All evidence including flash drives and witnesses presented against tinubu, APC and inec at pepc were all thrashed!

What makes you think whatsoever you bring from USA against the 1st, 2nd & 3rd respondents would not all be thrashed at the supreme court by virtue of technicalities?

They can't come here since our sport management and facilities quality is zero.
No security nor roads to encourage such interest..

Even if they are playing ludo in US, it is a must watch game for politicians in Nigeria

Unperturbedpota:
But it's well known to everyone . The fact is can we even have one refinery working? Why not sell them off to private firms who will manage them so government can focus on governance.

They won't because those refineries are a sure way of looting funds
Focus on which governance?

Sharing of prayers into their mailboxes?

Which government owned asset that was sold to private investors is not milking Nigerians dry today with their extremely poor service delivery?

This isn't true except the FG will introduce subsidy on crude oil to the refineries.

If the crude is supplied at market price, the difference due to importation will not be more than ₦‎50-70 naira
It sells for N24/liter in Lybia that is an oil producing country like Nigeria.

We won't buy crude oil nor manpower.
We can even decide to cell at N100 or N50 if we can completely eliminate smuggling of cheap petrol to neighboring countries while we officially export at international price

Money confiscation by emefiele which is the extreme side of what edun is proposing also created artificial hyper Inflation to the point that we were paying very high to buy cash.

these BDC operators will become jobless if the govt does the right thing. The govt should fight the corruption in the system and allow the market forces to determine the value of the naira.
Bdc is not a job in the 1st instance.
Banks ought to be changing currencies for Nigerians in need of it and not a 3rd party.

Bdc operators are not producing nor manufacturing anything to improve the economy of the country but are making life difficult for manufacturers with their so called profit from naira exchange.
That is why I call them forces of darkness

Dumb policy coming out again, the BDC operators don't determine the value of our currency, the level of productivity of our country determines the value the naira will have, too much foreign exchange is leaving the country through import, foreign education, healthcare and others, with just little coming in, an economy dies when such a situation happens embarassed. Fix the economy, power, repair our refineries, provide quality healthcare and education, stop dollarising party primaries, effectively fight corruption in all sectors and watch the naira will come back to life shocked
You don't know the level of damage BDCs is causing the naira.
Irrespective of all you mentioned as way forward, Allow BDCs to dominate the forex market and see naira fall to N5000 to $1.
It is called "market forces" for no reason.

Politics / Re: Giving N100,000 Monthly To 110 Million Nigerians - Fastest World Economic Growth by femicyrus(m): 6:51am On Aug 16, 2023
akingangan:
There are approximately 110 Million Nigerians above the Age of 18.

Giving everyone regardless of employment status 100 Thousand Naira Monthly will create the fastest growing economy in the World.

It will retain skilled Nigerian citizens in the country as a stay incentive.

It will cost 132 trillion Naira per year or $115 billion

25 percent of People will create a successful and taxable business from the scheme - 27.5 Million Businesses

Providing a universal basic income where 110 million Nigerians receive 100 thousand Naira monthly, could have a significant impact on reducing poverty and providing financial stability for a large portion of the population. However, there are several factors and considerations to take into account:

Cost: Implementing such a program would require a substantial amount of funding.

Funding: The government would need to identify sustainable funding sources to cover the costs of such a program.

Economic Impact: Providing a basic income could alleviate poverty and joblessness

Administrative Challenges: Distributing payments to such a large number of people would require a robust and efficient administrative system to prevent fraud, ensure fairness, and manage the logistics of the program.

Long-Term Sustainability: Funding a program of this scale over the long term would require careful planning and continuous evaluation to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability.

Funding
Resource Revenue: Resources like oil, minerals, or other valuable commodities, a portion of the revenue generated from their extraction and sale could be directed towards funding.

Tax Reforms: Introducing or modifying certain taxes could generate additional revenue. For example, increasing taxes on high-income individuals, luxury goods, or certain industries could provide funding for the program.

Value-Added Tax (VAT): Implementing or increasing a consumption tax like VAT can generate substantial revenue. A portion of the VAT collected could be allocated to funding.

Wealth Tax: Introducing a wealth tax on individuals or corporations with high net worth could generate significant revenue that could be channeled into the UBI program.

Financial Transactions Tax: Implementing a small tax on financial transactions, such as stock trades, currency exchanges, and other financial activities, could generate revenue while also discouraging speculative activities.

Inheritance Tax: Levy a tax on large inheritances to generate revenue from wealth transfers.

Land Value Tax: Tax the value of land to generate revenue from real estate holdings.

Tourism Tax: Implement a tax on tourism-related activities to generate revenue from the travel industry.

Lottery Proceeds: Allocate a portion of lottery or gambling proceeds to fund UBI.

Income from State-Owned Enterprises: Utilize revenue generated from state-owned enterprises
Customs, Airports, Airlines, Railways, Schools, Visa fees and so on

The Government can test this for half the cost for 6 months - Only $57.5 Billion and the Scheme should self sustain by the 7th Month
You've just wasted your own time putting all this together.
Any advice that will alleviate the pains of Nigerians is a waste of time.
But if you can think of how to inflict more pains, there is a higher likelihood that it would be adopt by our leaders.
That is how wicked leadership is in this country
