So, you Project Biro is from 1991....... Buhahahahahahahahahahahahah, 24 Fvcking years to procure 3 OPVs and 3 IPVs........ Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!

No wonder you clowns were ashamed to say the year!
Wow!! Wow!! Wow!!! What a lie. Project Biro was a concept which stated/proposed by 2008 defence review when the navy wanted to replace some of its ageing fleet and was given the nod by the government on valentines' day of 2014.

The project Biro was shelved from when it was proposed because it was not an immediate need of the navy.

So, Mr whatever they call you, stop misleading your fellow social friends on this forum and I really pity the source that blinded you so terribly. Perhaps you can bring in that source so that we can scrutinize it.

LOL, South Africans have over-killed themselves such that they lost count of numbers....coffin/casket sales, private mortuary, funeral undertaker career are all big business there o ! grin grin
.
Look at this fool. Murder is a prosecutable offence. More than 18 000 victims who gave up their souls at the hand of Boko Haram and Nigeria's military are recorded as war victims instead of murder victims. If that was the case Nigeria would have taken the trophy.

At 17 he is a minor, at 18 the law in Canada requires all citizens to forfeit one of their other citizenships to get Canadian and American citizenships, law is law, you Southies know nothing apart from the little happening in your ANC prison yard, you don't travel.
Wahahaha!!! Stop telling lies. One can never abandon citizenship of the country where he was born even if you like. You can only abandon citizenship which you have acquired and in maximum will have to be three if I am not mistaken. Your primary citizenship you can never abandon since everyone has to have where they were born and has to reflect on your passport. I also have Irish citizenship status which allows me to live in UK whenever I want to. I have acquired that because of my daddy who is originally from Ireland.

Killing Roland is very easy.

Jam the Roland radar, it is as easy as ABC.
Operate arial attacks only at night.
Send Umbani or Al-tariq, grandfather Roland will not do anything.
Even with the radar unjammed, grandfather Roland will never shoot down Al-tariq.

The cost of living in South Africa is really to high.Someone who earns $100 a month in Nigeria can make it far better than someone who earns $100 in South Africa. In SA that money will only take you no more than two days.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 9:42am On Jul 08, 2015
Henry120:
Cost of living, Houses/ rents in Victoria Island and many parts of Abuja are amongst the highest in the world.

Someone who is poor in Nigeria can afford to pay his bills and run his family. In South-Africa despite food stamps, your poor are still the laziest in Africa.

According to in-country Stats in South-Africa, half of South-Africans live in poverty, while the world bank puts that figure at 39%.

You are a dirt poor 3rd world country with the world's highest inequality.
You see your weakness. You selectively go for some areas in Nigeria whereas I meant it on general terms. The cost of living in South Africa is generally higher than that of Nigeria and that's a fact.

SA has less than 9% of poverty rate as confirmed by world bank

SA is an NIC as confirmed by world bank and IMF.

Those are two facts you can never change.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 9:10am On Jul 08, 2015
Henry120:
You are a world class dummy.

Even if the South-African population was over a billion people, your poverty percentage would still be 39%. It is percentages, not numbers that counts you primitive Zulu savage.

That's the point despite your supposed handouts, and food stamps you zulus can't seem to get enough of, 39% of your population still live in extreme poverty.

You are a lost cause!
That is untrue. The cost of living in South Africa is much more higher than that of Nigeria. Like I said, Someone who is poor in Nigeria is completely different to someone that is poor in Nigeria.

Besides your statistics are grossly flawed and hence are false. The world bank rates South Africa less than 10% because of their aggressive poverty alleviation programmes that they have put in place to fight poverty.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 8:53am On Jul 08, 2015
I believe without any reservations that majority of people categorised as poor in South Africa are foreigners. South Africa has an estimated 10 million illegal immigrants who live in slums in South Africa depending on the child grants that their children are being offered on the virtue of having been born in South Africa.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m):

Henry120:
Your Poverty level sits at 39%, been people who live under $1.25 a year.

Your unemployment level is 26%.

Deal with it!
Well for the sake of satisfying your imaginations and take your stats to be true. 39% of 50 million South Africans is tactically less than 26% of 180 million Nigerians. You see, there are still more people who live under poverty in Nigeria than in South Africa.

Moreover, there is no country in Africa that has radical poverty alleviation programmes than South Africa. Why do you think the whole Africa is tunning to SA including uneducated Nigerians who seek jobs and permanent residence? Being poor in SA is totally different than being poor outside SA borders, except in Europe and America.

South Africa's g20 membership expired in April 2014. Your 2nd economic status and weak GDP makes your position in G20 ripe for a review.

Your BRiC membership is by China's invitation . you're still not a flag bearing member. Learn to use the word briquette. It is your own press that coined that term to reflect your BRIC status grin.

