fishes r supposed to be deep fried, so make sure to use enough oil.
Again try using non stick pan.

Once u put dem in d oil...gently use d flat spoon to lift it slightly....
But make sure it dries well on one side b4 turning. it will not burn.

I don't know about the potash but if u will reuse the oil to cook something else, pls don't use potash. imagime potsh in your stew...lol.

mamziii: male corpers shaaaa... RemeMber wen I was in ss2 dis corper who took us economics was always eyeing and dashing me marks. Always had 98 over 100 in his tests,my frenz noticed it and told me he was interested in me I laffed over it until he started inviting me 2 dia lodge which was just opposite d skul. I refused going like thrice den during exams he walked up 2 me and was like do well o dis tym I aint givin u marks. 4 my mind I b like did I ask u 4 mark b4?dat was d last tym I saw him. Surprisingly wen d result came out I scored 100

WoodcrestMayor: Itz really alarming nowadays.As much as I blame the teachers,the girls aren't helping matters too.
I was posted to a village in Kwara North for NYSC b4 I redeployed to Ilorin.Bacita is a town abt 1hr drive from my original PPA.Corper who were posted there told us(from the oda village)that principals in Bacita were reluctant to take male corpers cos of d damage they had done in d past.
Fast forward...
I moved to Ilorin and got a skool to teach.I handled both d senior and Junior secondary section.
I had no problems with the junior students and they were brilliant.Same can't be said abt the senior class.Most of them were dull and lazy.There was this particular one that like to chewing gum in provocative manner.I really gave dem no face at all.I did my job and left d class-simple routine.
Few months to POP,they started singing a new tune-"corper woodcrestmayoor,we want to come and visit/greet u @ home".
On all occasions,my "No" was resounding.
These were girls the age of my mum's last child and the taught of doing sumfin like dat was as grave as the action.
Sounds immodest?Maybe their dullness was an extra turn-off.
In all,I thank God I finished service without any female student issue.
