Rogosa:Answer: Yes and No What's Tithe? Tithing is the donation of of one-tenth of one's income to God's church. The Almighty God instructs us about tithing as follows: "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse...and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it" (Mal: 3:10). Yes, you need to pay tithe while in debts: If you are being weighed down by debts, but your business is still running or your are still employed and paid your wages, then you are making some income. So you need to remit 1/10 of what you earn to the Lord. I trust the God 1000% he will multiply your earnings and help you offset your debts. This can only be possible when you pay an honest tithe. A false tithe is just a void tithing...it makes no meaning. No, you don't need to pay tithe while in debts: Let's say your business have gone moribond(I don't pray for that) or you were fired and jobless(I don't pray for that either). Then your exempt from tithing. Just go to the Lord in prayer, talk to friends, meet donors and pay-off your debts. They when you start earning, you can return to tithing. For me I don't do tithing. My source of income is not eligible to pay tithe according to my church. My church don't just accept any money as tithe, they must know your source of income. Example people who run drinking bars and deals on alchohol, their money no follow. So I don't pay tithe inorder to avoid paying a false tithe. But I bridge the gap by charity to the less privileged and street beggers. |
Goldeno:lies from the pit of hell. How many US Generals have been tried for war crimes. The case of Japan was because Japan refused to back off from WW2. So the best was to hit them where they will feel it most, the whole World surpported it even till now. US always played by the rules during wars. |
Tourist sector
Abeg where is the location of that hotel in Anambra. Am laughing at Umahi saying he is building airport. I dey wait for those that will fly to Ebonyi through that airport. Ebonyi is the only state in the South East that is lagging behind in Sports. Not even a football club in NPFL a whole SE that have made their mark in Sports both Nigeria and the world at large. Abia State: Enyimba International, Abia Warriors, etc Anambra State: Ifeanyi Uba FC, etc Enugu State: Rangers International, etc Imo State: Heartland FC, etc Ebonyi State: None (perhaps Gala Sellers FC) There are rumours in some quarters that Umahi is building his projects from loans from Islamic Banks. And he recently signed for RUGA. Umahi don use yeye flyovers gamble the future and destiny of Ebonyians. Ebonyi got no night life. By 9:00pm, areas like Vanco, Spera in Deo, Water works, Ogoja Road, Afikpo road don lock down. If you're in Ebonyi by 6:00pm or 7:00pm and intend going to Aba, Onitsha or Awka...OYO is ur case o. No Bus for you. Abia: Aba, Umuahia, Ohafia Anambra: Awka, Nnewi, Onitsha Enugu: Enugu, Awgu, Nsukka Imo: Owerri, Okigwe, Orlu Ebonyi: Abakiliki. Ebonyi is a one City state. They will tell you Afikpo, Afikpo is a suburb...Ekwulobia developed pass Afikpo. Now the people are still poor and suffering from inferiority complex, that's why Hausa-Fulani are presently marrying their young girls. Many Hausas get harem of young Ebonyi girls for that side. If you doubt me go to Hausa quarters...you will shed tears. There's an ongoing communal clash between Effiom and Ezza. They are killing themselves right now, everytime they are dragging Land. The other day it was them dragging Land with Ogoja people. People say Abia State for example is backward and not developed...that Ebonyi is more developed than Abia State...just because of flyovers. I laugh at them. Abia is 100 times more developed than Ebonyi and Even Imo state, in terms of human development, SMEs, Ease of doing business. Abia shares borders with 7 States...and if you enter Aba today, know what you came for...you can leave 2morr morning as a millionaire...that cannot be said of Ebonyi. If you need cheap girls, who can do shits for you even with 500 naira then go to Ebonyi. I know the 5 South Eastern States like the back of my palms. I have lived in all of the 5 states and have done businesses in all of them. I can tell you who be who. Anambra is the Germans of Nigeria. Where others are still running around looking for help. Anambra will just solve the problem one hand. Obiano was first to use Helcopters and drones to fish out Fulani herders in the forests they were hidding. When Covid19 struck Obiano was the first to reopen markets, Churches and Schools. Anambra millionaires shared relief items worth billions of naira to their respective communities...it became a competiton. Guys will call me for villa telling me: " Nwoke m anyi no mma here", " anyi eriwago onu...ndia choro iji nri meruo mmadu aru" While other states where running around begging for food. Fellow Anambranians, Anambra akarigo egwu. Igbo(weed) na cigar aburo ogbo. Odogwu Anaro ama Dike Aka. Apart from Imo and Abia...Enugu and Ebonyi are our colonies. We are their colonial masters...na we colonize them, before they gained Independence. God bless Akpokuodike Aguleri God bless Anambra State God bless Igbo land. Proudly Nwa Orumba Dr. Godwin Maduka for Governor 2021 |

