Josbreed:
It is not easy to bteed more than one breeds, due to variations in adaptabilities.

.
Thanks.

frozen70:
I have broilers that will be 3 months this end of October

They are very fat and have fat legs

I am raising them for Christmas for my family

I hope by December when they will be 5 months, it won't be too late to consume them

I mean must they be consumed at three months or they can stay beyond three months

.
Rearing for that long is less profitable commercially. There is also risk of death.

decatalyst:
It would have been nice to have the pictures of the 4 types sir.

Thank you

Oshin56:
Op should please update there pictures in four weeks so that we can know there difference.

richiepolymer:
The pictures of all the Broiler breeds would have helped a lot. From the description of the various breeds, it seems i won’t want to buy COBBS 500.

LtChisom:
No single picture, you want us to start paying money for that one abi?

ThreeEyedRaven:
I was hoping for a pictorial comparison

Badguy77:
Pictures for the different types abeg so we go know the difference

See

Stories dee oo. So he did it without her consent - several times oo. Some people married prostitutes thinking they marry wife. There is one woman who saw me coming back from irritating my farm. The bush path was very lonely and the sun was high. You know what this woman did?

While looking at me, she bend down. Lift up her skirt to expose her laps. And started scratching her lap while looking at me.

Whenever I see things like this I don't get tempted. Rather my anger boils. Thank God for that. I just zoom past her in anger. Only God knows what she would tell her his and afterward to cover up.

If you want to marry, be very careful. Don't go and marry a potential prostitute. Lean on Christ for direction.

Farmerakinloye6:
you are correct, it is 30cm by 1.2meter.

.
Thanks. I normally used 60cm. But I'm experimenting with a few 30cm to see how it goes.

Why do I love water bodies and wind so much? It is because of things like this. If I can construct a dam across a small stream, that would be free electricity for me.

So bad. I don't know why people in riverine areas don't have life jackets. Even to make them from simple tyre tubes. If you don't know how to swim and you are journeying by river without life jacket, then you don't love ur life.

AntiChristian:
How did Jesus or any of twelve disciples, Paul, Mark and Luke teach una to woo lady and marry them in the Bible?

#AnswerWithBibleVerses

.
Everything is not in the bible. But with the Holy Spirit, we get guidance on how to live our lives. E.g. don't smoke or watch open isn't in the bible exactly. But from verses that condemns self-harm and sexual immorality, the Holy Spirit teach us that those things are evil.

LikeAking:
Make una calm down.

We can all see the weakness of religious beliefs.

Science saved Apostle Sulieman. All the big MOGs have BP cars and the carry entourage and bgs.

A real anioted MOG, judging by the way they brag about dia God shud not use BP cars or BG.

He will just speak the word and road go clear..

If they can bind powerful demons, na waek humans dey fear Dem?

Religion get as e b...

Use your head.

.
If you have a weapon to defend yourself with but do not use it bc you want God to do it for you, you are stupid. If great Apostle Paul in the bible could appreciate military escort when the Jews wanted to kill him, what about us? Faith without work is useless. The problem is when you believe in bp cars and not God. Then God may decide to show you that even that ur bp car cannot save u.

Grasscutter is a fast reproducing animal and starts mating with 7 months after birth. It gives birth twice yearly and produce 4-9 at a time. That means, if you have 100 females that gives birth twice in a year, you would be having 900 to 1,500 in your farm within just a year! Such number will bring you nothing less than N5 Million when they are matured for marketing.

Grass cutter farming is very lucrative ✅
Most people in the city couldn’t buy the meat because it’s very scarce, so no amount of Grasscutter you produced that can’t be sold within days. It will take combined efforts of thousands of farmers to fill the need for bush meat in the market in Africa right now.

The market like I stated earlier is very big. Grasscutter meat or Bush meat is probably the most desirable animal meet in the market. Everyone loves it and it sells very fast. Big restaurants uses it to prepare high priced delicacies.

Feeding The Grasscutters
Grasscutter is a herbivorous animals meaning their source of food is basically from the bush, that’s why they are more comfortable in the bush where their foods could easily be found. Their major food is Elephant or Napier grass. They also love Sugar cane and most farmers use sugar cane mainly for their feeding, Guinea grass, Gamba grass, Congo grass.

Hello. Are you still active?

.
Thanks for sharing. But do you mean that every company just focus on 1 breed?

Farmerakinloye6:
The plucking and growing one at the moment...am planning to do the final nursery for this by next week....it is dangerous to over prune this period, trust me you don't want ripe cucumber fruit e.t.c

.
Is that 30cm spacing?

I love this country. May they all become Christians - true Christians.

idrisaleo1:
The plan is just to roast the soybean, mix with all other ingredients and serve. I see some videos where the farmers didn't need to mash the feed. I believe they have strong beaks and would be fine.

I plan to let it be for at least a year. We will just be dressing it with a shovel.

Isn't this a deep litter system? I think deep litter means housing them in a coop without no battery cages?

.
What I'm saying is that if you use the wrong sand (fine grains) it may be disastrous due to impacted crop.
.
Yes, it is a type of deep litter.

idrisaleo1:
What are the disadvantages to using sand?

.
It can cause problem if the grains are small. See this https://www.thefeatherbrain.com/blog/sand-chicken-coop-bedding?format=amp.
.
How will you clean out 2 truck load of sand plus accumulated manure? Deep litter would be better oo.

idrisaleo1:
Na the expense deh give me headache o. And I think sand absorbs their poos better. I don't plan to clean for at least six months. I hope to have enough sand. Like two truckloads.

.
You better use sawdust. With lactobacillus serum, you can control the smell.

One(250ml) wl cover 1 acre. Application thru soil/root. Its more than just a nematicide, also fungicidal. Zoom @the tabular info.

.
Thanks.

All forms of sexual immorality are sinful. Including kissing.

DjRickyNG:
How often do I need to apply for maximum control?
Any other chemical if I'm unable to locate this one in my area?

.
I dont know how often. But if I'm to do it myself, I will apply 2x - when the tuber starts forming and 2 months before harvesting. But note that irrigation is needed after applying.

As for alternative to Rocket, I don't know. But I believe you will find if you search hard enof.

Congrats.

Ask them to show you samples.

DjRickyNG:
I'm planning to go into yam farming but yam beetles has been my greatest challenge. U have any idea about how it can be controlled?

.
Rocket Granules can take care of them.

Following. I'm currently trying to persuade Seun to do this section in such a way that mostly educative posts like this make it to agric front page. All those sellers topics have filled everywhere.

aliadi2:
Thanks sir this has been settled long ago sir

.
Happy to hear that. How are they doing now?

So this is how far America has rotted? Politicians now promoting this. God is patiently preparing the hell fire that will burn them.

ceeceeuwa:
Please what is the remedy?

fertilize with manure and spray insecticide. Or replant and take better care of them.

aliadi2:
Help pls can someone help me my pullet are having strong CRD and their face is swollen, thick catarrah coming out of their nose, making loud noises at night and raising their mouth up like they have difficulty breathing. Can someone recommend what i can use am currently using typanor cos tylodox is very costly now.

Amoxicillin, oxytetracycline, erythromycin, spiramycin, lincomycin, quinolones, norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, levofloxacin, tiamulin, levofloxacin.

For E coli that may accompany crd, add colistin or Neomycin to any of the above drugs.

You have to reduce environmental stress too for drugs to be effective. Avoid overcrowding, high or too low temperature, dust and ammonia smell from droppings. Warning: Ammonia smell from droppings will keep causing disease outbreaks. Keep their pen clean and don't allow droppings to accumulate.
