This is the same mentality that propelled my parents to send me to uni immediately after O level. The best education is basic education (good primary and secondary) tertiary is overrated. Talking about the aftermath of learning a skill, it all depends on what kind of skill, and also how focused and overzealous one can be in his or her chosen skill, u will definitely make headway.