If you want to buy a land make sure it is a Haaland...all other lands now are prone to injuries and erosion. A Haaland with an "E" better pass a Hazard with an "E" ask Madrid how far about the later |

thebosstrevor1:You who was organized from far back, still trekk on 10 toes with your cattle from bush to bush in the 21st Century, when Argentina dey export their sheep through air cargo. Common to ranch your cow is a problem to you. After your years of empirehood...na to marry plenty wives and produce almajiri you guys can boast of. Name one fulani invention from your never existed empire. The stick una use dey control cattle abi? you guys invented it right? |
Shiver99:I went to Benin City, Edo State. Oredo local government to be precise. Mission road, Ring road etc. I visited a friend who deals on provisions at Omo street. Everybody was speaking Igbo. I was surprised...so who conquered who between bini and Igbo. Mad people everywhere |
SuperBold:We won the war against poverty and backwardness which is the most important war a truly human should venture into. When I look at states building flyovers and roads and their citizens come here to jump up and down, that their state is now being developed I laugh. A truly developed nation or state is where the people at least 90% of them live above poverty level. Take for example 6 of the 7 tallest Skycrapers in Europe, are in Russia, but Russia is ranked a developing nation in the global development index, while Canada is ranked a developed nation. You can only see that in Igboland. Individuals contributed money to build the Sam Mbakwe Imo airport, many road constructions in villages are done by Individuals. The highest standard of living in Nigeria came be seen in an Igbo man. The money you spend in your years in the University, one person may spend it in a Week just for burial of a loved one. We won the war against poverty. We are currently fighting the Jihadists who want to use cattle to swindle us the land of our ancestors. You are not seeing the war right? Currently in our war against the Fulani Jihadists, we have gone very far in the lead...we are winning them like : Igbo VS Fulani Jihadists 5:0 If you doubt that there's war going on now Igbo VS Fulani Jihadists, simply turn yourself into cattle, somewhere around Aba, Enugu, Ebonyi or Onitsha. You will see the war vaaam like lighter for your eyes |
cocolacec:The bini that the Igbos served, where are they today? a tiny state whose got nothing to offer the nation as product of their expired empire except specialization in pussy-dick trade. On the other hand, the Igbo that served is now in 5 viable and productive states. With tons of inventions and developmental strides the world over. So your empire is just a relic of the past. in the present and for the future...bini dey relegation zone in the league of the nations. Bini is one of the tribes likely to go extinct if care is not taken....oya sing bini national anthem let me see, the national anthem of bini empire |
thebosstrevor1:You are a tribal bigot and hate yourself for not being Igbo. That's what am trying to establish. Your suffering from inferiority complex. Your past actions and words...will always be used to judge your present state. Dont you know that? |
thebosstrevor1:Are you not the one that claimed Okonjo-Iweala will not win the WTO Chair. You came with your janjaweedism and proved how she may not win. Today where is she and where are you. You are an avid hater of Igbos and an inferior being. Your inferiority is obvious. This was ur topic on Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala https://www.nairaland.com/6212230/okonjo-iweala-may-not-win-wto |
thebosstrevor1:I have gone thru your posts. You are a Fulani apologist. You hate Igbos with all your blood. You envy them a lot. You created the topic of how Okonjo-Iweala will loose the WTO job. She won and shamed you. You must first of all rid yourself of hatred and pains, then your come with your head the citadel of reason and argue with me. You are too daft and uninformed guy See your yeye thread below: https://www.nairaland.com/6212230/okonjo-iweala-may-not-win-wto |
thebosstrevor1:I am not here to argue with you. I will soon begin demolishing your yeye, daft misinformation. I have already created a counter thread. Am going to dismantle your claims there. Meet me there. Ciao! |
We all know about the Hausa empire, the fulani empire, the benin empire, the Old oyo empire and their heros, we all hear about the history of some of their heros, we hear about usman dan fudio, Afonja, queen aminat, Sango and how they went to battle against other empires and defeated them. But something amazes me, i have never heard about any igbo empire, never heard about any igbo hero, never heard about any igbo wars. other empires organized wars against the colonists, they resisted and fought until they were subdued, never read any resistance of the colonists by the igbos. The only war, we know the igbos fought was the civil war in which they were defeated by NIGERIA. The only igbo hero i know was a fictional one in Chinue Achebe book, Okonkwo in things fall apart. This is something to ponder about, please if you know any igbo empire or any igbo hero, mention them, i am curious.
