Nonsense! One of the duties of certifying authorities is to confirm the credentials of credible people and to idrntify liars and fraudsters. If you hire a graduate that cant speak English, should you not be able to verify his degree? If you suspect that your doctor is a quack, can the school he's claiming use privacy as an excuse to refuse to verify or disclaim him?

When Salisu Buhari was claiming University of Toronto, the school didn't hesitate to deny him when asked. When Tinubu had his own certificate problem, the University of Chicago disclaimed him, and Chicago State University later verified his degree. Because that is a basic duty of any degree awarding institution. Thats how we know Gen Buhari passed GCE even without any kpali, the certifying institution has verified him

Plus there's no risk of viruses and you'll be helping to support the people making the games. You also get free online multiplayer and it backs up your saves to their servers so you can continue playing on another computer if you like. Even downloading the games from there uses fewer MBs since you're not uploading anything like with torrents.

In this day and age, there is very little reason to pirate PC games. Buying them legit is easier, more convenient and very often cheaper.

Because Darwins evolution explains everything that happened after the first life showed up. All of Darwins predictions have turned out to be true, the theory agrees with discoveries Darwin wasnt aware of (eg Mendelian inheritance) and oerfectly explains new discoveries that Darwin never even dreamed of and is supported by a mountain of observatuonal and experimental evidence, more than any other theory in all of science. Of course, nobody is claiming that evolution is the be all, end all; but its vastly superior to any other explanation for life on earth including the God did it with magic theory that religious people prefer.

And by the way, evolution doesnt deal with how life first appeared, that field is called Abiogenesis. You should look it up, there have been a lot of very interesting discoveries in recent years.

Before, the police could just kill protesters randomly and get away eith it, but starting from around the fuel subsidy protests they'd shoot someone and within minutes the pictures had spread everywhere via BBM. The last elections were the first where we started seeing videos of mass umbelerra plessing on YouTube. As the price of smartphones and internet access continues to fall, and the less tech savvy Nigerians start to die off, we are going to see ordinary people becoming harder and harder to fúck with.

There are still plenty of roads in Lagos built by the PTF. If you look around, you can still see their logo at roadsides. Also, many teaching hospitals are still using PTF bedsheets and PTF surgical boots more than a decade later.

And BTW, the reason why PTF spent more money i the south is because most of their budget went to roads, and roads in the south are much more expensive to build compared to the north because of the nature of the soil.

But in a real fight, youll never get that chance since theres no reason to ever form Voltron. Individually, the 5 lions are faster, more maneuverable and can use a far wider range of attack strategies. Plus aside from the sword, they have access to more or less the same weapons. 5 weaker units are almost always tactically superior to one strong one.

First of all, Voltron can fight as 5 separate autonomous units giving him a huge tactical advantage over most other giant robots (except for combiners like Superion and Omega Prime). Plus each of Voltron's lions specialize in a different environment (underwater, boiling lava, etc) giving him a versatility that Gipsy Danger can only dream of.

Even if you force Voltron to fight only as his combined form, he'll still be far stronger. For one he's bigger (each individual lion is almost as tall as the castle), he has better ranged weapons (shoulder missiles, lasers and flaming breath versus Gipsy Danger's admittedly powerful pulse launcher and plasmacaster). Also, while both of them can sword fight, Voltron's flaming sword can cut through metal, meaning that GD can't parry with his dual chain swords. Not being able to parry means GD would have to rely on dodging Voltron's sword attacks and no Jaeger is that fast or nimble.

The fact is that Voltron is simply on another level compared to all other known giant robots. There is simply no contest. If say it was Optimus Prime vs Gipsy Danger, it'll be a much closer fight. Optimus would win though.

All you need is to check you and your wife's blood types. The rhesus factor is the positive or negative sign after the letter. If your wife is Rh negative (eg O-) and you are positive (eg A+) then you are incompatible. If your wife is positive, or both of you are negative, then you're compatible.

