₦7.5–7.65 billion in 2025 (via rights issue/private placement) has strengthened the balance sheet, providing dry powder for these expansions, cross-border payments, and fintech innovations across Africa.

A proposed dividend (e.g., 3 kobo per share) also signals returning capital to shareholders and confidence in cash generation.

Valuation and Upside Potential
- Improving Fundamentals: Double-digit revenue growth historically, sharp PAT expansion in Q1, positive cash flow, and a cleaner balance sheet (higher equity, lower liabilities).

- Multiple Expansion Opportunity: As CHAMS executes on Chamscorp and higher-margin digital/AI plays, the market could re-rate the stock from a legacy payments/ID play to a diversified digital infrastructure leader.

- Nigeria Fintech Tailwinds: Continued CBN support for digital payments, AfCFTA-driven cross-border opportunities, and structural demand for secure identity solutions.

- Catalyst Pipeline: Further details on Chamscorp progress, potential new contracts in government/biometrics, full-year 2026 guidance, and any M&A or partnerships.

Quick heads up: posting your phone number and personal details publicly like this can expose you to spam, scams, or unwanted contact. On most platforms it’s also against community rules to share phone numbers for hookups.

If you’re looking to meet people, you’ll have better luck — and stay safer — using proper dating apps where people also want that kind of connection and can verify profiles. Apps like Tinder, Badoo, or Boo let you set expectations upfront.

Also, if “girls always leave” is a pattern, it might not just be about frequency. Compatibility, communication, and respect matter just as much as stamina.

*1. “Sex is not worth waiting for” / “Her vagina is not made of gold”*
That’s your value judgment, and you’re free to have it. But waiting or not waiting is a personal boundary. For some people, sex is casual. For others, it’s tied to marriage, religion, trauma history, or self-respect. Saying there’s “nothing special” about it erases the fact that for many, there _is_. Reducing it to just anatomy ignores that meaning is subjective.

*2. “Women invest emotions through sex, men don’t”*
There’s a kernel of truth that _many_ people, not just women, bond through sex due to oxytocin and vulnerability. But it’s not universal. Plenty of men get emotionally attached after sex, and plenty of women compartmentalize it. Generalizing sets you up to misread real individuals. The claim that women “never forget” the man who deflowered them or even raped them conflates trauma bonding with affection — that’s not healthy or accurate.

*3. “If she won’t have sex pre-marriage and isn’t a virgin, she’s playing you”*
That’s a dangerous leap. Reasons people wait include: religious conviction, past sexual trauma, STIs they’re treating, fear of pregnancy, wanting to test emotional compatibility first, or just personal preference. “Three things are involved” flattens a complex human decision into suspicion. The body-shaming section about “smelling boreholes” is also dehumanizing and factually off — vaginal health issues exist, but that’s a medical conversation, not a moral judgment or dating test.

*4. “Relationship starts when sex is involved”*
For you, maybe. For others, commitment starts with exclusivity, meeting family, or shared goals. You said “don’t make sex the priority” and “have a purpose” — that part I agree with. But then the piece circles back to sex as the litmus test of whether she’s “into you.” That contradicts your own point about purpose over sex.

*Where I think you’re right:*
- *Clarity matters*: If sex is important to you, don’t pretend it isn’t. Be upfront early so you and your partner can see if your values align.
- *Don’t be manipulated*: Nobody should use sex as a bargaining chip, and nobody owes you sex to “prove” love.
- *Self-discipline*: Desperation is unattractive and clouds judgment. Agreed 100%.

*Where it goes off:*
- *The generalizations*: Not all women or men fit those boxes. You’ll miss good people if you assume.
- *The contempt*: Lines about “rotten smelling things” and “piping her” turn a discussion about boundaries into misogyny. You can make your point without degrading women.
- *Consent and coercion*: Pressuring someone to have sex because “others had you” or because you think she’s “hiding something” isn’t discipline — it’s coercion. A “no” is a complete sentence, virgin or not.