The NIC is just a term. It means nothing substantially. Besides south Africa is an underdeveloped country as under eloped can be.

With a population of 180 million. A GDP of 594 billion dollars. Having the largest concentration of billionaires in Africa. Having Africa's largest economy. 5th world contributor to the UN. Front runner state freeing south Africa from the shackles of slavery and apartheid. Who is boss, son?

Who's got Africa's back?

When I say Nigeria, you shout AFRICA grin grin grin

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m): 2:36pm On Jul 07, 2015
Henry120:
South-Africa is a 3rd world country. Man even you can't be this delusional. I mean you live in the most un-equal country in the world, with one of the highest poverty/unemployment rates in Africa.

South-Africa's Ginicoefficient is 65%, with 100% been perfect inequality.

South-Africa's GDP per capita is $6,000, however looking at the numbers individually, South-African whites have a GDP per capita of $30,000 while Asians have a GDP per capita of $21,000.

What is the GDP per capita of Black's which make up 85-90% of the population?

I do hope for your sake, you don't actually believe your own lies.
SA is now officially NIC, unless if you don't want to move with times you will continue to call it 3rd world country.

Always running emotions all over the place, sometimes, I just can't help but think you are a girl.

6 qualified Pilots comment was made by you M.P, David Maynier of the D.A.

According to Defenceweb the SAAF only has a Gripen Air crew of 18 (Pilots and Navigtors) for 26 planes.

Instead of providing evidence that you have more than 9 qualified pilots, you instead run around this thread b1tching.

Posting photos does not prove that,

A, the Guys in the photos are all pilots

B, they are winged Pilots

C, they are trainee pilots

D, Still flying in active service

E, All Navigators

F, a mix of Pilots and Navigators.

G, are qualified pilots/navigators

H, are only qualified pilots

I, are only qualified Navigators.

I'm your photos do not prove jack sh1t!! Yet, you want us to believe they are all Gripen qualified pilots. Are you retarrded, how is that?

Stop beating about the bush, and provide evidence that SAAF has above 9 qualified Gripen pilots, as SAAF Gripen pilot shortages are well documented!
Then why do you refuse to take Mr Maynier words about the vacant posts of fighter pilots?

Maynier says the reply to his question shows that 48% of posts for combat pilots are vacant (29 of 60 posts). It takes seventeen months to train up a combat pilot.

In addition, 58 of 167 helicopter pilot posts (34%) are currently vacant. He adds that it takes sixteen months to train a helicopter pilot.

Furthermore, 30% of posts for transport pilots are vacant (48 of 156 posts) "and it takes twelve months to train transport pilots."

Who said that you don't have pilot shortage? Remember that all your fighters and trainers which are in active service do not even add up to ten in total. So, how will you know that you don't have pilot shortage when you have such few fighters. Moegoe.

I never knew that vehicles where designed on a computer and then sent to a 3d printer for the finished product.
There are special modern computerised machines like robots which does that job. With that method production will be very slow and here in SA even welders and boiler makers can do that without any challenges just by joining steel plates.

How does taking photographs make a pilot combat qualified? Even Jacob Zuma can pose for fun photo wearing pilots suit.

Is a photograph equal to standard flying hours per year? E-fool.

Dude, SAAF has ONLY 9 Gripen pilots and NONE of them is combat qualified with 150 hours flight per year, it's a pity you have not got a source to prove otherwise....your bad luck not ours
.
The age will tell you a lot about the experience of pilots. Normally pupil pilots in SAAF are between 18-22 or up to 25 when you already have a flying licence from private flying schools.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by FighterPilot(m):
Henry120:
Your numbers still do not add up. There is no evidence you have above 9 Qualified Gripen Pilots. Of that number, which of them are navigators, the photos of those Grand pa's, no evidence they are still flying. Again it still proves our point, the SANDF has the world's oldest soldiers.

Thank you for triple shooting your soweto foot.

Now, provide evidence that the SAAF has more than 9 qualified Gripen pilots? Thank you.
I won't even wonder if you can even dispute in heaven that your name was ever HENRY. Even with an open evidence in pictures you still deny that those are still pilots.

For your information, there are many pilots who are being placed on gripens platform so far. We don't know much about their daily activities and to conclude that they are doing nothing is still flawed because whenever they do not have fuel to fly gripens to accumulate enough hours they all blow the trumpet for all to hear.

And to answer on the discussion whether these are Nigerian students I cannot really confirm but I know that Nigerian military students are trained in Turkey and the uniforms they are wearing are Turkish cadet uniforms. So it is impossibile to tell from uniform whether they are Nigerian of Somali, but they do not look like Ethiopians and Somalians to me (again I am not sure)
But those have nothing to do with Nigeria sir. They are rather Somalis.
