The average Nigerian is a tribalist. |

sophy17: Many erroneously think America is so easy to make money, if so, why would this lady who lived in US for over two decades still involve in drug trafficking and fraud? Truth is, anywhere in the world you find yourself you must be ready to work hard legitimately to break even. There is no shortcut to real success.
Now the lady has messed up her self as well as her tribe, Nigerians and Africans as a whole. It's actually easier to make big money in Nigeria (mostly by cutting corners) than in the US. |

romenna: I have to admit at this point that an average Nigerian/African is wicked, lazy, bereft of ideas, susceptible to crime and bitter! We (Nigerians/Africans) often complain that opportunities to live a good life eludes us in Nigeria/Africa, but our Nigerian/African brothers living overseas where the government is responsible enough to cater for the welfare of both nationals and immigrants alike, find it difficult to tame the Nigerian/African inside of them. This is very sad. Wrong generalization. The vast majority of Nigerians and Africans abroad are law abiding. |

Africa is shaped like a gun. Nigeria is the trigger area. The heart of Africa.
Let's not be worried over what's happening now. This country will be a great country in the nearest future with human capital development. That is if it does not split into several different countries. I see balkanization in Nigeria's future. The physical space called Nigeria is blessed. But it is populated mostly by fools. |

As the giant of Africa, other nations should be struggling to come to Nigeria if only good leaders were elected.
Nigeria has what it takes to outshine other African countries.
Let us still see if we are gonna get there. How can we get there, when the average Nigerian wants out of the country? |

Awol1: What is this thing outsiders see about Nigeria that we don't see?
I remember a South African lady celebrating Nigerian Visa around 2014. She claimed to have been denied the visa multiple times.
Really, what could be in this country that we don't see? Well, I think it's about the fact that blacks, generally, are not builders. We like to go to already built up environment to settle and enjoy. Whites, generally, are builders. They go to a virgin environment and develop it to their taste. If our weather were milder, whites would have poured in to take over Nigeria and develop it. |

Dagrace01: 5+2=7... 40-7=33.. What were others doing for the remaining 33yrs. I'm saying all these to let u know no one is Nigeria's problem. We are all inclusive. Though our leaders should carry the larger share, I mean every single one of them since 1960. From Presidents, to Senators to ministers to commissioners, to lg chairmen, to councilors. So blaming only PMB for our woes is invalid and irrelevant. Typical Nigerian. |

GenBuhari: Kudus to seriousness of PMB. For the entire 16 years of PDP governments especially Thief Obasanjo's 8 years that saw him collect $16 Billion specifically for power; I was not even aware of the existence of this a Mambilla project. Zombie. The project was conceived in 1982. Buhari was Head of State in 1983. He came back in 2015. Since his second coming, he has spent almost 5years, yet not much capacity has been added to our energy supply. Before you know it, his 8years will be over and this project will still not have commenced. |
