In 2012, Russia and Nigeria signed an agreement on cooperation in design, development, construction, operation and eventual decommissioning of nuclear power plants in Nigeria. Nigeria intends to have its first plants operational by 2025.
South Africa has signed many of such agreements with many companies now. Signing of agreement does not mean you have signed a construction contract. The will be still a lot of procedures to be followed for a final bidder to be offered a contract and that might not even be Russia.

Olodo cheesy cheesy

All your 3 fvcking sources say the same fvking thing : South Africa is building nothing except on paper, who will pay the money is not yet known, construction site location is not even known....Nigeria is building new nuclear power plant to be located in Kogi state in next year 2016
.
As if you have started building yours. Your nuclear stations are also still on paper.

South Africa is looking forward to build more than the number it was initially agreed upon. We will probably build 20 nuclear power stations.

That is far from the reality on ground; Startimes is a very fierce rival to Multichoice, and they are gaining ground everyday due to their cheaper service; they even offer a N20 per day bouquet{thats 1.3 Rands per day} and more stimulating tv channels. Also,ACTV even offers decoders for free.
South Africa has startimes buddy.

South Africa has NOT signed any contract for any 8 nuclear power plants, Nigeria is starting construction of 4 nuclear power plants next year.

Ya gonna keep looking at us as we overtake you in all things from GDP to nuclear power !
.
Sorry you missed this important part because you always look for other things that cause you to be blind.

China, France, Russia, the United States and South Korea, as well as Japan and Canada, have all expressed interest in the project and have signed or are close to signing cooperation deals with South Africa on trade and technology exchange.

We are looking forward to double the number of nuclear power stations perhaps we will build 18 or even 20 powerstations

Rosatam has also signed and the French company also did.

Citation needed to prove that the Gulma drone is the same Aeroster....post proof !

Gulma is made by our air force, Aeroster is owned by our Navy. Mumu grin grin

It is only a stupidd and blind man that will not see similarities.

Aerostar-the drone that Nigeria stole from Israel and claim it as theirs after Israel duped them.

The second image is Nigeria's so called first indigenous drone stolen from Aerostar.

We have Startimes,ACTV and DaarSat.
Only a minute percentage of people use Multi tv,most people use Startimes.
Try to conduct research before engaging people in debates.
Multichoice remains a leader satellite TV in Nigeria. The truth is in the events and entertainment awards that they sponsor in Nigeria.

ESKOM support the move of the government to build more nuclear power. Perhaps, the number would double.

Where u picked the gdp figure $522B for Nigeria also has that of Ghana at $ 70b but u have been spreading propaganda about Ghana's gdp being $50b
again u always brag about lagos gdp being larger than Ghana,so what? the last time i checked the state of California in USA with a population of 38m has a gdp of $2.28trillion bigger than France with a population of 65m and with the gdp of $2.1trillion.Does that mean those in France don't have comparable living standard to Californians.Again New jersey gdp is bigger than that of Sweden but the standard of living in sweden can match that NJ
Generally GDP is nothing but a number. Out of that GDP there are many people who do not see the benefits of such huge numbers.

Huu,,There are many Countries that makes it compulsory for visa applicants to undergo an HIV test before granting them Visa..... Some countries would not even grant you Visa if you test positive
You are trying to CURB the spread of HIV by importing more,,,very nice of you...
There is a list..
https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071219135631AA7Zlll
The fact remains they can never be denied visa on the grounds that they are positive.

typical Zulu blame game.
Blame the boers for our economic woes even when we lack competence and would rather scream for grants than apply ourselves to learning.
Blame foreigners for loitering your cities and infrastructure while Zulus from Soweto and khayelitsha are accustomed to peeing in the open places, and while the ANC has been looting funds and corruption is rising while public and government infrastructure decays and are left unattended.
Blame foreigners for drugs sniffing when it only takes a grand collaboration between local drug lords and foreign market to create drug market.
Blame xenophobia on foreigners taking your jobs even when Zulus are either unskilled in trade and SME'S or too filled with misplaced pride to open personal business.
Blame your women who love and marry foreigners even when Zulus would rather fall on their women in a savage heap of bestial lust than apply the skills of west african art of seduction.
Blame HIV on foreigners even though it is a byword for South Africa before 1994 , even though its vice cousin, rape is a major cultural feature of Zulus.
Blame Blame Blame. Zulus can't carry their weight with their feet. shocked cool
It is not a secret that many foreigners in SA receive ARV treatment.
If we kick them out we will only be left with almost one million of our HIV people.

