This is indeed a double wahala for Oritsefemi as his babymama Blessing Rawa who he accused of hacking his instagram account has fired back at the singer for saying she hacked his account.

Femi who already has two children from different women, age 10 and 11 and has openly said he is not going to get married to any of his babymama.

The season two of the fan favourite series, Empire has come under attack. Both Terrence Howard and the show’s creator and executive producer Lee Daniels are being sued by Ron Newt, a self-confessed “gangster, love-vendor, and drug dealer,” for allegedly stealing the idea for the hit show.

Newt says the fictitious character Lucious Lyon, played by Howard, is too similar to his own — claiming he met with the actor some time ago at a Four Seasons hotel to discuss his documentary, “Bigger Than Big.”

The self-proclaimed former kingpin claims that he wanted the 46-year-old to play him in a feature-film version. Now, in the lawsuit, Newt is asking for $1 billion in damages. But according to entertainment insider Victoria Cook, the figure is over the top.

“Obviously the show hasn’t even come close to making that money, so to measure damages that way is something that’s certainly never going to be honored by the court,” Cook explained. But the show is no stranger to controversy.

You may remember the accusations early on that it was ripping off Starz’s music-dynasty series “Power” — all the way down to the ad campaign. And of course, there was the cultural backlash initiated by the comments Tavis Smiley made to Larry King.

Cameroon born singer, Dencia fired back at a South African fan who questioned her views about the latest Xenophobic attacks.

The Whitenecious Cream boss joined many others across the world to condemn the new wave of attacks but a South African fan didn’t find it funny.

OLX Nigeria has absolved itself on the deal on its role in the procurement of the nanny who kidnapped the three Orekoya kids.

Lola Masha, Country Manager described the incident as unfortunate adding that the organization on moderate on transactions but does not get involved in negotiations.

The company’s name was dragged into a the kidnap saga of three boys in Lagos by a 23 year old Nanny, Mary Akinloye whose service was procured on the platform by the parents.

Expressng reported earlier today that the missing kids have now been found and are now reunited with their parents.

The drama between these two newly engaged love birds; Lilian Esoro and Ubi Franklin, are becoming alarming.

The entertainment industry was amazed when TrippleMG CEO who doubles as Iyanya’s Manager, Ubi Franklin, proposed to Nollywood actress and Clinic Matters star, Lilian Esoro.

Just after the news of their engagement hit the net, Lilian reportedly denied it through her Blackberry Status.

The fair complexioned script interpreter warned everyone to stop the congratulatory messages to her because she is ‘not engaged yet’.

However, few days later they both confirmed to the public that they are engaged.

Lilian and Ubi have been spotted in several occasion after their engagement and recently took a trip to London.

Excited Ubi also disclosed in a recent chat with one of the daily’s that their wedding will certainly hold this year.

But what has kept everyone talking now is that, few days back, the TV starlet, Lilian, deleted all the pictures of her soon-to-be husband from her Instagram page as if that wasn’t enough, she went ahead to delete the whole Instagram page which already had over 20,000 followers.

One of Nigeria’s On Air Personality (OAP) of the Y FM in Ghana, Adaeze Onyinyechie Ayoka well known as Miss Ada was whisked away by unknown gunmen in Ghana.

YFM has however asked for any information on the whereabouts of OAP in Ghana or anywhere else.

At exactly 6:58 PM, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate in Lagos, Jimi Agbaje put a phone call to concede defeat and congratulate Ambode Akinwumi, All Peoples Congress candidate.

Ambode’s campaign, Steve Ayorinde, confirmed this to PREMIUM TIMES. Ayorinde said in response, Mr. Ambode thanked Mr. Agbaje and wished him well.

It would be recalled that that President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan did the same two weeks ago by congratulating President-Elect, General Muhammadu Buhari of the APC.

Meanwhile, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been declared the winner of the April 11 election.

Mr Ambode polled 811,994 votes, with the runner-up and the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Jimi Agbaje, polling 659,788 votes.

