Came in when i least expected. It's been God all the way.

Timeline.

ITA : 25th July

AOR: 12th August

Med Passed: 12th September

Biometric Captured: 14th September

PPR: Dated 25th September (got it this Morning @ 1.34 am)

The bolded statement isn't correct...... My AOR to PPR was just 38 days.(July 3 - August ...... If you like the testimony claim it.... No need to dispute blindly..

While your testimony is commendable, it raises some red flags.

Your ITA date above is different from the date you previously mentioned (see below).

Following Immitracker, you are the only one in the whole world that has an AOR date of August 11 and after, that has already gotten PPR. While this is remotely possible, it is most improbable because you are applying from Nigeria. Applications from Nigeria (following the trends) usually take a much longer time than yours took, most likely due to the number of verifications that have to be done.

Again, the time-frame between your MEP and PPR is 7 days! Bros...Bros, that is another world record! If you have access to your account to be able to determine your MEP, why did you have to mail your agent to find out the status of your biometrics?

My own conclusion o... is that its either you are not telling the full story, you have a barely hidden motive or that letter you have may be anything, but certainly not PPR.

My people it could only have been God at work. Many other challenges, many aspects I won’t be able to touch. Pls do not be discouraged. Cast all your cares upon God. I fasted and prayed and God delivered me. I trust God for u also. I lost days and months through IELTS but God made the last part a testimony.

I have been thanking God since yesterday and couldn't still thank him enough. PPR has falling on me. All thanks to God.

My brief Timeline below.

IELTS = 5 times
ITA = 04/06/2018
AOR = 11/08/2018
MEP = 12/09/2018
BIL = 17/09/2018
PPR = 20/09/2018

3 days between Biometrics and PPR
8 days from MEP to PPR.

This could only have been God.

I'm actually a silent follower of this thread. Learnt a lot from here. IELTS oppressed me. I will by tomorrow highlight my experience and detailed timelines, for others to learn from and not get neither weary nor discouraged.

It takes less than 15 minutes. At most in 30 mins you're out. I know people say you can walk in and get it done, you actually can especially here in Abuja but just book of VFS website to avoid unnecessary stories. Congratulations!

Please i want to ask, after biometrics today i was asked to return one piece of paper they stapled something like a receipt on it. They said if i check my status and it is updated i should send that back to them. Is that how they operate? Because going back there again seems like going to the enf of the earth to me right now based on schedule and all.. is it really necessary??

So we decided to leave naija(via abj) on the 12th of september. Let me advice those of u that are planning to come in october upwards, winter is not coming, winter is already here and it will disgrace all your naija clothings in one sweep.i went to fool masef with some jackets i bought thinking i was ready for the white walkers( if only i knew)...so fast forward to travel day. We flew Ethopian airlines. EAT������...when we landed edmonton, come and see ice freezing cold like say no be d same canada toronto dey...i activated my naija jacket but it was disgraced immediately..

I can't believe it. I have been screaming round my house since I saw the mail. After all the BP spikes and chest pain, here we are. Thanks to everyone who calmed me down yesterday. Please find my timeline below.

AOR - June 13
MEP/IP1 - June 27
IP2/ADR for spouse's Schedule A - August 3
1st Ghost update - August 15
2nd Ghost update - September 4
PPR - September 5

I got ITA two weeks before my birthday at a CRS score of 451. Cut-off for that draw was 446, exactly 5 points below my score.

Please I just started the process. Do I need an agent to apply? Agent asking for 700,000. I don't have such. What are the first steps? And does myself and hubby need to evaluate out results? I have a master s degree. He has a bachelor s (3rd class)

Just a brief word of encouragement.

I got into Canada November 2017. Was quite concerned about how my fiance would join me, all options looked quite long. We settled for her to follow the EE route, she wrote IELTS in January, ITA in February, Submitted in March. Finally got PR August.
I'm so grateful to God as it's ending with praise.
NB: Wedding is in November. 2019 is going to be a great year for us.
Don't give up guys. Lots of opportunities here.

Good day everyone. I got AOR on the 15th of August, same day, my account was updated to background check in progress and medicals has not been passed. What stage would I call this. Anyone with similar experience?
I thought medicals should be passed before background check.

With all due respect, I think your 'word of advice's is all shades of wrong. Nigerians will be Nigerians in NOT READING right? Talk about 'prefer faster method to things' , isn't it why we are where we are today as a nation?