*Better frame for your brother:*
1. Know your own dealbreakers. If pre-marital sex is one, own it without shaming people who choose differently.
2. Communicate early: “Sexual compatibility is important to me. If waiting till marriage is your boundary, I respect it, but we may not be compatible.”
3. Walk away if values clash — don’t stay and try to wear her down. That’s not discipline, that’s manipulation in reverse.
4. Judge individuals, not genitals. Some “high body count” women are clean, kind, and loyal. Some “virgins” are vindictive. Character > history.

Strength is built on mutual respect, not on who “wins” the sex negotiation.

So the real question for your brother: Is he looking for a partner, or just trying to avoid being “played”? Because if it’s the latter, the mindset in this piece will make him suspicious of every woman he meets.
RomanceRe: Guys, Can You Marry A Lady Who Lives Alone? If Yes, Why? If No, Why Not? by essentialone(op): 6:00am On May 08
‎Bro, in as much as I advised you to be disciplined and train yourself not to be moved by a w00man's unclothedness.
But that shouldn't mean that you should allow any w00man to manipulate you into waiting until marriage before they could allow you to taste their honeyp0t.

‎How do you mean?
Some of you will ask now.

‎Yes, s€x is not worth waiting for. There is nothing special about her that you should start waiting for that long. Her va.gina is not made of gold, it is just like other w00men's va.ginas
‎There is nothing wrong for the two adults who claimed to love themselves to engage in s€xual intimacy.

‎Because it further stretches the bond and make the relationship stronger. It has also been proven that w00men become more committed and affectionate after engaging in s€xual intercourse with their men.

‎Men and w00men have different perspectives on s€x. ‎To men, s€x doesn't go beyond having fun or cruise with the opposite s€x. A man can have his way to a random w00man with no emotional attachment.
‎But for w00men — s€x is an investment. Yes, having s€x with you means investing their emotions which will further strengthen their commitment.

‎And you know what?👇

‎W00men values their investments, especially their emotional investments. That is why they rarely forget the man who took them to their s€xual pinnacle.
‎That is why they will always remember that guy that deflowered them. That is why they will never forget that man that rough handled them on bed.

‎Even the one that r.a.pe.d them, they never forget because there is emotional involvement.

‎To the w00man, relationship started when s€x is involved, that is why some will ask you after s€x; 👇
‎What are we now?

‎After having s€x with them. I am talking about decent w00men not s€x workers, h00kup girls or bed to bed midfielders who commercialized s€x.

‎It becomes easier for a w00man to dump you when you haven't seen her unclothedness no matter the level of your sacrifice. ‎But some w00men can stick with you simple because you have seen their unclothedness and you are good on bed.

‎Can you see that w00men value s€x more than men?
‎If a w00man who already in the relationship with you insists that you are not going to see her pant.ies until after marriage — then she wants to play game with you. The truth is — she's not into you.

‎It is understandable if she is a virgin who wants to present her virginity to her husband as a gift which is commendable but even at that, I will advise you to quit the relationship if you are not ready for marriage at the moment unless she submit herself to be deflowered.

‎But if a w00man has been tasting many dic.ks and declined to allow you access when it got to your turn, then something is wrong somewhere.

‎Three things are involved;👇

1. She may be hiding something that will scare you away from her. Some of them with many body counts and multiple penile mileage carried dirt, smelling boreholes under there.

‎Some of them have a very bad body odour. Immediately they remove their pan.ties, the whole r00m will be polluted.
It will be like a rat died in the room, you will be gasping for breathes while been suffocated by the stench.
‎Forget about their outward appearances, their fine faces, smooth skins and nice dressings, some of them have rotten smelling things under there and they know it and are ashamed of it.

‎Mind you bro, some may said no at that moment to know your reaction, or to put you into practical, define the situation and know the right time.

‎2. ‎They may sense your desperation in trying to have s€x with them and will assume that you just want to have them.
‎This is where your self discipline comes in.

Are you following?

