Lordave: Really? What's the big deal there? A prostitute could wear whatever she likes in as much as it portrays sensitive parts of her body and leaves her having to deal with the numerous customers waiting to have their turn. In my place, I do see girls wearing Hijab, and having two legs, but before I could turn back, I would see the same person with only one head and four legs. ![]() |
Real Mccoy: Hypocrisy is a way of life in Nigeria. Visit wuse 2 in Abuja at 8pm and tell me if those HIV card carrying prostitutes and their Nigerian customers are better of. Visual sex is a Therapy for lots of people so stop the "holier that thou" attitude.u mean 7.30pm prostitutes of different species and tribes, there was a day i saw one wearing hijab, its saddening. |
HealthyHair: All too many times I hear people lament about their hair loss and all too many times I hear them lament that they’ve used several expensive products and concoctions to re-grow their hair to no avail. So many men and women have given up on their hair loss problems and believe it’s hopeless. Well, I know from my years of experience that hair re-growth is 100% possible even on a balding scalp with the right products, the right application techniques and of course, the right simple routine care.thanks |
1. What tribe is the guy? (there are some tribes in this country that will find it difficult to marry someone older than them) 2. Are his parents aware of the relationship and the age difference? 3. How are you sure this guy is not grooming a young lady somewhere (probably while he was serving in Yobe)? 4. Its a game of probability and risk, its either is works out (which i pray it will) or it doesnt work out. 5. I once had that issue, was dating someone older than me (just a year), i later came to my senses, realise a lot of things and put my family into consideration and come to conclude that it cant work out and had to let go. 6. You also need to PRAY a lot about it, if it is God's will. 7. I wish you all da best. Note: 5 years no be beans o |

The former Lagos State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, Mr. Shem Obafaye, who postulated the ”My Oga at the top” mantra has finally resumed duty as Oyo State Commandant of the security agency. Obafaye was replaced by Mr. Adesuyi Clement from Oyo State Command after his interview on Channels Television live programme ‘Sunrise’ about two months ago. Since then, no specific assignment was given to him until last week when he was asked to replace Adesuyi officially. In a telephone conversation with Vanguard, Obafaye promised to discharge his duties with every sense of responsibility. ”I am determined to serve in Oyo State and I know God will help me,” he said. Obafaye’s redeployment may not be unconnected with the interview he granted to Channels Television. His ordeal started when he was asked during the interview the NSCDC website and he said: “Hmmm, the website is, excuse me, my Oga at the top knows the website”. He again, cleared his throat and said: “My Oga at the top is working on the website and I don’t have them”. When the presenters insisted that he give a functioning website address of the para-military outfit, he dropped the bombshell: “ww.nscdc that’s all”. Immediately, the interview went viral and has become so popular to the extent that t-shirts with “my oga at the top” insignia were produced and sold like hot cake across the country. DJs and musicians also did what they called ‘a remix’ of the phrase. Meanwhile, this latest development has put to an end, speculations that Mr Obafaye had been sacked on the orders of the Minister of Interior, who supervises the NSCDC. But authorities of NSCDC had continuously denied taking any disciplinary action against the embattled commandant. Influential US magazine Foreign Policy (FP) has released its inaugural list of 500 most powerful people on the planet, and three Nigerians made the cut. Goodluck Jonathan, Aliko Dangote and William Kumuyi, made it into the list of what the magazine called the 0.000007 percent. The names mentioned on the FP Power Map include presidents, business men, politicians, clerics, military commanders, and even terrorists. The magazine however did not describe in detail the level of influence wielded by the individuals on the list. In a short explanatory note, the magazine wrote: “Is it possible to identify the 500 most powerful individuals on the planet — one in 14 million? That’s what we tried to do with the inaugural FP Power Map, our inventory of the people who control the commanding heights of the industries that run the world, from politics to high finance, media to energy, warfare to religion. Think of it as a list of all the most important other lists. Here’s how they stack up — and why (sorry, declinists!) Americans are still No. 1 in pretty much everything that matters. For now. “Where possible, we took a “list of lists” approach, consulting the authoritative rankings for a given industry and substituting judgment where quantitative assessments do not exist. Among our sources: Box Office Mojo Yearly Box Office, Citypopulation.de by Thomas Brinkoff, Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women, Forbes World’s Most Powerful People, Global Finance World’s 50 Biggest Banks, Fortune Global 500, Global Journal Top 100 NGOs, Institute of Media and Communications Policy International Media