When a congregation of MEN, WOMEN, including MALE/FEMALE kids gather to observe a prayer, regardless whether the SEGREGATION (partition) is done with transparent blanket sheet or the OPPOSITE SEX are actually located HUNDREDS OF METERS away behind a brick wall (linked through mega phone; it is a male Imam that leads the prayer.

When a congregation is made up of only women, a female Imam leads the prayer.

A female would SIMPLY NOT lead a congregation made up of both sexes because it is not allowed in Islam.
That is, it won't even happen how much more anyone telling you what may be the consequences.

Certain things (prohibitions) are never ever violated in Islam so the punishments and repercussions are not even mentioned let alone discussed.
