Chichilas: Thanks Eyop.Ok. Even if your battery is not fully charged,it cannot stop the DRL from working. I guess the fuse is blown so you need to contact an experienced electrician to check that for you. But this is something that can be done personally if you've experienced something similar in the past. You can consult your vehicle owner's manual for instruction on how to locate the fuse box from there you confirm if the fuse is blown by replacing with another. |
Chichilas: Gentlemen,Welcome Chichilas, Is 100 AMP the recommended type of battery for your ML350? After you jump started the car,was the day time running lights on or was it after you fixed the new battery? |
tommysparks: its either your bearing on d hub is damaged or brake disc is having contours those two issues cause vibration on braking , so have a Mech check it out. Its nothing more than any of the two. Be sure to get back to us after you have a Mech check it out.Can bad tyres cause the vibration? |
samnazarit: .....Bro, gone are those days when banks opens 'kiakia' accounts. With the new CBN categorization of Account Opening into 'Tiers', a proper KYC will be done on the account if you re going for the '3rd Tier' hence, the Bank MUST verify your address, some banks may even go as far as snapping the picture of 'your House', while some(Banks) will open the account within 2-3 days but you will be unable to make a withdrawal from the account until the account is fully KYC compliant.@ the bolded you are right,i remember the same thing happened when i updated my info with EcoBank. I was in the house one evening and my phone rang it was one Eco Bank staff that called and asked me to describe the colour of my building that they are outside but no need for me to come out which i believe they must have asked the security man some questions anyway. But in this case, how many times will the OP visit the branch for them to tell him the true position of things? |
darqly: Op, did you really need to upload your cheque to pass across your point? I suppose you don't know the dangers of exposing personal financial details on a public forumI guess he's no longer interested in banking with them even after the issue is sorted out that's why. |
uboma: The KYC (know your customer) mentioned by Samnazarit is different from referee verification which may take two weeks or even longer if the referees are not inhouse. In my case, it was a savings account i applied to open with Stanbic, hence there was no need for referees.Wow Something that should be opened within 1 week. Well, that's more than enough reason to reject their services. |
samnazarit: .................Sometimes it can take more than 2 weeks. When i opened my Corporate account with Zenith Bank,i submitted Access and Diamond Bank referees but i was told by my account officer that they never responded to Zenith Bank and because of that they didn't release my cheque book to me which lasted over 1 month though the account was opened within 48 hours. So that's why it's always advisable to get referee from the same bank which is not always easy. |
samnazarit: @OP, I would have advised you asked from them @ the Branch what really went wrong with the whole processes...If you go through the OP's post, you'll notice that he visited the branch severally but nothing was done and he also met with the branch manager who promised to resolve the issue and gave the green light for the customer to proceed in cashing the check but the same thing happened. |
uboma: They tried to calm me down but at that point, i was no longer interested in banking with them. I insisted on collecting my money and documents which they obliged unwillingly.wow that's serious. Sincerely i never knew that Stanbic services could be this poor as i was planning to open up a Corporate account with them but i guess the reverse will be the case now. Imagine this happening at the early stage of opening the account, what then happens when the customer transacts in full swing ![]() |
uboma: We have recommend this topic for FP.What was the outcome after that and Was the account later opened? |
uboma, davide470, adewasco2k help a guy out here. |
TSAT: Ok. Tnx. I will change the fuel pump as I already have one I bought for my 2002 ML500 previously(hope it's the same). Can that be the cause. I also notice that those lights in the dash that shows in the morning, don't come up when the SUV is driven and engine hot. But once it's cold, the longer than usual engine kick start will occur. That was just a suggestion. What's your mechanic saying about it? |
shoppyanno: Hello folks. How una dey?Chief greetings to you . How did it go on the road with this monster? I awaited your call but all to no avail. |
funshyboi: am for real bro. One Ghana cedi is equivalent to 44nairaWell good for them . |

It is 4 cedis to a dollar. what is the exchange rate of the nairashit to a dollar? about 162. so what the fvck is the magg0tis goat talking about? foooooooooooooooooo[/s]lMr. man you need to grow up,hating on Nigerians won't do you any good cos have noticed in your previous post the way you attack Nigeria and Nigerians. I won't use any nasty words on you so behave yourself. |
OXYGENO1: Its because the government is incompetent therefore the cedi keeps on depreciating almost everyday.Ok then. |
OXYGENO1: Don't be ignorant. The Ghana cedi depreciated. That doesn't mean its less value.Ignorant can kill u.Ghana cedi is valuable than de naira.Well if that's the case, good for them but why is their economy in shambles There's no point derailing this thread arguing about the value of Cedis as that's not my business but to rather stick to the thread. |
funshyboi: mind you Ghana cedis has gotten more value than nairalol...what value? |
iamayodeji: Don't get this wrong, this is how i see it.Oga we don't need the long gist, the bolded in red ink is the answer we need ![]() |

adeowo84: i once school in unical where i was opportune to have friends and colleagues from other tribe. As a students' leader, i know must of what was going on around me...like lecturers having affairs with my classmates(ladies), and some other social vices..Akwa ibom gals can be cheap, arrogant, desperate and fetish at times. Among all this traits, was d day i receive a shocker at my colleague traditional marriage. i had lead some some of my colleague to her wedding to her village to grace the occasion.we got der late in d nite,TM had already be.concluded, so we started girating (at least to show dat students don enter dia village) against d next day wc was to be d white wedding. as a gentle guy, i just sat in a corner gistting with some folks and d celebrant. suddenly my assistant, who happen to b a friend to this celebrant ask her this question '...now that u will be wedded what will u do about Dr. E (my lecturer in school)' and this was the bride answer ' even as i de wed tomorrow i go still de fu** Dr.E,i too like dat man'. i was hell shocked and felt so sorry for d next day groom.Your foolishness doesn't have Part2 infact you don't have sense @ all. |