Corporations, Pensions & Investments/Towers Watson World 500, PFC Energy 50, SIPRI Military Expenditure Database and SIPRI Top 100 companies, Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute Fund Rankings, Times Higher Education World University Rankings by Thomson Reuters, Vanity Fair New Establishment List, Wall Street Journal MarketWatch World’s Largest Mutual Funds.” William Kumuyi, who is the General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Christian Ministry, was mentioned as having the world’s largest megachurch, with weekly attendance of 75,000 people. On Dangote, the magazine noted that “in the last 10 years, Asia and Latin America have burst into the scene with seven new billionaires in the Top 50 – and so has Africa, which now has a billionaire of its own, Aliko Dangote, a cement and sugar magnate from Nigeria.” President Goodluck Jonathan also made the list, even though he was not mentioned in the side note source: http://www.thescoopng.com/jonathan-dangote-kumuyi-make-fp-list-of-500-most-powerful-people-on-the-planet/ |
Lagos – A Ghanaian, who was charged with theft of motorcycle spare parts valued N550,000, on Monday urinated in court when a two-count of offence of conspiracy and stealing was read to him. Mohammed Daniel, 34, whose address is unknown, sells pastries (puff-puff). The edgy accused urinated on the floor of the Ebute Meta Magistrates’ Court as he was docked. Daniel immediately pleaded guilty to the charges. Earlier, the prosecutor, Cpl. Iyobosa Onaiwu said the offences were committed on March 25 at 12.15 p.m. at No. 23, Coate St., Ebute Meta. She said the accused went into the shop of one Mr Silva Chinemadu and stole the spare parts. Onaiwu noted that the offences contravened Section 285 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2011. The accused may be sentenced to three years imprisonment, if convicted, under Section 285, while conspiracy attracts a two-year jail term. The Magistrate, Mr F. J. Adefioye, adjourned the case to May 6 for fact and sentence. (NAN) source: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/04/ghanaian-urinates-in-court-over-n550-000-theft-charge/ |

An explosion has been reported near the Emir’s palace in Kano. The explosive device, driven in a keke NAPEP tricycle, went off metres away from the palace’s back fence, very close to the central mosque where the Emir prays on Fridays. Muktar Ahmed who prayed at a Mosque close by, minutes before the explosion, said the explosion occurred shortly after the Ishai prayer time, around 8:00 p.m. The casualty rate is still unknown as the police are still awakening to the incident. “The scene of the incident was immediately barricaded by the police,” Mr. Ahmed said. The Emir of Kano, Ado Bayero, was a target of an assassination attempt in mid January. He was attacked by gunmen on a Saturday afternoon leading to the death of his driver and his orderly. The gunmen laid ambush on the convoy of the Emir around the Zoo road when he was returning from the Murtala Mosque in the city where he had gone to attend a Quranic recitation competition. He sustained minor injuries and was flown to London for treatment. It is unclear if the latest attack was targeted at the Emir. The Kano State Police spokesman, Rilwanu Dutse, could not be reached for details of the incident as he did not pick or return calls made to his phone. apala911: The Commissioner of Police in the Federal Capital Territory, Olufemi Ogunbayo, has stated categorically that there was no assassination attempt on politician and activist, Dino Melaye. Mr. Melaye had claimed – in a story that went viral on social media – that his vehicle was attacked on Monday night in Abuja’s Central Business District. HOW DID THE POLICE KNOW THIS? |
“The police have gone to the scene of the crime and we could not find any car parked there; no trace of shells on the ground.” The Commissioner of Police in the Nigerian Capital, Abuja, Olufemi Ogunbayo, has denied that there was an assassination attempt on leading opposition politician, Dino Melaye. Mr. Ogunbayo stated this in a telephone interview with PREMIUM TIMES on Wednesday. Mr. Melaye said his vehicle was shot at on Monday night in the Central Business District of Abuja; and the former federal lawmaker described the incident as an assassination attempt. Speaking to PREMUIM TIMES on Tuesday evening, Mr. Melaye said he reported the attempted assassination to the Abuja police boss and would further look up to God for more protection. Mr. Ogunbayo confirmed that Mr. Melaye did actually report the incident, but said it could not be described as an assassination attempt as there was no evidence of gunshot. The police boss narrated what Mr. Melaye reported to the police. He said the ex-lawmaker said he was on his way home from the National Hospital, Abuja in his airconditioned car, all windows wound up, and was listening to cool music when he noticed a range rover sport golf car drive past his. “The car was said to have parked few meters away from his and the next thing he (Mr. Melaye) heard was a loud sound which he thought was a gunshot. Dino Melaye never said the shot was aimed at him,” the police boss said. Mr. Ogunbayo said, “The police have gone to the scene of the crime and we could not find any car parked there; no trace of shells on the ground.” “And there is car dealer store at the area