@fearless07, forget herbs and have an open mind! whether CS or VB, the important thing is mother alive, baby alive! I'm sure you are happy seeing your 3yrs old alive and bubbling! Forget MIL's suggestion, work in close partnership with your doctor. If i were you, i won't even think twice and go for another CS. there's no big deal about VB and CS does not make you feel less of a woman! Goodluck with your decisions

i have tried diff cereals to know which she likes,pap,custard,sweet/irish potatoe,boiled plantain ,amala,semo with draw soup,even tried the semo prepared like pap and added milk as a mother suggested here no way. The thing is that she might eat very well now without stress,the next meal time will be wahala. She just wants to keep sucking. Am even thinking of stopping breast feeding may if nothing to suck again she will accept her faith and start eating. Thank for your concern i appreciate..

Since she is just transitioning, take it easy on the 'big food' lik amala and the likes. Wat I did with my son was get Heinz creamy porridge, cerelac rice and milk, cerelac wheat and milk and one more variety. I don't feed anyone more than once a day. Also add milk to make it sweet. Start with small qty lik 2 spoons of cereal to one spoon of milk. Make it really light but sweet. After each feed, I give breastmilk to as dessert...lol. I'm sure she will like it. She's not eating cos probably she can't feel the sweetness of the food. Also sing songs while feeding. I sing 'some of food bt can not eat, my baby has food and my baby can eat bla bla bla till he finishes the food. So once I start d song, he knows it's time to eat...lol. pls don't stop breastfeeding. Also I'm not always in a hurry to give babies adult food cos I feel dey av all dia lives to eat those. But a short time for baby foods, so I concentrate on cereals for him.

Pls mothers what brand of multivite is very effective to use for my DD,since I stopped ebf @ 6months she has refused all am introducing,she can give the food in her mouth and block her throat most times I had to pinch or beat her so that when she cries the throat will open,her not eating has really affected her weight(7.6kg) at 9 month,though she is very active but am worried cos of her feather weight. People call her portable.

what food do you give to her?

Adorablewifey, take a big hug! It is well with you. There's no cause for alarm. Your baby is safe and sound. 6wks is still early to get the heart beat.. leave it all to God and believe the seed he has planted will stay and be delivered to your hands in due season! Cheer up dear

Drive to GRA junction, turn in at the junction and drive straight towards Polo club. At polo club, turn right. That straight road is Emeyal street. You will see plenty aboki selling dollars on the street

This train will move continaully till we get to our successful destination! No one will fall by the wayside and there shall be no loss! Mother alive, baby alive, father alive + plenty money!

Same way we take our prenatals daily, I would like to encourage us to this scripture along with us everyday. It shall be called our "Daily Tonic"

Isa 66:8-9
Verse 8: "As soon as <insert your name> was in labour, she gave birth to her children" !

Verse 9: "Shall I bring to the point of birth and not give delivery?" says the LORD. "Or shall I who gives delivery shut [the womb]?" says your God.

Summary of this scripture is this:
1. There will be no stall labour, very fast and easy
2. There shall be no miscarriage
3. There shall be no still birth

Personally, I printed it and pasted in my room where i see it everytime. It worked for me in my first pregnancy and it's working for me now! I'm recommending it to everyone who's a christian and even if you are not a christian, confess positive things to the child in your womb and watch God do exactly as if you have said.

In the US, they give immunizations but they don't give BCG. They don't have issues with tuberculosis. You will give BCG when you bring the child back home. Only Hep B vaccine will be given to baby at birth, others will follow as scheduled on your immunization card