Nope, many countries of the world Require a HIV test from a reputable Hospital which will be verified Before granting people visas,, If your Country does not do that,,,,Expect more,,

**Besides you should be Ashamed to state that most Nigerians in your country ALREADY have HIV before entering,, IT shows Your country is now a Dumping site For Nigeria's HIV patients And you just Disgraced your Embassies...

**How would you say Many of them CITE reasons and you still allow them enter,,,Indeed you're curbing the Spread of HIV by accommodating//importing more...
HIV is a manageable desease and thus people cannot be refused visa on the grounds that they are HIV positive.

I was at one of the hospitals in Johannesburg, where terminally ill HIV Aids patients are being taken care of, (Selby hospital, in Eloff Extension). What I saw was horrendous; it was a first hand experience of the destruction that HIV Aids could inflict on a person. When I went into conversation with some of the care givers, it was revealed to me that, usually they admit patients whose conditions have really gone bad, so as for them to get the deserved care and probably die in a dignified manner. I was also made to understand that a reasonable number of Nigerians get admitted there periodically.

Your Government grants Nigerian HIV patients visa
OR
When they get to your country they get the HIV from you...
aaww,,very nice of you to accommodate them 1 less HIV patient in Nigeria...
Nope, many of them come to the country already infected with the virus. Many of them cite the reason of not getting treatment in Nigeria.

Goodluck to you. Am happy for you too because you are infecting your neighbors seriously.
To be honest with you large majority of people who are HIV positive in South Africa are foreigners who came to SA knowing that they receive better treatment in SA than in their countries.

Yes, correctly. We manage HIV better than any country in Africa. Like I told you, we have the largest ART programme in the world.

Most HIV positive Nigerians feel that they are more accepted in society in South Africa than in Nigeria. SA accommodate over 2 million Nigerians whom many of them are HIV positive and equally add to the stats of HIV/AIDS of South Africa including those of over 10 million other foreigners in SA.

Still how many of them were infected.
As I told you, new infection cases in SA are for those who are careless. Our clinics and hospitals open 24hrs to access PEP for those who are accidentally exposed, raped or had unprotected intercourse with someone they suspected of being a carrier. It is free, you pay nothing.

Why do we still have lesser number of people dying from the virus.

You can't hide it at some point.

A country of close to 180 million people record only 200,000 people dying from the virus even without proper treatment for more than half of the people known to be leaving with the virus.
Is that not enough to prove you wrong
217 000 is a lot and it could even be higher since Nigeria are some of the countries that manage their HIV epidemic poorly.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 12:05pm On Sep 04, 2015
In SA just like we buy condoms over the counter we can as well buy home HIV testing KIT for oral or rapid aids test strips. Nigerians will run away from you can suggest they be tested in that manner. Many Nigerians in South Africa refuse medical treatment on account that they are forced to take AIDS test in SA.

why won't they have it when almost quarter of your citizens are infected. It is a national crisis.
In SA we currently have PREP and PEP. that stand for Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PREP) and Post Exposure prophylaxis (PEP) that saves lives of people. If you drink PREP you cannot get HIV even if you don't use condom and if you are accidentally exposed you have post-exposure prophylaxis that you must take within two days after intercourse that you can take to prevent HIV from gaining access to your cells.

Are you trying to twist things again you brought your proves we admitted it and we told you what you don't know.
Even UNAIDS and WHO disputes your stats and most of the researchers know that large majority of your people do not test due to the stigma of HIV virus in your country particularly in your predominantly Muslim Northern Nigeria. This is a fact.

HIV infections by countries in Africa 2015
With Nigeria sitting innocently with false stats. That map is merely based on what various countries has provided in accordance with their AIDS stats with Nigeria only giving stats that account to less than 20% of their population.

South Africa
HIV/AIDS is perceived to be more prevalent in South Africa than anywhere else worldwide. About 12% of the South African population is affected by HIV/AIDS; excluding children, that percentage rises to 18%. Additionally, the neighboring countries of South Africa are comparably affected, making them among the top infected nations of the world.
http://www.medwiser.org/hiv-aids/around-the-world/hivaids-in-south-africa/
South Africans do not live in denial as much as Nigerians do.

Nigeria records over 217000 deaths annually due to AIDS. Highest in the world.

60,000 children will not make Nigeria highest HIV infected country. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Nigeria is almost 4 times your size in population and you still have the highest number of infected people.
That is merely stats, what do you understand about that? Of course, you wouldn't understand if you haven't studied basic statistics to know how stats work.
