Either you use genuine olive oil, butter or milk.
Boil water with magic weed in it for about ten minutes. Add two to three drops of olive oil,
boil for about two minutes.
As oil brings out brings out the active ingredient in it.
Drain it,
you add milk if you like(I wouldn't advise men to take milk).
You are good to go.
Do it during the weekend. When you are absolutely free.
If your first time,take small quantity,
you will sleep like a baby for hours.
