Oga, Enugu to Awka is originally 1hr with a private vehicle. It's only in recent years that people spend about 1hr30mins travelling between the two routes due to the detoriated roads and the resulting traffic. Owerri to Awka is not less than 2 hours now. Take it from someone who has plied these routes for decades.

Distance from Anambra to Enugu is very far like up to 3 hours journey while Imo State is much nearer like 45 mins to 1 hour at most.

Travelled both sections and the difference is clear.

It actually depends on where you're going. Imo closer to Nnewi, for instance. Enugu is closer to Awka.