I would be very surprised if that was the cause of your problem though since rhesus incompatibility typically causes problems late in the pregnancy, not at the beginning. From your OP, it seems that your wife has been having blighted ovum which would explain why the pregnancies failed to develop past 7 weeks. Blighted ovum means the pregnancy has some genetic abnormality which is stopping it from developing. This can be due to some genetic problem with one or both of you, or more likely due to sheer bad luck. Blighted ovum is a common enough problem that it happens to many (most?) women at least once, with many not even realizing it. It happening 5 times in a row is uncommon but not impossible. I once treated a patient who had 4 in a row and the fifth pregnancy was normal.

Of course there are many other causes of recurrent miscarriages. Often, its due to undiscovered medical problems in the mother like diabetes, thyroid issues and autoimmune diseases. You both definitely need to see a good gynaecologist who will probably ask for a barrage of tests. Don't go and do the tests yourself because you'll just end up wasting your money on irrelevant ones.

And please, remember to keep supporting your wife psychologically. If you think this problem is hard on you, imagine how she feels. It would mean a lot for you to follow her to all the doctors visits instead of letting her go alone. This problem belongs to both of you, not her alone.

Also, don't waste you time looking for solutions in any church/mosque/juju shrine. They'll just scam you out of money that can be better used to deal with the problem. I wish you guys the best.

Both AMD and Nvidia make excellent graphic cards and its hard to say which company is better since they're constantly leapfrogging each other.

Generally though, AMD cards have the best price/performance ratio while Nvidia have better drivers and and their latest cards use less energy and generate less heat. If you're on a tight budget, you'll probably be better off getting an AMD card, whike if you have plenty of money, you can get an Nvidia geforce 980 or 970.

You should always do your research just before you buy though because the situation is constantly changing. Nvidia has the most powerful single chip card right now, but AMD is about to release a new generation of cards and all the rumours suggest that they'll be crazily powerful.

Definitely not at the highest settings, unless you're playing at 720p. But it runs Shadow of Mordor better than the PS4 does. We still have to wait and see how it runs The Witcher 3, since that game isn't out yet.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend you get the 750Ti though. At that price point, the AMD card give you far more bang for your buck. You should rather scrape together a few thousand more and get an R9 270X, probably the best budget card right now from a price/performance point of view.

If you don't mind turning down some settings and resolution, I don't see why not. Even the ancient gtx 560Ti can run Crysis 3 at high settings if you turn down the resolution. A 750Ti outperforms the new consoles and since consoles typically hold back graphics, its likely to remain relevant for a long time.

If you want to play with ultra graphics at 1080p/60fps, you probably need to save up for a Radeon 290 or GTX 970, but for medium to high at 900p a 750Ti is fine for the next few years.

You can play Skyrim and The Witcher even on a cheap core i3 laptop from the last 2-3 years. You'll only run into problems playing more demanding games like Shadow of Mordor or The Witcher 2 and 3.

If you want to play new games, the most cost effective solution is to build a cheap desktop with either an i5 or a cheap AMD processor (quadcore or higher). Then buy a low end graphics card like this or this and you're set. If you don't mind turning down the graphics and resolution a bit, you should be okay for the next 4 or 5 years or as long as the current gen consoles last. These days, even low-end PCs significantly outperform the new consoles at the same price.

And if you have the money, you can spend $500-700 and build a monster gaming rig that will play anything at 1440p/60fps.

It is impossible to "just follow the bible" because it contradicts itself in so many ways that there is hardly any topic where the bibles position is unambiguous and settled. It's not like the Koran that has a strict hierarchy of revelation and thus only one correct interpretation (the one ISIS is following). The bible can be used to both support and oppose almost any position on almost any topic.

That's why there are so many denominations and why beliefs change so much even within the same denomination. You can't just obey the bible strictly because there is no correct biblical position, there are only interpretations and opinions. And the vast majority of Christians just follow the interpretation of the crowd they happen to belong to which is mainly dictated by the crowds leader, the pastor.

Most Christians have never even read the bible themselves not to talk of trying to figure out its meaning independently without a guide book or pastor holding their hand and spoonfeeding them the predigested meaning.