Announcing the results on Sunday, the returning officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Lagos State, Professor Isaac Folorunso Adewole, declared that “Ambode Akinwunmi of the APC, having satisfied the requirement of the law, securing at least 25 per cent of votes in all local governments and scoring the highest votes is hereby declared the winner and his is returned elected”.

This issue has been agitating my mind for some time, having discovered it’s almost becoming a trend in Nigeria Christian community. My answer is very straightforward about the Korede Bello issue.

The bible states very unambiguously and clearly ” Friendship with the world is enmity to God? Whosoever therefore will be friend of the world is enemy of God…” (James 4:4).

For the sake of clarity, please permit me to look at the same scriptures in one or two more versions. Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God….New Living Translation (NLT). “…Do you not know that being the world’s friend is being God’s enemy? So whoever chooses to be a friend of the world takes his stand as an enemy of God….” (Amplified Bible).

Now I know all scriptures are given by the inspirations of the Holy Ghost and Apostle Peters did say no scriptures is ever of a single personal interpretation. So before some begin to argue that the above text I quoted was talking about adulterers, all scriptures are given by Holy Spirit for interpretation by Him also.

Having said that, Korede Bello is a young man I love personally, and have nothing against him. But it’s written here, that when we chose the way of the world, we have clearly chosen our paths; becoming an enemy of God. Please, there must be a clearly defined boundaries of who sings, and /or ministers in churches. Some of the questions that comes to mind are … Is he born again? Sanctified with the spirit of God and baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Also, let’s ask ourselves, what’s even the purpose of people singing in churches and Christian concerts? Where purpose is lacking, abuse is inevitable writes Francis Wale Oke in his book; The Power of the Holy Spirit. So I believe very strongly that one major purpose of choristers or Psalmists singing is to prepare the minds and hearts of the people for the word of God that is to come shortly; since we see in parable of the sower that the hearts of men is like a soil, and when the seed (which is the word of God) is sown, one of the factors that will determine the level of harvest yielded is the condition of the soil (hearts).

That’s why we have song ministrations to condition solely to prepare the hearts and make it expectant. So if that’s the case, what kind of songs will Korede Bello sing to achieve that? God wins? Sir, going through the book of Ezekiel also reveals that whosoever you listens to matter a lot. Ezekiel said… As he spake to me, behold the spirit enters into me and sets me upon my feet…” (Ezekiel 2:2 & 3:4).


So as singers ministers, even if he sings christian praise and worship songs, what kinds of spirits is he releasing to proliferates the church and lands on....

“Nobody can push you into the Atlantic Ocean. Rather, you should use your votes to push the APC into the Atlantic Ocean by voting massively for the PDP on Saturday.”

That was the charge of Jimi Agbaje, the Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate in Lagos State, To Igbo traders at Alaba International Market.

He urged them to ignore the threats made by the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, that if they do not vote for the APC governorship candidate on Saturday, they would die in the lagoon.

Agbaje said, “Election is like a snake. You have to make sure you win by killing the snake completely by using your votes to drive the APC out of power. The reason why they are harassing you is because they fear Igbo votes. They will try to do ‘shakara’ for you but you must vote massively for the PDP and protect your votes.”

Agbaje, who was accompanied by his running mate, Alhaja Safuratu Abdulkarim; and the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, said the APC had become arrogant because the party had been in power for too long.

He said, “In the last 16 years, the APC has been full of arrogance. This arrogance must end once and for all. Saturday is the time to say enough is enough.”

Counselling the audience to eschew violence and refuse to be intimidated at the polling venue, Agbaje urged them to guard their votes.

He said, “God is on our side and power will change hands on Saturday and life will be better for you and your businesses. There will be no oppression again because this election is about freedom from bondage.”

Following the outcome of the presidential elections, troubled President of the Actors Guild Of Nigeria (AGN), Ibinabo Fiberesima has fled the country.

Sources said her decision to leave the country may not be unconnected with the triumph of the All People’s Congress (APC) presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari.

