Some landlord are funny and wicked some times but many tenants are stupid.
That money they pay to landlord seem to pain them to their bone marrow as if they want to live freely in another man's investment.

What stops you from being diplomatic and talk to the landlord with respect knowing that he is your host for the moment other than this arrogance of yours.

He is human and if approached with the proper language and in proper way he must yield.

Like I said earlier, the dude is a BULLY. Almost all the agents in my local government knows him cos he's got properties abound. He may trample on me if I tow the 'ejor sir' lane. I've never been rude to him and I don't intend to be. I plan telling him to give me till end of Jan to pay him buh na waka I wan waka.

Hmmm.... my landlord na lawyer and just dey bully other tenants. Now na my turn and when he called me, na vex he take drop phone cos our discussion HOT. I paid towards the end of November last year. Light renovation was to take place in my apartment meaning I'll park in in about 2 weeks. Agent kon kukuma move my rent to Jan 1st. Landlord has been sending me messages to renew my rent and the messages usually come as threats. I just discarded them till he called me last month demanding renewal of my rent. I told him my rent was due by Jan 1st. He argued, threatened to throw me out buh I no send am. Na so he use vex cut. Called his agent and that one told him what was written in my receipt. Now Dec don reash and the man don start work again. He sends me bout 5 threat messages everyday (check the attached pictures) reminding me of my rent. I can afford to pay the rent but I don't plan to renew cos I wanna relocate due to work. Buh na by January ending my money go reash due to the kind of apartment I intend getting and yearly allowances being paid.


Question: How do I tackle this landlord come Jan

A return to the Nigeria national team setup is not on Vincent Enyeama's cards, according to ex-international Peterside Idah.

The idea of the Lille shot-stopper returning to the Super Eagles' setup has long been mooted.

And ahead of next year's World Cup in Russia which coincides with a seeming dearth of talent in the nation's goalkeeping department, the former skipper has been favoured for a comeback.

But Idah, a former goalkeeper insists the 35-year-old, who abruptly called time on his international career in 2015 is 'tired of playing' for the country.

"I was one of those who spoke to [Vincent] Enyeama when there was an attempt to get him back to the national team and he told me he's tired of playing for Nigeria," Idah told Super Sport.

"So, there should be no Enyeama [at the World Cup]. The players should have the love to play for Nigeria and not the love to play at the World Cup and make history.

In proposing a potential replacement for Enyeama, the TV pundit stated his preference for Deportivo La Coruna's Francis Uzoho over Enyimba's Ikechukwu Ezenwa.

"Ezenwa appears to be the number one now after what he did in the qualifiers, but he is not world-class," he continued.

"Uzoho is better than him and I believe the training camp before the World Cup will determine who is really number one."

I really do not know why Africans see abortion as a taboo. By the grace of God, if I'm financially capable to, I'll adopt a child even if God already blessed me with 5 kids. Maybe it's my extreme love for kids...

Going to the motherless baby's homes to donate money or carton of noodles and Co is NEVER enough. If you've got the means, adopt a child.

Said my momma have already termed her BARREN! And she cut of from my mumsy. Buh it saddens me to say that up till this day, this woman is yet to bear a child. If only she'd heeded the advice, that kid would have been a grown up.

Another is a neighbour of mine. They had a boy buh were yet to bear other kids. After a couple of years, they both decided to adopt a gurl. Few years later, the husband passed away. Now Oluchi is a grown up and has been of immense help to her mom cos the son has been away in the university. Now he's working and is barely at home.

So my dears, it's not a crime to adopt a child. In fact, it's the best way to assist the orphaned.

In a related event, a Syrian mother and her daughter have given birth at the same time after undergoing Caesarean Sections together at a Turkish hospital.

The South African woman, 38 year old Mildred Mashego, learned that her 19-year-old daughter, Patricia Mashego, was also pregnant and that they would be due in the same month. The mother was furious that her daughter got pregnant out of wedlock; however she was even more shocked when she learned who the father of the child was.
Mildred was so angry that her daughter was secretly having sex with her boyfriend and was even considering abortion when she found out the truth. However, now that the children are born the woman has forgiven her daughter for the sake of her grandson.

Vincent Malumane, the father of the children, admitted that he was having sex with the mother and the daughter secretly behind the backs of both women.
“I cannot go back now and explain what happened. All we have to do is focus on making sure that the children are properly cared for,” said the man. The two women gave birth just four days apart: first the daughter, then the mother. Both gave birth to healthy boys, making the children brothers, a nephew, an uncle and a grandson.

Meanwhile, a Syrian mother and daughter have given birth at the same time after undergoing Caesarean Sections together at a Turkish hospital. Fatma Birinci, 42, gave birth to her child at the same time as her daughter Gade Birinci, 21, in the Turkish city of Konya.

The pair fled their native country three years ago because of the devastating civil war and found out they were pregnant in the same week.

The two new-born boys have been named Recep and Tayyip, the first two names of the current Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoan, according to Turkish news outlet Ensonhaber.

Erkan Ata_, the chief physician of the hospital, visited the family in the hospital room after the successful birth.

He said: ‘This is an event that I have never heard of. They have escaped from the war into our country and have taken refuge in Turkey for three years.’

Doctor of Gynecology and Obstetrics Naim Unsal called the birth a ‘miracle.’ Unsal said the mother’s previous births were all Caesareans.

It is not yet known where the fathers are or if they witnessed the birth.

Pope Francis writes on the hood of a Lamborghini donated to him by the luxury sports car maker, at the Vatican.

This photo was taken Wednesday at the Vatican as Pope Francis was gifted with a special edition Lamborghini Huracan.

It shows the Pope signing the hood of the car, which is sure to considerably bump up its value. (A Huracan already sells for upward of $200,000).


That's a good thing because the Vatican plans to auction off the car, with proceeds going to three charities.

One of them will help rebuild homes and churches on the towns of the Nineveh Plains in Iraq. ISIS had forced Christians to flee the area. The two others help sex-trafficking victims and development projects in Africa.

Papal hand-me-downs always go for big bucks.
