@ poster Do you love her? My friend has big fibroid and gave birth last two years just after her wedding to a boy and is now pregnant. She is in her late 30's. Even a lady without fibroid can be infertile you know? So, it depends on you. Trust in God and marry her if you love her. |
In as much as I'd support him to go for the burial , none of us know what this family have been through. Cases of supposed loved ones wishing one evil is not a rare case in NIGERIA,and like the Igbos will say ''O bu onye ma nmadu ne gbu'ye'@ jennykadry, well said. @ Poster, Now, you have given us more details. According to you, ' the woman was your late mums friend' which means she is not your Aunt. I think you owe them nothing so you need not lie to avoid the burial, so stay off and then if necessary go after the burial. I still want to emphasize that, you should try to stop paying visits to your so called men of God. It will not help you develop in your career, you sound like a hardworking man please, continue applying for jobs you will get a better one. But, if you continue visiting these prophets you will gradually notice that you have entrusted your life in their hands. Trust in God and he will bless you. |
@ poster The problem I have with most of the so called men of God is that they will tell you, your sister, Aunt, did that & that to you. So, fear is not good and once you are afraid if anything happens you will say they have come oh!. If I may ask why did they say you should avoid your Aunt? What is her offence to you? I think you should pray against the spirit of fear. As a Christan your destiny lies in Gods hands and nobody can remove it not even a dead lady, the evil one can only delay it but it will surly come to pass. I can only tell you to be careful with the prophets you visit for prayers they may end up destroying your family and your life. Pray to God for direction. I will suggest you go for her burial since according to your tradition you must represent your family. This is the only respect you can give to your Aunt but you need to work on your mind before going to the burial. May her soul rest in peace. |
@Bawss1The saying goes thus, Men gossip women discuss ![]() |

….this place resemble my farm land o!!! hope say una never fell all the mango tree for that place… Is this part close to the Timber market around Nike lake road, the soil type and vegetation looks same?? @ feelamong Please, what is your problem again? This work was nearly stopped for two weeks because some govt officials asked for piece of the cake. I hope you are not trying to say that, the plot resembles your farm land? Wetin bi your own. Please, don't tresspass again I want to enjoy the pictures lol @ spider Welcome ooh! I hope it was well settled? |
@Spider I really admire the way you handle your clients house, as if you are building for yourself. Keep it up! |
@ poster You did the right thing to ask but if this ex continues calling again, I think you should talk to your husband when he is more relaxed express your worries calmly lay more emphasis on maintaining a peaceful family. Secondly, introduce praying together as a family, it weakens so many things cos they say a family that prays together stays together. Your husband maybe incapable of handling that 'EX' and unfortunately used defence tactics by attacking you. Please, be calm and loving as ever, you will see him telling you more later when you ignore him and his ex. Remember, two wrongs don't make right. Goodluck! |
What a beautiful house! ![]() I know you are working very hard to roof this house from rain. It looks like rain is affecting the lower part of the wall. No experience in building just enjoying the picture ![]() Spydöö! Keep it up! |
@ Spider You are doing what you know how to do best. Thank God am the first to book in. Ride on! |
@ poster It is never a sin for a father to frown at the performance of a child that he knew should have know reason not to perform beyond average. His father must have made everything available for his son to study and is also aware of his abilities. Afterall, he paid his fees and have the right to express his feelings. @ Rich4god I do not believe what he told you about sorting to make 2.1 or firstclass. Of course, we have corrupt lectures at various universities but they will never give you first class if you do not merit it. No matter what you give. So, he should not justify himself. |
@ aloyemeka Please, don't be offended is that papa related to you? You defend him so much! Just a question, ![]() |
Good they fell the tree it must have taken about 50 men. Ride on! |
Interesting! Can't believe this is coming from property section. Am in too ! ![]() |
@ Spyder What a great thread you have here. . Never knew the property section is so interesting. Will see how it goes. @ Senu, thanks for bring this to the front page ![]() |
Oh Boy!!!! Why did he married someone so young? Poor thing. He will probably die before his time. @rokiatu (f) He is a dead man already. lol |
@ aloy emeka Young to you Maybe young at heart but old to be looking for a young woman TO MARRY. He should show good example to his children & grandchildren. ![]() |
I have a godmother, I remember clearly now that visits my parents home when I was small only on Sundays to eat rice that we call her Sunday mother ![]() Unfortunately, I have never heard from her for so many years now & can't trace her. The problem is that, most godparents don't know their responsibilities. We have decided to use our family friends, although white mothers for our kids, they have inspired our family positively. |
I think the old man should be talking of visiting his grandchildren at this stage and not wife. What an active man! |
@ Mynd_44 What is pure water? Pure water is drinking water in sachet bags. |
@ Poster, Praying to be pregnant after so many years of marriage is the most Painful thing and not Childbirth. So, praise God when you become pregnant, because so many women are going to different places just to have a child of their own. Don't be sacred. |
A group of people who claim to have access to the presidency has been going round choice spots in Abuja saying they could make anyone minister for N100 million. Already, the group has made contact with a number of people who have been told to submit their credentials with assigned individuals, who act as middle-men. A woman who runs a highbrow eatery in the city, speaking on condition of anonymity, said she has been contracted to reach out to people with that kind of money, who at least have secondary school certificates and are not less than forty years old. She said the whole matter is ‘hush-hush,' so she only approaches clients she could trust. The middle-aged woman also said any client she introduced to the group would have to sit with her and sign a written agreement spelling out what he or she would do for her once the person becomes a minister. A source who has been contacted by this woman said he was told that the N100 million must be given to the group up-front. "She said as proof of their connections, I would be taken to Aso Rock where I would meet some of the president's men and satisfy myself that the whole thing is legitimate," he said The man, who hails from Kano State, said "what makes her credible for me is that she won't take any money for arranging the appointment until everything works out. Besides, the fact is that I know the kind of circles she moves in." A senior aide to the president was recently peeved when told by a retired Naval officer eager for ministerial appointment, that he was told to bring N500,000 before he could be introduced (to the aide.) Our correspondent, who was with him at the villa during the discussion, said the aide told the officer to call back after the president returns from his Ugandan trip, but also requested for the name of the fellow who had asked for the bribe so that the person could be sanctioned. "That is how it will spread that we now collect money to book appointments with the President," he said. Thriving business In Abuja, this kind of fraud, in which people with some access to political office holders collect money to link others up with their principal, is quite rampant. It has become a thriving business for people who hang near the corridors of power, using their closeness to authorities to dispense favour for cash. NEXT learnt that sometimes, even wives of these leaders are not averse to using the opportunity presented by their matrimony to make some money. Attempts to speak to Ima Niboro, the president's spokesperson was unsuccessful. But another senior aide to the president, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Nigerians should be wary about who they hand money to while searching for public office. "State chapters of the PDP and its national leaders have already compiled their lists to be sent to the president," he said. "People hanging about Abuja eateries paying for links to the president might just be setting themselves up to be duped." |
@ Poster Lets know how it went. All the best!!. |
I think you should you go back to the hospital and see another doctor for proper checkup. I understand your point really, always lay him on his tummy it helps too. Then relax it will stop with time. Takecare |