The post above was made in error. Either that the op was writing out of hatred for a tribe that is not responsible for his present painful existence or he wrote out of self-pity and envy. So let me hit the ground running. 1) There is nothing like Hausa or Fulani Empire in Pre-colonial Nigeria. Before the British came, there was only one viable Empire in Northern Nigeria. The Kanem-Bornu Empire. The Empire stretched from the present day North East Nigeria, the Lake Chad Basin, Some parts of Chad and present North West Cameroun. They were ruled by the Mai(s) notable among the Mai(s) was Mai Dunama I and Mai Dunama II. It was not a Hausa Empire both an Empire of the Bornu People. Later was the Hausa kingdoms, whose notable Monarch was Queen Amina of Zaria. The Hausa kningdoms stretched up to Gobir, present Sokoto. Gobir was renamed by Fulani Jihadists, who conquered Hausas in Gobir and renamed it Sokoto. They established the Sokoto Caliphate (not Sokoto Empire) in 1804. The Sokoto Caliphate controlled the North untill the British dismantled it in 1903. The only prominent Fulani Empire was the Tekruur Empire in far away Senegal. From where the Jihadists migrated to Northern Nigeria. 2) The Only Known Empires in the Pre-Colonial Nigeria were the Oyo Empire and The Benin Empire. The Oyo and Benin Empires were strong and flourished untill the British came. Some parts was conquered by the Jihadists, the case of Afonja and co. These two Empires were more of a semi-empires. And was dubbed the forest Kingdoms by Western historians. 3) There's nothing like an Igbo Empire. What existed in the lower Niger was The Kingdom of Biafar. The kingdom of Biafar (Biafra) existed about 500 yrs before the colonialists came. Ancient maps of Africa still have the Kingdom of Biafar in it. Present Bight of Bonny was once Bight of Biafra. The kingdom of Biafar was made up of small kingdoms, it was more of a confederation of small Kingdoms like. The Anioma Kingdom, the Aro Kingdom, The Igbo-Ukwu Kingdom etc and the Opobo kingdom. The Kingdom of Biafar stretched to the Niger Delta. 4) The Kingdoms that made up the Lower Niger resisted both the Jihadists and the British. They were penetrated by the European missionaries in the 18th Century. Christianity was the tool deployed by the Europeans to weaken them. The Aro warriors, were fierce in wars with other smaller kingdoms. 5) No Heroes of Igbo Extraction This is a total bullcrap. There are many heroes of Igbo Extraction. The only International Airport in Nigeria's capital; is named after Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Nnamdi Azikiwe is from Kenya abi? His head is on Nigeria's second valued naira note...which tribe is he from...Fualni abi? King Jaja of Opobo was from main land Igbo. Nkwerre precisely. Nkwerre is in present day Imo State. Opobo people still hold their Igbo heritage. They are partly in Abia State and Rivers State. King Jaja was captured by the British in Ndoki. Ndoki is in Abia State. While I was in Opobo, some of the elders there told me that they supposed to be in Abia State, but that the Military created Rivers State and put them there. Olauda Equiano, is another Hero from Ikwuano in Abia State. He was the first black slave to buy his own freedom from his master. That's not heroic right? 6) Op is Tribalistic and aimed at misinforming people and undermining the history of a Blessed tribe. I accord the same respect I give my tribe to all other tribes, races and colours on Earth. But Op is infatuated with the Igbo tribe. He is always the first to criticize and attack anything Igbo. He has created a lot of topics online, aimed at attacking anything Igbo. Notable among them was his topic on how Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala will loose the WTO Chair elections. https://www.nairaland.com/6212230/okonjo-iweala-may-not-win-wto. Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala later won and he never created a thread to congratulate her. Op sees her as an Igbo woman and not a follow Nigerian. People like Mr. thebosstrevor1 who created the topic am countering are tribal bigots whose claims are devoid of true facts and research. Hence all he posts here belong to the garbage bin.

