Please when you finally arrive, always Read every documents completely before signing o.... Cos many details can save you time, stress and from trouble/police matters, especially when dealing with landlord and your employer.

I sent a paid mail to ukvi this morning after calling them yesterday afternoon and in less than 30 mins I got a response that they can confirm a decision had been made.

Immediately I logged in to track the application status and it has moved to "TRANSFERED TO VAC.

I'm on a Tier 4 student Visa.
She is coming to visit her granddaughter (newborn).

Student enrollment letter.
Marriage certificate
Wife's Birth certificate
Mat B1 form from midwife
Birth registration appointment letter.
My bank statement (over 5k pounds)
Tenancy agreement.
Utility bill of my accommodation.
Introduction letter
Invitation letter.
Letter from her pastor permitting her to travel as she is a worker in church.
She is self employed... But I didn't include her bank details as I am the full sponsor. I only wrote her annual income and earnings (which was even less than 1 million).
Things I mentioned
She is coming to meet her first grandchild...
My wife and I are overwhelmed with the new responsibility and are struggling as it's our first experience...
I'm a student and need time to focus on my final project and wife will need support.

I attached our pictures from courtship to both parents visiting, traditional wedding, church wedding, my wife and I with the newborn at the hospital (all pics were merged in a single pdf file).

Be honest with your situation as much as possible. Don't inflate anything... Just be sincere and hide nothing.

I herd dollar is cheaper by paying through paga.

You don't need any upgrade.
When you get to the point of payment, click on page verve.
Use a phone number and email you have not previously used on paga.
Then it will register you as new.
The next page will show where you can put your card details
That's all.

I used this method last night and it worked seemlessly.

or its at the point of her own application she will upload the marriage certificate and other evidences?

Use Form A with Stanbic bank if you are particular about the rate.
Mine took 3 days and I was charged at 482.01 naira to 1 GBP yesterday.

moreover, you don't have to always base Ur calculation on the minimum wage. its called minimum wage because you shouldn't earn below that, not that you can't earn way above that.
with this premise, you can definitely earn above the threshold of 12500 without breaking the rules.
note that the 20 hours is only during academic session,
so do your maths using as low as 10 pounds per hour.
for approximately 8 months lecture
10 * 20 = 200 (per week)
200 * 35 weeks = 7,000
now imagine working full time for about 4months
thats 10 * 55 = 550/week
then 550 * 17 = 9,350

7000 + 9350 = 16,350
correct me if am wrong.

please can any Govt. Marriage Certificate be tendered for a dependant visa? (i mean one obtained from local govt. registry) or it has to be from a National Registry like Ikoyi (for those in Lagos)?