Ibinabo was (unofficial) coordinator of celebrity endorsement for the Jonathan/ Sambo Campaign Organisation who ensured the backing of Nollywood actors.

Another source said that the actress is struggling to come to terms with the ruling of a Lagos High Court that sacked her from office as the President of the AGN.

Justice James Tsoho ruled that the election that produced Ibinabo was conducted against court order and ordered all parties involved to maintain status quo.

Rising in defense of the actress, a source said that her trip had nothing to do with politics nor court ruling.

On 31st March 2015, a 55 year old man named Peter Godsday Orubebe serving as a polling agent for the People’s Democratic Party, made frantic attempt to disorganise the proceedings of the 2015 presidential election collation over some issues he was aggrieved at during the presidential election. The situation was so embarrassing that it took few minutes for the news to spread all over the world. However, while people were busy taunting him and making mockery of the whole situation, one key thing kept coming to my mind and that was his wife and children! How do they cope with him? I tried to imagine what the wife especially, has been coping with all along as a result of this demented act. My thought gravitated towards other ladies in marriage and courtship who have this type of men in their lives. Only God knows the type of emotional wreckage they could have experienced just because the men in their lives don’t have their tempers under control. This precipitated my decision to look into this type of personality and come up with somethings to help our ladies because if you are caught in marriage with such a guy, the most appropriate thing to do from the onset is to learn to manage him.

It became so interesting when Wikipedia updated his profile and it became a word to reckon with online. Now, Orubebe means to rudely interrupt an important meeting, throwing tantrums like a little kid which may attract scolding from a mature and wiser adult. Please, who does this if not a short-tempered man? More often than not, many ladies have found out they are hooked with a man with temper tantrums as this Orubebe being described here. One thing is that the guy didn’t start when he got into relationship with you but majorly a foundational thing from childhood and you can be assured that you won’t be able to change him, at least in the early years of your relationship. There are quite a lot of traits that a man exhibits which could indicate how he will treat you in the relationship. However, it becomes a sort of concern that most ladies focus on less important things such as his bank account, cars, dress sense, how good he is in bed, how romantic and all those things but practically ignore how such deals with his anger.

Yes, the Orubebe kind of man practically means a short-tempered man who is quickly moved to anger and irascible. But this is not only referring to a man who is violent or abusive, we can equally consider a man that overreacts to a situation when he is angry which may not necessarily come with violence or usage of strong words. The Director of Media and Publicity of the People’s Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has described as ominous and unacceptable the threat by the Oba of Lagos against the Igbos in Lagos.

The Oba Rilwan Akiolu said that if the Igbos do not vote for the All Progressives Congress in the governorship elections on Saturday they should be ”ready for the consequences”.

Mr. Fani-Kayode also condemned the reported remark by the monarchs that the Igbos should be ready to ”perish inside the lagoon” if they don’t vote for the APC candidate, Akinwumi Ambode

“The truth is that we were threatened with ethnic cleansing and religious carnage in the north had Buhari not won the presidential election on March 28th and had President Jonathan not quickly conceded defeat.

“We let that go and kept the peace but now our traditional supporters are being threatened in Lagos and in many other states as we approach the April 11th governorship elections,” Mr. Fani-Kayode said in a statement issued Monday in Abuja.

The former Aviation Minister warned the APC not to mistake the PDP’s concession of defeat as weakness.

An unidentified woman was delivered of a bouncing baby on a busy Lagos street.

According to eyewitnesses, the birth which happened Tuesday morning was natural and successful.

It was not clear where she was headed but it was learnt that water broke and the proud mom began to dilate immediately.

“She started screaming for help and a few people gathered around her and when they saw the baby’s head was already coming out, they helped her deliver the baby right there,” said the source.

Popular media personality Toke Makinwa has added her voice to the tribalism statement that has blown the media apart since yesterday after the death threat by the Oba Rilwan Akiolu of Lagos.

‘There is so much to say on this topic, it is heartbreaking but real. Tribalism has been and is still been practiced today. Lagos is home for everyone, our generation knows better too.
