You will only know if it work if you try it on > 500 birds. I support the use of herbs when they're not sick. Herbs are good at prevention not cure. But when sick? Use drugs.

Farm theft is a big problem. They can even come at NIGHT when it is raining. So my plan is to buy German shepherd dogs and keep in the farm.

Very good thread. I suggest you also experiment with biogas digester - the cheap type that can be made from nylon. With that, you get cooking gas and better fertilizer than raw manure.

That is big. It is a good idea so long as you have a good market for it and you have done feasibility study. It will be better if you can process it into oil and palm kernel oil.

It has been a long time. I think I achieved up to 95% lay until a small negligence lead to disease outbreak. I blamed it on not cleaning their pen as I normally do. So ammonia gas reduced their immunity and caused CRD/Coryza outbreak. They later recovered after spending on drugs. Some died too.
