Here’s my experience here.
I used Podowart,I wasn’t careful enough,so it touched other parts of my Peni$s and balls.
It was excruciating.
Tho I was told to apply Vaseline round the area where I will apply the Podowart. I still did but was careful enough.
The heat down there made everything even worse.
I was told to buy Dermazin” I did,it was suffer effective and dried up all the soar in down there. But I had to just lay in bed all through the week.

Penicillin ointment is also good but go for Dermazin. It dries super fast

I know there are some ointment you can buy for burns , just try find out online , personally I don’t know any , I sha know they r oily like vasaline and help to heal burns on skin ,
But no use such ish on ur private , if you are that desperate and can’t wait for d warts to go on der own
Go and do a laser removal of the warts with c02 laser
