Going to the countries you mention, the only difference will be that you posses a temporary resident card that can show you live in that country when verification is required aside that it's no different from people operating south African PayPal account from Nigeria. There are Nigerians in UK USA and south Africa as a student, operating the PayPal of those country, when it's time for verification, your passport will be accepted. So even if you are in Nigeria you can verify your Lesotho PayPal account with your Nigerian Passport.
There are legit business and personal PayPal account users in those countries that still have the common PayPal problems. 1. Marry a girl that has a good proper home training

You see the last point is the most important, women are created to adapt to whomever they are with at a particular time. Being bitter about women from my observation is not the solution, so far men won't become MEN(Masculine), women will find it hard to become SUBMISSIVE ( feminine) as a result of law of polarity. The prevalence of evil is ALWAYS the weakness of good.

A recent BBC report states that there is a 4% increase in respiratory illnesses in Rivers State, and in 5yrs times there will be an increase in respiratory tract infections and cancer.

Here are the tips on how to survive the soot.

1. Clean your room/house regularly.

The soot usually settles on surfaces inside and outside the house. Mop floors and clean surfaces with damp clothes more often, daily if possible. This is very important if you’ve got kids around.

2. Reduce ambient air in the house by keeping the windows shut or curtains down.
This is best if you have an air conditioning system due to the heat. But it helps reduce the entrance of dirty air into your house.

3. Clean your AC air filter weekly, and you’ll be surprised. Whether at home or office, please do this for your health sake. The soot is trapped there, so clean up. Also, clean your window net.

Reduce outdoor activities if possible.

4. Outdoor activities such as morning jogging are now dangerous! I repeat, dangerous! The high humidity during early hours makes the air heavy with soot and its risky for you while engaging in any cardiovascular exercise.

5. Change your beddings more often if you leave your windows open. The same applies to your curtains. Also, flip the clothes you dry outside before taking them inside.

Rwanda that is poorer and more useless than Nigeria is where you are advicing people to go to. Doing well yet per capita income is still less than 800 USD. Nigeria as poverty capital of the world with an even larger population has a higher per capita than they do. Honestly I have been to like 10 African countries and aside South Africa, you are better off in Nigeria. Moving from Nigeria to any of these shithole countries is a serious downgrade that you will regret to eternity. You can't make money In Nigeria with its population and it's resources and it's Rwanda you think you will make it lol.

You are taking of IT and calling Rwanda. Nigeria has the best programmers in Nigeria. Most of the venture funding coming to Africa is coming to Nigeria and the few tech unicorns present in Africa are Nigerian. If you are looking to migrate within Africa and it's not South Africa, don't bother.

I agree with you on some points. Seriously Nigeria when it comes to business is the best place in Africa to be, just that the country has a very huge leadership problem, if not I would choose Nigeria to any other African country. Very interesting thread. I assume the op is in his early 20s. Well what I would advise is to buy food to stock your house. Don't keep an ATM card with u(if u have one throw it away). Just withdraw the 8k and tell yourself this is for this month. Try to be disciplined and make sure u don't spend more than that amount every month. I think things should be abit cheaper there in Aba than in Lagos or Portharcourt. Just try I think it's possible!
