Buhari has been mainly taking loans from China for construction of railways, which are ongoing.

Atiku the loan is not for salaries. The loan is for total overhaul of infrastructure I.e roads, bridges, power etc.

It is clearly stated that the loan is going to be used to renew and rebuild our aging infrastructure I.e power, roads, bridges etc. Who told Atiku that it is for payment of salaries?

The private sector investors can do all these infrastructures the government wants to do in a build operate and transfer basis. We would have secured the objectives at no risk and government officials and Apc will not have what to embezzle
