SportsRe: Despite AWCON Victory, Falcons Slip In FIFA Ranking by Flango:
shocked
For those who talking of performance, football is rated by FIFA by results only.

That said, you earn points in the ranking by winning games of significance. The significance of a game is measured by the competitive nature of the game (competitive games carry more points than friendlies) as well as the position of the teams you win on the ranking. That explains why countries seek for high profile friendlies. The European teams will always do well coz they play with teams of high ranking both in friendlies and competitive games.

That simply means that Zambia will get far more points for beating Nigeria than if Nigeria beats Zambia.

Nigeria won just two games against far lower teams, lost to a better team in South Africa, then drew other big matches in Cameroon and South Africa (penalties don't count as victory, it's just a way of eliminating one team. Those who are play bets understands).

You see, Nigeria did not win enough to climb the the rankings cool

Even if the Pope comes out for election in Nigeria, issues will always arise. I'd like this election to be at least 90% about capability.

Unfortunately, APC or PDP will win the elections. If that happens, El Rufai may defect to PDP, or Uche Secundus, may even defect to APC. And Nigerians continue in their struggle sad

While I think these companies should be more considerate with regards to age, I can understand some situations.

First, tertiary institutions don't train employees for a particular company, hence, the need for companies to mould the employee to their taste. For some this can take some years of training and learning on the job which makes it necessary to recruit youngsters.

Secondly, the youngsters are most likely single, energetic and have less responsibilities. They are also flexible and highly mobile. This means that their jobs are the only thing they have to focus on, at least for the short term. It will be nice to get the best of their youthful period.

Finally, you might need employees who have served the company for many years and still have time to take up management positions.

Even football clubs go for certain age brackets when looking at the long term.

But I think 30 years and below is fine for such peculiar needs, not all those below 24 with 10 years experience. angry

I'm talking about graduate trainee, and not all job types

It's difficult to have a system that works perfectly for all at the same time.

I once visited a prison, and was moved to tears on seeing the inmates. I earnestly prayed for their freedom. Then I came out, and I remembered the pain I felt when I lost my phone, a friend who was robbed, the child that was raped, etc. I became confused.

As much as I'd like to forgive, I keep wondering how we can stop them from crime again. Then in school, I usually feel for the cultists in danger and still see them wreck havoc without remorse.

If that man his freed, he'll likely kill again. Some of them are hardened criminals.

I heard a man telling his colleague that if he comes back to this life again, he'll be an armed robber. I was shocked. You can even wish to be Bill Gates or the Pope or even a middle class professional like doctor or anything. As free as a wish is, someone cannot wish for a noble life sad sad

If Jonathan was removed after one term, and we manage to remove Buhari after one term, who said Atiku can't be ousted in one term too. huh

Nigerians should keep changing them till they realise power is for the people and not by regional calculations.

Luis Aragones. The guy who started it all. Spain under him was great in that 2008 championship. Football will continue to miss him.

And Silva's set of midfielders are majorly in their 30's now. With so much emphasis on pace and physicality in the modern game, they might be the last. Then the Pogba's of this world will reign supreme

The process is deliberately programmed to ensure that the educated and informed citizens of the country will not have access to the voters card.

The card is for the jobless members of society who will give out their votes for #1000 or a bit more.

For those of us who don't yet have the means to travel around the world, we rely only on the media for happenings globally.

The message we got from the western media prior to the world cup was that Russia isn't fit enough to host the competition. With messages of racism, intolerance, politics etc. preached to us on a daily basis.

With the way this world cup is going so far with so much fun, and the fans enjoying themselves, I wonder how the west are feeling right now.

I can't wait for 2026 so I can make comparisons.

Moral is: Stop believing you own the world, and that others are not capable of doing great things.

A better team would have punished us badly.

How do you allow a team below average like Algeria create so many clear cut scoring opportunities?

EducationRe: Delta State University, Abraka 2015/2016 Admissions by Flango: 9:30am On Oct 22, 2015
For those who gained admission into the faculties of management science and agriculture in Asaba, you can pay for all ur fees in abraka.

However, it's important to note that your medical fee is for the medical center in Asaba where ur screening will take place.

There's a different account number for it in Asaba. You must pay in Asaba.

please be guided because last year there were cases of students who paid acceptance fee twice because they initially made there payment in abraka. The medical center in Asaba may not accept that.

Notwithstanding, if u ask, I'll advise u come to Asaba for ur screening and pay all ur fees there.
So that, in case u have any problems, u won't have to shuttle to abraka.
Transportation is a big expense, and u need all the money u can save, especially for ur first year. Just an advice though...

If u have good proof with. credible medical reports, I think ur case is considerable.
just ensure that u're honest with ur claims, then, get ur. parents involved as u approach the relevant authorities.
