According to a study conducted by the Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), in the year 2011, Delhi Metro has helped in removing about 3.9 lakh vehicles from the streets of Delhi."

If I remember correctly, CAN under Oritsejeafor was one of the first to "alert" the Nigerian Government that some external terrorist-organization fighters were in the North.