thebosstrevor1:Mr. I have been laughing since I saw your post. Reason because you are not a student of history. If your are a historian you wouldn't have made this post in the first place. First and foremost there is nothing like Hausa Empire or Fulani Empire anywhere in the World. The first person that came up with Hausa Empire and Fulani Empire is you and you alone. Also there's nothing like Igbo Empire. Second the only Empires known in the history of the Sahel and lower Niger are the following: The Kanem-Bornu Empire, The Benin Empire and the Oyo Empire. Oyo Empire and Benin Empires were semi-empires and were dubbed the forest Kingdoms. The only Empire formed by Fulani was the Tekruur Empire in far away Senegal. No Fulani Empire existed in Nigeria. The Fulani Founded the Sokoto Caliphate in 1804 after a jihad that subdued the Hausa Kingdoms. The Caliphate was dismantled by the British in 1903. The Ancient and most organized Empire in the North is the Kanem-Bornu Empire and it was not a Hausa Empire, it was formed by the Bornu people of the lake Chad Basin. They are now in Cameroun, Lake Chad Basin and North East Nigeria. They were ruled by the Mai(s) I can recall Mai Dunama I and Mai Dunama II. Then, in the Lower Niger were the Kingdoms of Benin and Kingdom of Biafar(Biafar) Op what we have today as Bight of Bonny was actually Bight of Biafra in the 17th Century map of Africa. Later on the Hausa Knigdoms emerged with the most notable Monarch, Queen Amina. They were subdued by the Jihadists from Senegal who established the Sokoto Caliphate. Kaduna still retains the head of Political Arewa land, because of Zaria, While Sokoto is the Islamic Religious head of Arewa land. The Sultan presides from Sokoto, while the political head was in Kaduna...where Ahmadu Bello presided as Premier. The lower Niger was made up of the Kingdom of Biafar, and was made up of other tiny kingdoms, The Aro Kingdom, the Igbo-Ukwu Kingdom, the Opobo kingdom etc. Now op you said you don't know any Kingdom of Igbo extraction? the Kingdom of Opobo was it in Eastern Kenya? or Eastern Brazil? You don't know any Hero of Igbo extraction who resisted the British. Is king Jaja of Opobo from Arewa land? Before you say Opobo is not Igbo, and not in Eastern Nigeria. I have been to Opobo, they are partly in Abia State and Rivers State. They are minority in Rivers. Every toddler in Abia State around Ogbor Hill, will even take you to Opobo jucntion, you will take a bike to Ndoki land and Opobo. Opobo people told me that they ought to be in Abia State. That's why Rivers State neglected them. Governor Orji Uzor Kalu fought to bring them back together with Obigbo but all his attempts were futile. The military who created the states caused a lot of confusion and removed many communities from their ancestral home lands. Jaja of Opobo was a slave boy from Nkwerre in present day Imo State. Let me just wait till your post makes front page. Then I will counter your thread and dismantle your yeye claims. I have not even entered my library to make some research and bombard your nonsense with missiles from both ancient and modern history of the African continent, especially the Sahel and sub Sahara regions. |
Mabizeka:You are there my man, some celebs come dey win Grammy join. This one na to kneel down beg one liability be his own target. His mumu never do sha. |
SpecialAdviser:Except two guys: The Abia drunkard and the Imo bleaching cream (Caro white) Ambassador. Both of them got no blue print on how to move their states forward. They are just there siddon dey look. All the states in South South have good airports. If Ebonyi and Anambra completes their airport, all the 5 South East states will have their own airports except Abia State who are constructing one flyover since 6 yrs now. Very daft and backward state |