‎S€x is important but don't be desperate to have it. Relationship is more than having s€x especially if you are seeing future in her.
‎I told you in one of my articles not to start relationship without having a purpose — which you both want to pursue and achieve together.

‎ S€x shouldn't be your priority in a committed relationship, the purpose of starting the relationship in the first place comes first. ‎Your zeal in pursuing the purpose will give assurance to your partner and make her comfortable, then she won't hesitate any time you brings the s€x talk.

‎3. She may not be into you. Both men and w00men have standards and boundaries. The different is that, men are strict and rigid in maintaining their standards and boundaries while w00men are flexible in maintaining theirs.
‎W00men are weak-willed, they bend their rules to favour the men they love.

‎If she insisted that you will never see her pant until marriage, then she is not really into you. Don't be surprised that another man else is piping her. It has happened in many occasions.

‎One of the reasons of starting the relationship at first is to check your level of compatibility which s€xual compatibility is included.

Like I said before — if she's not a virgin, for what reason are you actually waiting for bro?

You may need to read this again.

BusinessRe: 8 Daily Habits That Quietly Waste Your Money In Nigeria by essentialone(m): 8:39am On May 07
In Nigeria’s economy right now, it’s often the “small leaks” that sink the boat faster than a big expense. Those ₦500 and ₦1,000 habits compound into ₦30k–₦50k monthly without you noticing.

Here’s a bit more depth on each point, with practical ways to plug the leaks in the Nigerian context:

*1. Frequent Small Purchases*
That ₦200 sachet water + ₦300 gala + ₦500 airtime, 2-3 times a day = ₦3k–₦4k daily. That’s *₦90k–₦120k/month*.
*Fix*: Buy in bulk. Get a monthly airtime/data bundle instead of daily ₦100 recharges. Keep snacks at home or at work.

*2. Excessive Mobile Data Usage*
Autoplay on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube eats 1–2GB daily. At ₦1k per 1.5GB, you’re burning *₦20k–₦30k/month* on data alone.
*Fix*: Turn off autoplay, use WiFi where possible, and set data saver on your phone. MTN, Airtel, Glo all have night plans and weekend bundles that are 40–60% cheaper.

*3. Unplanned Transportation Choices*
A ₦2,000 Bolt ride vs ₦500 BRT or danfo. Do that twice a day and you’ve lost *₦90k/month*.
*Fix*: Plan your route the night before. Use ride-hailing only for time-sensitive trips. If you drive, fuel at ₦1,200+ per litre means carpooling with colleagues actually saves money.

*4. Eating Outside Regularly*
A ₦2,500 plate of food daily = *₦75k/month*. Cooking at home with ₦30k worth of groceries can feed you for the same period.
*Fix*: Batch cook on Sundays. Even if you only cook rice, stew, and protein for 4–5 days, it cuts your daily food cost by 50–70%.

*5. Impulse Buying*
Jumia and Konga flash sales + Instagram ads are designed for this. That “₦5k only” item you didn’t need becomes ₦50k across the month.
*Fix*: Use the 24-hour rule. If you see something you want, wait 24 hours. 80% of the time you won’t want it anymore.

*6. Bank Transfer and Withdrawal Charges*
₦10–₦50 per transfer doesn’t look like much, but 10 transfers a day = *₦3k–₦15k/month*. POS withdrawal charges at ₦100–₦200 per ₦5k add up too.
*Fix*: Consolidate transfers. Use bank apps for free transfers within the same bank. Withdraw larger amounts at once from ATMs instead of multiple ₦2k POS withdrawals.

*7. Subscription Services You Don’t Use*
Netflix ₦5k + Spotify ₦1.5k + Showmax ₦3.5k + that app you forgot you subscribed to = *₦15k/month* for content you barely watch.
*Fix*: Do a monthly “subscription audit”. Cancel what you haven’t used in 30 days. Share family plans where possible.

