I find it difficult to believe this report of some group outside the government being behind the attack when top officials of the government are openly supporting the attack.

The takeaway: The Bible does not forbid Christians from drinking. However, it forbids them from getting drunk and warns them of how easy it is to lose control after drinking alcoholic drinks. So, in effect, the Bible weighs more on the side of completely staying away from alcoholic drinks to avoid losing control and then falling into sin.
It is clear, from the Bible verses, that drinking is not a sin. If you have strong self control, you can enjoy some alcoholic beverages; otherwise, stay away from them to avoid stories.

PS: A wine is an alcoholic beverage, not a fruit juice. Our Lord Jesus Christ turned water into wine, not into fruit juice. AL Baghdadi take note. Don't get confused by some clever crooked importers who bring in sparkling fruit drinks (eg Eva 'wine') and slap 'wine' on the carton. They are not wines. They are fruit drinks (not even juice).

Marijuana is actually a medicine. You can google the drug Dronabinol, made from weed, used to stimulate appetite.
Personally, as a Christian, I am against smoking weed for recreation. That should be classified as drug abuse. A good Christian should not be in the business of abusing drugs.

The reports we read so far have mentioned President Yaradua, Alh Rilwanu Lukman, etc.

With the revelations from Bloomberg, if the FG gets competent Lawyers, they will not only win an appeal against the billion dollars judgement but will actually get the company to pay Nigeria for fraud.
In addition, T.Y. Danjuma's company should also be sueing them for fraud. They should at least be made to refund Danjuma the $40m he gave them for feasibility study which they claimed to have spent from their pocket.

Danjuma is involved but not in a negative way. He is not a party to the P&ID contract. He was actually duped by the parties to the P&ID contract. The crooks are Rilwanu Lukman and some senior officials of the NNPC. The FG needs to fish them out although some of them are late.
The article said that Danjuma's company actually paid the promoters of the P&ID some $40m for feasibility study. But they absconded and formed P&ID with Rilwan Lukman and other crooked Nigerians.
I guess the P&ID is just a criminal organization that was set up to rip off Nigeria.
The NNPC is just a cesspool of corruption and criminality used by the FG personnel to steal from Nigeria. It should be privatized as Atiku proposed.