decrownprince:Ball pickers are paid 24 pounds (12k) per hour An average match is 90 minutes, except matches that enter into extra time. Now there's a 3 hour rule in UK and America. A job that is not up to 6 or 8 hours, you must pay the jobber, minimum of 3 hours to enable him/her pay his/her bills comfortably. 12k × 3 = 36k 36k × 4(4 weeks)= 144k monthly. Now there are some weeks with 2 home matches like Cup and league games so the pay may even reach 200k per month Many PhD holders na 50k jobs dem dey do here...some na Keke and Okada ridders doing hire purchase for people. Don't say that 200k cannot cater for their needs over there cos of high cost of living. No not at all, they are covered. They got other jobs, the ball picking is just a part time job. |
Zenithpeak:Even though it's an APC faction, the APC government cannot cause disunity among SS and SE. The two regions got a lot in common as they are the old Eastern Region. Also they are 95 % Christians, they owe each other a lot. Nothing the FG can do. Asari and co will scam them and in the end Biafra will come...it is even a welcomed development for those who shout SS is not part of Biafra. |
Liposure:Guys are only thrilled to do "raw" but they fail to realize that pronouncing "raw" from the left hand side like say you're reading a Hebrew text...na "war" be that. If you no take time for raw na war you go land yourself into. |
eazyduzit:Don't dispute that. I was 6 yrs old then. I can remember many rhymes I was taught in Nursery 2 till today. I got strong memory guy. We even acted a play in nursery 2 when I was among the mice that plays when the cat is away. One of us now in Istanbul, Turkey...was the cat DT year. He will crawl out from one end of the class and we the mice will run on all fours to another section of the class and hide ourselves. Okay let me tell you what how I cooked that rice. After cooking it, It was getting close to done. I broke some eggs and mixed the eggs with salt and pepper and poured on top the rice. When my mom came home and saw the food, she praised my efforts, but the raw nature of the eggs scared my other siblings away from the food. Both Mom and Dad insisted everyone must eat the food or go to bed starved. They did that to encourage me and also resources we're scarce then, no need to waste anything. In my hood now, nursery 3 kids dey fry indomie anyhow. They come back from school use the gas, especially the thermostat gas cookers...and prepare noodles dem go chop. If you're smart... you're smart. I know what am talking Mr. |
josh123:My brother there's so much money in football. Even ordinary ball pickers sef dey make money pass PhD holders here...chai |
Currently there's a Serie A match going on between Cagliari and Juventus. Just at 32nd minuete of play, Cristiano Ronaldo netted his 3rd goal in the encounter. This is one of the fastest hat-trick in his spell in Italy. A a superb way of replying his critics who claimed his career is declining. Recall that it was revealed during the week that Juventus pays CR7 1 million pounds per goal. By scoring 3 goals in just 32 minutes...The superstar just raked in 1.5 billion Naira in his account. Who say there's no money in Sports. My pikin must be a football...and I must be his manager...

chamber2:Oga to tell you the truth. Imo state and their handlers are myopic. Everything about Imo begins and ends in Owerri. Okigwe is a mess, Orlu (though I've not been there) is also very bad, cos guys from there lament there's no tangible development in Orlu. Imo needs to open these towns just like you have in Anambra where Awka, Onitsha and Nnewi are all viable. Abia State...Umuahia and Aba are viable. Enugu State: Enugu and Nsukka are all viable. They are now developing Awgu, Orji River, Aninri axis(though these areas are known for agricultural accomplishments. Even Nkanu is more viable than Okigwe. Ebonyi state got Abakiliki and Afikpo. Imo begins in Owerri and ends in Owerri, every administration will spend 8 yrs running around Owerri. Thats too bad. They are myopic over there. |
jondon11:Boss, I would like to be tutuored by you regards the working from home stuff. I would greatly appreciate your help. Below is my email. I would check my inbox for ur reply sir sabastinendubuisi1986@gmail.com |
