Right now, I could care less.

My main concern is the safety of my people and the people of the Niger Delta. And that is PARAMOUNT!

Wow, that was loaded. Nobody has a monopoly to violence
I despise T. A. Orji but I have to commend him on this message.

He was the first of the Igbo leaders to talk to the Igbo population about what is occurring in the North.

That is something I can give him credit for and this is something we Igbos need during another dark time in Nigeria's history which should be a joyous occasion.

PoliticsRe: The South Will Never Support Any Candidate From North, Let Them Go If They Wish by EzeUche2(m): 1:04am On Apr 19, 2011
The chaos will spread to the SW. That train is never late if the the South does not act in a united front. The North has easier access to the SW than the East. That is a fact.

God have mercy on your soul, because I shall not have any mercy on you. You have descended into madness.

When our people are being murdered like lambs, you are still in support of Buhari.

Abagworo you are a disgrace to all Igbos. What a pathetic sight! I despise you! I loathe you!

Now go to the North and join your brothers, because you are an outcast in my eyes.

The nerve of these people. Even after cheating, they want to riot!
PoliticsRe: Urgent Message: Gov. T. A. Orji To All Igbos And Abians In The North by EzeUche2(op): 12:56am On Apr 19, 2011
Endurance has a limit. That is the message. At least we Igbos are very diplomatic.
PoliticsRe: Urgent Message: Gov. T. A. Orji To All Igbos And Abians In The North by EzeUche2(op): 12:44am On Apr 19, 2011
Chyz*:
I have always thought that Orji would to better in an Pro-Igbo organization, not government. I like his tribalistic nature. Although I want him to step down as Abia governor, so far he has been the only Igbo governor that has consistently spoke against aggression towards the Igbos.
That is very true. And T.A. Orji is not afraid to let loose the Igbo populace on the Northern population in Abia.

This is clearly a thinly veiled warning from T.A. Orji.
PoliticsRe: Urgent Message: Gov. T. A. Orji To All Igbos And Abians In The North by EzeUche2(op): 12:31am On Apr 19, 2011
T.A. Orji basically said Igbos in "the South-East are watching keenly, but ENDURANCE has a limit."

He is definitely not lying about this issue.  angry

I have been his biggest critic, but I have no problem with this message.

Igbos who live in the North do so at their own peril. They know the risk. Hopefully they have weapons to protect themselves.
PoliticsRe: The Igbo Just Lost Again!the North Is Not Smiling! by EzeUche2(m): 12:24am On Apr 19, 2011
And why are people complaining about the vote in the SS/SE. Do you see us complaining? Goodluck Jonathan had widespread support.

I have yet to hear an Igbo complain about the results. Not one single Igbo or Niger Deltan has complained about Goodluck winning.

thats not true in lagos all the imams are yorubas, the hausas go there to pray i see it all the time same in ilorin nupe fulani hausa listen to imams who are speaking in yoruba
Why do you like kissing the Fulani backside? Do you have an Kwaran in you? They do not like your people and would rather rule over your people then give you all freedom. Isn't this what they do in Kwara State?

They consider Yoruba Muslims as Pseudo-Muslims. And that is a FACT.

Ileke-IdI:
First of all, didnt Musulimi reach Yorubaland before the Hausa-Fulani lands?

Just becase we don't follow the religion blindly (who wants to follow amlmajiris) with violence does not make the average Yoruba muslim a fake.
Actually Islam reach the Fulani far earlier than the Yoruba. Remember the Fulani were once part of the Ghana and Mali Empire. Then they migrated to Northern Nigeria where they spread the religion amongst the Hausa. But that is another subject.

Either way, the Islam practiced in the North is very different from the moderate Islam preached in the SW. Why don't you think Hausa would never allow a Yoruba to lead them in prayer?

I remember a Hausa man once told me that Yorubas are Pseudo-Muslims. First I was amazed that he knew what pseudo mean and shocked by the disdain he showed for Yoruba Muslims.

Either way, Igbos were not going to vote for Buhari or Ribadu. That is why we had that high percentage for Goodluck Jonathan. Who else would we have voted for? undecided

I sometimes feel that people in the SW are enemies to Southern unity.  cry

Whenever we try to unite against the North, these SW people always looking for mysterious phantoms.

Well at least the Ijaw, Urhobo, Ibibio, Ogoni, Isoko and other Niger Deltans are realizing the Igbos are their allies.

And I guess your SW "friend" represents the whole Yorubas.

Friend indeed. As a Yoruba woman, I'd be suspicious about your our friendship.
Why would you be suspicious? You think Igbos have revenge on our minds? This is a time the Yoruba nation can make amends for the sins of the past.

We were never your enemy.

Nwanne is officially in charge
Ha ha ha!

We did it. Igbos played their cards right this time. We got an Igbo man into the presidency through the back door. If anyone knows Jonathan's birthplace, they would know that the Igbos and Ijaws of that area are very mixed.

Jonathan of course has Igbo blood in his veins. I even believe he is a descendant of Arochukwu. God bless Jonathan! cool

Thank God Ileke-Idi and Ekit_bear do not represent Yorubas as a whole.

My friends from the SW have been saying far worse than I have about the North. Sorry, but many Southerners are starting to view the North as an enemy to progress.

Either way, I am happy the SE and SS is united. That is my main concern.

muami:
[Anybody who says the margin GEJ gave his opponents in the SE and SS is high was living in a dreamland in the build up to the election. CPC does not have even one councillor in the SE+SS,most of the states there are governed by PDP and yet Buhari did not do any significant campaign there. Even Buhari knew there was no way he was going to get anything reasonable from these place which was why he was looking ahead for a runoff with the hope that he would win majority votes through Northern votes. Truth is: Buhari lost not because the results from SE and SS were different from what he expected but because he did not win the Northern votes as he expected.
Exactly! Who do people think the SE or SS was going to vote for? Ribadu? No. . . Buhari. . . Helll no.

The numbers represent the disdain that Igbos and the Niger Delta have for the North. It clearly shows our stance concerning Nigeria. Anyone but a Northerner.

You know the Yorubas living up North suffer just like the rest of us. Even sometimes worse even though many share the same religion as the Hausa. So no Southerner is smiling.