which we went to ask if they heard any gunshot and they said no they never heard any gunshot,” he added. The police boss said further investigation showed that Mr. Melaye’s car window is not bullet proof; and if there was a gunshot it would have penetrated straight into the car and he would have been shot dead. He said the window has a sign of a crack on it, which could have been a result of the loud sound. “If they had wanted to kill Dino, they do not need to drive and park meters away from Dino’s car before shooting, they would have just blocked his car and shoot him at the spot, so that cannot be called an attempted assassination. And how then is it possible for you to be in your car wind up enjoying the air condition and a very cool music and then you hear a gunshot?” he said. Mr. Ogunbayo said Mr. Melaye’s car has been returned to him and further investigations are ongoing on the matter. Mr. Melaye, formerly a member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party is now one of the most vociferous critics of the federal government. He is now a member of the opposition Action Congress of Nigeria and has been at the forefront of the demand for probity and accountability in government. Previous studies on women’s preferences for male genital size have been mixed, and even though it is the men who typically worry about the size of their own genitals, it is not unusual for women to prefer large-size male Instruments, even if it is up to a point. But scientists have always argued that the old studies relied on questionnaires, which they say may not always provide honest answers. However, it is now scientifically proven that size does, indeed, matter significantly because women tend to be more attracted to men with large genitals. A new study by Australian researchers found that while the average woman rates the average man with large genitals more attractive, large genitals also give tall men a bigger attractiveness boost than shorter men. A publication of the study result in the journal of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, however, notes that the returns on bigger genitals start to decrease at a flaccid penile length of 2.99 inches (7.6 centimeters). The study suggests that women’s preferences for bigger male genitals could explain why human males have relatively big genitals for their body size. In previous related studies, scientists only asked women to judge the attractiveness of male figures in photos with only penile size varied, when in fact no trait is ever evaluated in a vacuum. But in the Australian study, researchers at the Australian National University, showed 105 young Australian women life-size computer-generated figures of nude men, varying the figures’ flaccid penile size, height and shoulder-to-hip ratio. Height and shoulder-to-hip ratio have previously been shown as factors used by women to judge attractiveness. The computer simulations varied penile width in sync with length, so that all joysticks were proportional. The results revealed that women preferred taller men as well as high shoulder-to-hip ratios (meaning that the wider the shoulders were than the hip, the more attractive the man). Shoulder-to-hip ratio was a major determiner of attractiveness, accounting for 79.6 percent of the variation in hot-or-not ratings. Though the effect was less extreme, women also preferred larger male organs, at least up to 5.1 inches (13 cm) flaccid, which was the largest computer-generated penile size in the study. Beyond 2.99 inches, however, the additional attractiveness per extra length started to decline. When the researchers controlled for shoulder-to-hip ratio, they found that a larger penis had a greater effect on attractiveness for taller men, hinting that a larger penis just looked more proportional on a taller man’s body, the researchers wrote, or it could be that women were biased against shorter men to the extent that even large genitals didn’t help. Interestingly, women’s own features mattered as well. Researchers found that taller women were more likely to find taller men attractive. Women with greater body mass per height were slightly more likely than thinner women to weigh penile size more heavily in their judgments of attractiveness, though the difference was small. Researchers say the findings might help explain why humans have remarkably large Instruments given their average body size. It is a fact that male humans have the largest joysticks that any other primate species: For example, male gorillas can weigh as much as 180 kilograms, but their erect penis length is only about 1.5 inches (4 cm). Human males weigh about half of what gorillas do, but studies peg average erect or flaccid-but-stretched penis length from 4.7 inches (12 cm) to 6.5 inches (16.7 cm). Evolutionary biologists theorize that large human joysticks might help remove sperm from competing males during sex, but in an era before clothing, women may have been drawn to mating with men whose Instruments caught their eye. Men with larger joysticks, then, may have passed on their genes more readily, resulting in the large-genitals trait being handed down the generations. In other words, males may have females to thank for their greater-than-gorilla-sized genitals. SOURCE: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/04/women-more-attracted-to-men-with-large-genitals-study/ |
