U'ld call and text someone but u can't move the convo forward or contribute meaningfully, i always have to do the heavy lifting, so why texting and calling if u got nothing to say?! I think they could see that the state electoral commission is easily manipulated and used by the state governors. There is a need for an independent electoral commission that is not answerable to the governors to handle the election matters in the local government.

But INEC can do the job instead of wasting tax payers money creating and maintaining another commission. It's just for them to have offices in each local government to handle election matters there
