I am not sure but you can check University of British Columbia. I have a friend who is doing a PhD in German language and he is funded. You may want to read what their funding options are.

Most importantly, search for schools that offers German language and see what their funding options are so that you are not limiting your chances.

They already said they are not interested why involving them, he would do same as the old man if their father had used him as his next of kin so he should go fight his fight alone if he is so interested cause I know the said man will fight blood and ...to make sure he retains everything left in his care , so if you so much love your Aunty's children tell them to stay away from such people and whatever their father left in his behalf since their mum left enough for them.

You should check for the program you want and the school of your choice. Check under funding and you will get the information you need on what funding are available.

Different programs have their different funding opportunities. For instance, this is the best time for those considering schools in Canada and USA.ost times, what is applicable is funding (wherein you work 20hours weekly for the department either as a teaching or research assistant).