*8. Poor Budget Tracking*
If you don’t track it, you can’t control it. Most people know their salary but can’t account for ₦100k by month-end.
*Fix*: Use simple apps like Money Manager, Spendee, or even a WhatsApp note. Track for just 7 days and you’ll be shocked where your money goes.

*The Nigerian Angle*
With inflation still high and the naira volatile, these small habits hit harder now because your ₦100k today buys less than it did 12 months ago. The goal isn’t to live like a monk — it’s to be _intentional_ so your money goes to things that actually matter to you.

*Biggest impact for most Nigerians*: Tackle #3 and #4 first. Transport and food are usually 40–50% of monthly expenses, so small changes there free up the most cash immediately.
FamilyRe: Should Fathers Be Restricted From Bathing Their Little Daughters? by essentialone(m): 7:14am On May 07
- For *very young children*, it’s common for either parent to help with bathing. As daughters grow older, around age 5-7 and beyond, most families naturally shift so that only the mother or a female caregiver handles bathing for privacy and comfort. That’s less about distrust and more about age-appropriate boundaries and the child’s own sense of privacy.
- If a wife feels uncomfortable, the healthiest approach is to *discuss it openly with her husband* rather than impose a ban without conversation. The decision should be about the child’s well-being and comfort, not suspicion alone.

*On monitoring a husband “in the name of protecting daughters”*
- *Trust is foundational in marriage*. Constant monitoring or restrictions without cause can erode that trust and create resentment, especially toward a husband who has shown no signs of harmful behavior. Calling it an “insult” reflects how that can feel on the receiving end.
- At the same time, *a parent’s primary duty is child protection*. If there are red flags — inappropriate comments, behavior, or boundaries being crossed — then vigilance isn’t just right, it’s necessary. That doesn’t mean public suspicion; it means addressing it directly, privately, and if needed, involving trusted counselors, family elders, or child protection authorities.

*The balance*
- If the husband is *responsible and has given no reason for doubt*, then restricting him or monitoring him can damage the marital relationship and also confuse the child about family trust.
- If there _is_ genuine concern or “funny behavior,” then ignoring it for the sake of marital peace is the bigger risk. In that case, the wife should act decisively — whether that’s setting clear boundaries, seeking counseling, or in extreme cases, separating the child from the situation while investigating.

*Bottom line*: Healthy marriages run on both *trust and boundaries*. Trust your partner until there’s reason not to, but never ignore instincts when a child’s safety is involved. The key is communication first, and action if real warning signs appear.

If you’re in a situation where you feel unsafe for your children, you can contact Nigeria’s *Child Protection Network* or the *NSCDC Child Protection Desk* for confidential guidance.

*Don’t ignore signs of infection, practice safe sex, and don’t let pressure or embarrassment put your health at risk*.

*1. The Medical Part*
- *Whitish/creamy or green, foul-smelling discharge* can be a sign of infection like *vaginal candidiasis, bacterial vaginosis, or trichomoniasis*. It’s not lubricant, and yes, sex should be stopped until a doctor checks it out.
- *Self-diagnosis isn’t reliable*. Discharge alone isn’t a confirmed diagnosis — only a medical professional can test and treat it properly. If you’ve already had unprotected sex, both partners should get tested and treated to avoid reinfection.
- *“Holy penis is not a microscope”* — 100%. You can’t visually diagnose an STI. Some infections show no symptoms at all.
[yeast]

*2. The Consent Part*
The bit about lights is tricky. “I am shy, don’t switch on the lights” is a valid boundary for many people. The right response isn’t to walk out — it’s to *communicate*. You can say you want enough light to be safe and respectful, and if she’s not comfortable, you pause and talk it through. Consent and comfort go both ways.

*3. The Bigger Picture*
- *Protection*: Condoms reduce the risk of STIs. No condom = higher risk, regardless of how the discharge looks.
- *Medical help*: If you suspect an infection, see a doctor, pharmacist, or clinic immediately. In Nigeria you can also call the NCDC helpline 6232 or visit the nearest public health facility. It’s confidential.
- *Prevention > treatment*: Treating STIs is costly, time-consuming, and some can lead to long-term complications if left untreated.

