Sorry dear. I experienced this annoying left sided headache in my 1st preg and PCM ws not working. I almost chopped off my hair cos of it. Wat I did: switch off my phone for a while; turned off the lights in my room, placed a cold cloth on my forehead, drank plenty water, and tried to have Enuf sleep. Also, I stopped rushing out of bed. Wen I wake up, I sit for about 5mins b4 I stand up.

She has a visa since last year on her maiden name because that's d name on her passport. Now the passport will expire this June, while the visa is expiring in 2018. She has renewed her passport now and the name on her passport now is my name (since she's married to me). Please I want to know the name I can use in buying her a ticket.
I'm confused because if I use her maiden name, her passport will expire June (which is less than 6 months from now) and if I use her new surname, the name is just on her new passport but not on the visa. Please advice....

Buy the ticket in her new name. The new passport has reference to the old one so her visa is valid. She needs to travel with both passports. My old visa was also in my maiden name.

1. Try and resume on a Friday; it brings the weekend closer and u still av time

2. Take it one day at a time; don't overwork urself. U can negotiate with ur employer to resume 1hr late or close 1hr early

3. Pack baby's bag a night before

My princess is 5+, she has refused the bottle; from birth even. So they use spoon for her formula feeding at her crèche and I know it is time consuming.
So two advice I need
1) is it d bottles? I got advent and then tomnytippe still nothing. Is there a different bottle that she may accept? How do I make her accept it. Someone suggested coating with breastmilk cos I introduced formula at 5 months. Or should I mix breast milk with her feed?

2( we wanna start solids, I got nutriben (8 cereal+4 fruits) she accepts it so far from the spoon but it seems wasteful as she still manages to spill it all over.

What can I start feeding her? Natural food I mean when she is 6 months.

She was born 2.6 and now she's 7.8kg at 5 months. Is that normal?

Hey dear, sorry for responding late...

For the bottles, I would say ditch it since she's 5mths+... my daughter also had dis bottle rejection episode. We use tommee tippee, ended up buying Avent and Dr brown; still she refused. Even spoon was not successful, I ended up using syringe! I had to mk all dese efforts cos she's less dan 5mths.

Don't worry about the 'wastage'... she's only getting used to the food. try diff age appropriate cereals for her.

You can start feeding natural foods from 4mths. If you are on instagram, check august secrets, she has lovely natural recipes for babies.

7.8kg at 5mths is a healthy weight

Cutiereborn, I've been breastfeeding for close to 2yrs now. I was still breastfeeding my son wen I took in for my daughter. I continued breastfeeding all tru pregnancy, now it's tandem feeding ie both of them still breastfeeds

So I really can't say if breastfeeding stops one from getting pregnant

For the meals, instead of friso rice use ground brown rice. You can make
- rice pudding for him (cook the ground rice in coconut milk) and serve wit milk.
- bread and tea. Use milo and make the tea very creamy. U can soak the bread inside
- Ground beans. Cook with Enuf Titus fish + crayfish
- semo and okro soup
- chicken and fried ice fish. Always give him as a snack / finger food
- blend banana or apple and add to his golden morn
- give him fruit smoothies eg banana+milk, watermelon+pawpaw+pineapple, carrot
-spagetti and minced meat. Cook very soft
- try mashed potatoes with fish

As you go on with these, you will know his preference. Stick to it.

Also feed him wheneva you are eating. Mk meal times attractive, buy a colorful plate and spoon + drinking cup. If you have high chair, maximise it.

You can check out August Secrets or Smileonfoods on Instagram. They have great recipes.

For the rough skin, E45, Aveeno or Eucerin should work. Also encourage him to take plenty water. It will improve his skin texture

You can comfortably use this. Fit a mattress inside and you are good. That's wat I used for both babies and they are also very safe inside

my son is scared of passing out stool. he has been been holding it in for like three weeks now, i had to pull it out of his bombom using my hands and he always squint in pain and walk around in circles. I gave lots of fruit and even administer grip water but to no avail. pls mama's in the house come to my aid ooooo. Tenks to all.

Sorry about your son. As a quick relief to get out the stool fast, get to the pharmacy and ask for glycerin suppository. If you can find pedialax, that will be great (15-20mins), the poop will be out. If you don't find pedialax suppository, ask for Care infant/toddler suppository.

Going forward, increase his fibre intake. My son is almost 2 and we have been dealing with this since birth till I figured out how to go about it. I prepare a meal for him that is high in fibre and helps soften his poop. 10cups of corn, 4 cups of soybeans and 2 cups of groundnut. Fry and grind all together. To prepare. put water to boil in a pot, dissolve mixture in water and stir to the consistency you want. Add sugar and milk and serve. Ensure he takes it at least 3-4 times in the week. You will see a difference.

Check his hygiene level. Your pregnancy has nothing to do with his health
