I'm sure your Ob/gyn has referred one to you. Ignore all the 'suggestions' by people. Multiple pregnancies are classified high risk and given close monitoring! There is lady in my other thread; she had triplets too and can help with tips. Search for 'Nogen'. God bless and keep you and your babies

Good morning.

Hmmm, just to say am not happy today. My clinic is today, I dressed up, left home as early as possible to meet up cos I attend two clinics, all for me to get halfway and felt so sadddd. The sadness just came from within and I begin to be angry and in tears.

I just went to the lab to get my test results and am back home, I don't go to the two clinics cos am just angry. No one got me angry oo. Just not in the right mood at all.

Don't want to have anything to do with anyone today. Thank God hubby to is not around, am alone and I love that. Don't want anyone to get on me.

Just to share my feelings.

yes o... don't know how my son developed love for football o...lol. d day he can't find his football, he will convert any empty bottle to ball after the "hard day's work", he sleeps soo well...lol

Hajarabadmus, you nailed it! routines are excellent for children. Even when you are not around, dey still stick to it. 4 me, cos I go to work by 7am, my son wakes by 5.30-6, bathes, eats and wen I drop off at granma's, he naps till 9, eats his 2nd meal and off he goes to play...Infact he falls asleep most times again at his play area..lol. He wakes up, eats, continue his play till I return. I'm so happy for setting a routine. Once it's around 9pm, he sleeps off. At dis age, outdoor play is realy good for dem. Helps to develop dia gross and fine motor skill.

For instant relief, Take your baby to the paediatrician. He/she will insert infant glycerine suppository. In less than 30mins, everything will be out. Before then, you can do a clockwise massage on your baby's tummy. I dread stimulating poop in infants! As a FTM, poop issues can be very worrisome. Subsequently, each time he wants to poop, give him warm water to drink, massage his tummy and make him stand. Gravity will also help push it out. Dats wat I do with my son now.

Spread a mat, put diff toys esp those ones dat makes noise. You will see dat she will play, get exhausted and sleep. Do less carry carry with her, once she's done feeding, put her down to play

#TeamOct# God will make it easy and healthy for us all. Take your prenatals and leave any form of agbo alone o! Work hand in hand with your doctor, read online resources like babycenter, go prepared for antenatal and ask questions, again if you are a first time mom, have an open mind! Things might not go as planned, be willing to accept changes. Take full responsibility for your pregnancy, don't be cajolled by anyone! Wat worked for A will not work for B. Please o!!! Leave those traditional women dat do massage alone! Dey didn't put the baby there, let God perfect that which He has started!

Finally, be prayerful. Same way u take your daily prenatals, speak God's word daily to the child in your womb. Remember this scripture and stand by it: Isa 66:9 Summary of that scripture is dat if God can cause conception to take place, then you must give birth and if you must give birth then delivery must be smooth! Therefore by the power of God, I say to all of us: No miscarriage, No still birth, None shall cast her young!

Cutenik, injections are not bad for infants but the point of administration should be d thighs not butts. Immunizations are often given on the upper arm or thighs.

Do you knw 3 days ago, I took my son to a new pediatric clinic cos I just wanted to patronise the owner since he's a church member. On gettin there, the sight dat welcomed me was a nurse giving a baby less than 12months IM injection on her butt! I almost screamed! My hubby just pulled me out...lol. I kept askin wateva happened to the thighs!!! Immediately, we made u-turn back to our experienced, trusted and tested pediatric clinic..lol

Dear mamas, don't let anyone inject your infants less than 36months on the butt!!! Paralysis is real!
