one thing i know is that to improve your currency, you have to do something similar to what is been done in most asian countries. i.e. improve production capacity, transportation(trains and stuff that are cheap means of going about), electricity e.t.c. if this is done things will take its course and there will be no hardships in the country.

true its the information age but dont you think those studying computer engineering have very serious competitive advantage over computer sciences. they tend to learn (an overview of) all you learn except for few things that they can still study personally and understand. but computer scientists dont learn about hardware, networking,
so think about it you should consider viewing computer engineering as one of the courses thats most appropriate for this age and time. O.K.
