Each person will get their own PR card including the kids. Sometimes it could take months. In the meantime their COPRs will suffice for school admissions etc.

Link all the PR cards (yours and kids) on your own GC key following the instructions in this link

Though they scarcely ask, you should hold some sort of evidence of your POF on you. That could be your bank app you could log into to show your balance or some stamped printout from your bank showing the balance you declared in your application.

The route is good. Layover of 4hrs is reasonable and sufficient. Landing in Quebec is same as landing in Pearson.

My concern is the layover in the US, I want to be sure if a transit visa will be required or not. Did anyone fly Qatar recently with layover in the US?

Hi everyone, so I got another Qatar ticket that will land in Montreal Trudeau (not yet paid). Has anyone taken this route before? Any condition attached to landing in Quebec first? Will the layover time in Montreal Trudeau be enough for all the necessary Port of Entry documentation?

Safe Which flight no safe? The plan is to get to your destination in peace! The cheaper the better… But I think none of these airlines are cheap.

If you want cheap, check Egyptair or Ethiopian air

It’s always advisable to book for flights directly from the airline’s website just incase… Even though these third party apps could give good deals.

But when e reach time to refund you, them go deny you the way Peter deny Jesus.

I think you can take lekki-Ajah(those white buses) and stop at freedom way bus stop I think. You have to cross to the other side and walk inside lekki. VFS is just down that road. You can’t miss it because there’s always a crowd outside

Status updated to application approved on IRCC website yesterday.

Search NL for "VFS PPR Passport" and you should find lots of info.

Your best bet is to contact the VFS you plan to use. They usually respond promptly and will even email you a copy of the consent form.
