below mail is what i received from them. pls does it mean the appeal is successful and i should send my passport to them

Response after 3 weeks? Please a standard Irish visa application takes 8 weeks. You can ring the embassy and they will tell you the same

A standard visa application takes 8 weeks minimum and you should factor that time into your application. You application is just about 3 weeks only and you are worried already

Simply be patient. UPS will contact you or you can start tracking your return mail to know when the tracking number goes live on UPS website

Better take a flight to Dublin and from Dublin Airport you take a direct bus to Cork. (Air coach, Eir Eagle, City link, GoBus and all of them). Getting a connection from Lagos/Abuja direct to Cork will be quite pricey and they may end up stopping you over in Dublin for hours before a connection. A bus from Dublin Airport to Cork is 2hrs.45mins

I think all decisions are made in Abuja. So where you submit does not matter.

Hi everyone, I submitted a Join spouse visa application in March. I plan to withdraw that in October if I don't get a response from them by then and apply for a study visa. I'd like to know if anyone here has done something like this and what are the chances that the study visa will be approved?

Join Spouse application takes 6 months to complete, so be patient. You will get response by October. My join spouse visa took 14 months because of Covid-19 lockdown

If Transfermate is accepting naira from you, I think there should be some sort of wire transfer. Nigerian bank cards are limited in both foreign and local currency debit amounts

My advice was based on what my ex wife passed through before starting to work as a nurse here in Ireland. Even when she changed her place of work after two years, the new hospital did occupational health assessment for her again.

The hospital will conduct a comprehensive medical check before she resumes work with them. It is called occupational health investigation. That's a big risk if she mistakenly infects a patient and the hospital will be sued heavily and they may loose operational licence

Relax, your passport will be sent via UPS to the address you provided, when the visa sticker is placed on your passport. There is a fraction of time between the approval time and the time sticker is placed on your passport and sent out. Best scenario is to hold travel plans till you receive your passport

Your employer is the person to apply for your work permit. Be careful so you don't get scammed. Any company in Ireland that is eligible to hire a foreigner, knows the protocols and process.

Because they place a 5yrs ban on my visa application I don’t know why they don’t state why they placed it they only send me a copy of why my visa application was rejected because all my credentials are legit and intact
I submitted an appeal now it been 7weeks I’m still yet to see a reply from them on my appeal
My question is can I be given visa after placing a ban on my visa and after I submitted appeal?

If they find a valid reason to overturn your ban from the appeal, they would. But trust me its very rare

I got mine from the HQ in Abuja. I guess Lagos zonal command can issue the same. Its letter of entitlement and driver records. Send a PM I will reply with a contact of the FRSC man in Abuja who did for me

I think you are being scammed here. Start by contacting the supposed company in Ireland u are to work for and find out how true it is. The agent ought to share contract agreements with you. The agent will equally share the employment permit with you. Be careful about someone filling Irish visa application form for you, any lies or misrepresentation gets you a minimum 5 years ban.

Ask the agent to send you copy of the contract and employment permit, i will help you to go verify it with Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation DBEI. That's the body responsible for issuance of employment permits here in Ireland

I have had 3 US visa applications and all were denied. In all cases they never requested to see any documents apart from my passport. The last denial was for an M1 vocational visa that I have paid tuition for private pilot licence, I have my I-90 and proof of payment for SEVIS, yet they didn't look at any other documents apart from this two. If your visa is B1/B2, they only ask for your passport. If at any point, they want to grant you visa and needs more documentation from you they will keep your passport, place your application under administrative processing and ask you to courier the additional documents to them. If they don't choose to approve it, they will deny ur visa and return your passport

Be advised that there was no genuine job offer. How can you loose a job that u just posted about here in less than a week?

If an employer offers you a job, they should send you original contract offer and Employment permit by courier with which you will make your visa application to the embassy. How can they tell you they will send what after approval?. If they truly offered you a job, they will apply for and mail you the employment permit and original contract offer letter

Ask your employer to give you letter to the bank for account opening
