Everyone will certainly have to control their resources and only pay certain royalties to the centre for maintaining the nation. Land and every other resources will belong to indigenous people of every area but security will be a collective duty. Biafra will definitely have to build a strong military since we are likely to have hostile neighbors, so we can effectively protect every nationality within our borders.

I'm even surprised that up till now, the separatist movements haven't compiled a template of how our constitution will be. Promoting freedom and progress for everyone is what Biafra is all about which is the opposite of what Nigeria stands for.

It's not as straight forward as you think.

1) Most times, there's no universally acceptable clear cut boundaries of ethnic homelands. It often overlap with the homelands of other ethnic groups ,thus some communities have multiple ethnic ancestries e.g Delta North

2) There is no universally acceptable classification of who is Igbo and who is not.

Since there are no clear cut boundiaries or definition of who's Igbo it not, a referendum becomes very crucial to put the argument to rest forever.

This is an international practice whenever a destiny defining political decision is being undertaking. It has happened in Nigeria before and will happen again. Under referendum, different groups of people indicate their individual interests on what side they prefer. Nigeria will not have any Igbo group left inside of her as Biafra emerges. We all leave the shithole together unless a particular group votes to stay back.