*Bottom line*: Inspect before you engage is good advice, but do it with respect and responsibility, not fear or shame. And if you think you’ve been exposed, get tested — that’s the only way to be sure.

Bro, in case you're making out with her at night — please don't witch off light. During s€x, no matter how h0rny you may be, try and see were you are putting it. Very important.

Bro, control your s€xual urge. Desire has bur!ed more men than bullets ever did. Beauty does not mean clean. Big Nyash does not mean safe.
What some of these w00men are carrying around with them will make you go to Church ok Sunday to give a thanksgiving.

Some of them will give you H!V for free. No receipt. No warning. No signboard. Just vibes today and medication for life tomorrow.
And the scariest part?
Many of these diseases shows NO symptoms. You will look healthy while your body is quietly being destr0yed.

The infections some of these w00men you re chasing, begging and seeking for validation are carrying — will c0st you years of regrets, m0ney and unhappiness.

Bro, stop thinking pretty equals safe. Stop thinking “she looks clean” means clean. Viruses don’t respect beauty.

HIV – You can look perfectly healthy for years while the virus is wrecking your immune system. One mistake, lifetime consequences.

Chlamydia – Silent destr0yer. No pain, no signs, but it can make you infertile.

Gonorrhea – Sometimes no symptoms at all, yet it damages your reproductive system quietly.

Syphilis – Comes and goes in stages. When you finally notice it, it may already be late.

HPV – Most people don’t know they have it. Some strains cause cancer. Yes, cancer.

Herpes – Dormant for years. One encounter and you’re marked for life.

Hepatitis B – Attacks your liver slowly. Many people don’t know until serious damage is done.

Young man — your dick is not a bulletpr0of. Lust makes men stupid. Discipline keeps men alive.

Wrap it. Test regularly. Stop raw dogging strangers because you like the shape of their body. A few minutes of pleasure is not worth a lifetime of regret.

Be careful out there.
The streets are pretty, but they are dirty.

This is for your heart, body and soul.

*Stop using prayer as a substitute for Planning and Taking Responsibility.*

Prayer without planning is wishful thinking. Planning without prayer is arrogance. The problem is when people swing so far into the “God will handle it” side that they don’t pick up their own role in the process.

*1. Why The Balance Matters*
*Planning is your responsibility.* It’s research, risk assessment, budgeting, learning the skill, setting the timeline, preparing for what can go wrong. That’s the work.
*Prayer is surrendering what you can’t control.* You can’t control the economy, policy shifts, or whether your investor shows up. That’s where faith comes in.

When you flip it — spending 3 hours praying for a business to succeed but zero hours doing market research — you’re not being spiritual, you’re being passive. And life doesn’t reward passivity.

*2. What It Looks Like In Real Life*
- *In business*: You pray for sales but haven’t defined your target customer or pricing. That’s sentimental. Strategic is building a marketing plan, testing the product, and tracking cashflow.
- *In career*: You pray for a better job but haven’t updated your CV or learned a new skill. That’s sentimental. Strategic is networking, applying consistently, and upskilling.
- *In relationships*: You pray for a good partner but haven’t worked on your own character or clarified what you want. That’s sentimental. Strategic is self-reflection and setting boundaries.

*3. The Nigerian Context Angle*
We have a culture that often spiritualizes everything. “It is well” becomes the answer to lack of preparation. But even in scripture, the principle is “faith without works is dead.” Noah didn’t just pray for rain — he built the ark for 100 years.

Planning doesn’t mean you don’t trust God. It means you’re respecting the process God gave you — intelligence, time, and free will — to act.

*4. The Practical Takeaway*
Use prayer for clarity, peace, and guidance. Use planning for execution.
If you’ve prayed about something for 30 days and you’re still stuck at the same point, that’s your cue to sit down and make a plan.

*Bottom line*: God gives the vision, but He expects you to draw the blueprint. If you don’t build, nothing gets built.
