Transcorp still owns Transcorp Noga hotel and some oil licences.
I am actually a big fan of the Transcorp idea. Transcorp did not just get it right with Nitel. For more than a year, no tangible results.
I believe the govt will still negotiate with Transcorp on Nitel. They may be forced to sell off some holding

As for the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in the heart of abuja, that might be a major backbone for the Transcorp empire, but as for the reserved oil licences and blocks, dont even go there when Yar'adua is the president. Uncertainties looms but my earnest hope is that the giant gets back to its feet and DIVERSIFY instead of expecting favouritism from the FG.

Dear Aisha2, I've experienced too many irritating disturbances from ladies before. The reason why those ladies mount pressure on guys vary from one person to the other. It may be the way those guys make them feel when they are around them, it may be sign of low self-esteem like almondjoy said, it could even be as a result of in ordinate desire for what they can get from those guys. For some babes, it is simply that old age is gawking at them in the face.
There are some guys who are experts in treating a lady as a real queen with no-strings-attached kind of mindset. And if a lady has not received such treatment before from anywhere she wont like to let go.

Dont hang ur decision on the ordeals of just a single person. You have forgotten that some other people here in your naija earn between N100,000 and N400,000. I am talking from experience. Remember you stand a far better chance of getting a heavily paid job here. Taxes here are not so cruel as obtainable accross the borders. So please make an informed decision.

You r a real man to know when you r wrong and retrace ur steps. Some guys can NEVER say they r sorry even when the hand writings r on the wall.

You got a 3rd class either because you failed to read when your mates were reading or because you chose a course (physics) for which you have no interest.

If its the first, then if you do pdg or another degree you will be more serious, but if for the 2nd reason, then just do a pgd or degree in what interests you and you'll easily get a firstclass even if you mix studying with working.

As for your question, hnmmm. A 3rd class in a market were 2-1 and 2-2 are jobless . I believe that with God and with DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR FIELD there's no job you cannot get.

A pdg is to enable you get a masters degree not just to use in getting a job. If your aim is to get M.Sc later, then a pgd is ur urgent need. but if u just want to upgrade ur result and rest, fafafa-fao.
Tell any1 who wants to re-do a 1st degree to think twice. For the fact that you left 400/500L behind doesnt mean u can get an 'A' in a 100L/pre-Degree course.

Veravin dear, there is no course a man can do that a woman cant. Infact, you doing a course that is dorminated by guys has a lot of advantages. you get very many ACADEMIC helps that you begin to choose. I'm not a petrochemical engr,so may not know whether it's mostly dorminated by guys but cant you see a female president in a war-torn Liberia? Dont you hear that a woman wants to be the president of the greatest nation on earth?
My dear, anything you can imagine can be done, afterall no course in the uni is easy for both male and female.

The national dailies this morning carried the news that Nwakwo kanu is likely person to succeed the foreign super Eagles coach Berty Vogts. In some of our matches he performed more actively than the confused coach.

From my point of view, that bill is as important as any bill. I once stayed in the national assembly quarters and you will never believe the extent to which those abuja babes can go to get a hold of an Hon.This or Sen.That. Besides, that bill will introduce some measuer of decency to our schools and i want to believe that the rate of promisciuty/husband-snatching will fall geometrically.

Concerning the supervision, it is better the architect does the supervision in order to bring out the original concept perfectly by ensuring strict adherence to the drawing. An engineer can also do this though. Try to avoid percentages when negotiating. You cant predict where it can land you at the end.

As for the prices, you cannot sit in from of a computer and allocate prices for building works. Like someone said above, it depends on the location, size, features, terrain, etc

Regarding the difference between drawing and design, there is a HUGE difference. i doubt whether those who say there are the same actually belong to the construction industry. An architectural drawing only shows the elevations: side view, front view, cross-sections, roof plans etc; but the other one is called structural design. It is done by civil engineers though an experienced architect can risk doing it. Structural design is a must for storey buldings but recommended/optional for bungalows. I just finished working on the structural design of a bungalow to be located somewhere along Lekki expressway, lagos.
