Are you serious? Pls don't say so ooh.. I ll always use mine as an example... I was admitted into the university for 5 yr course in the late 90s when they kept insisting on 18yrs age limit.. I was actually 15 yes and I simply swore an affidavit and went my way.. So just speak for yourself and leave others alone. If it was possible then, why not now?

And mind you ASUU strikes all through my years in school even during the Abacha regime NEVER affected my school..

I can relate. You are right but this guy packaged the lies nicely. Note, I sent someone to visit his house and stay put before I made the transfer. He was able to manipulate things. The Dad said he gave the guy 5,000,000 naira sometime ago but he mismanaged it.
