In the first place, how do you even spend lavishly when you're poor?
You didn't even say "when you're broke". |

SultanOfAbia: It is very easy to make money in Nigeria
Just remove SHAME... That's all
If you don't have any single atom of Shame U will make bastard money in Nigeria
Nigerians love stupid irrelevant news
If you can remove shame and act a fool everyday,
Trust me Nigerians will make you rich
Nigerians don't value the good and normal Nigerians love abnormal things
If you can remove shame and dignity and just supply the majority of Nigeria with useless contents. U don blow💥💥 I saw a video on IG. Where a lady was trying to explain how content makers in Nigeria are finding it easier to blow, than their counterparts in the UK... Nigerians were arguing and hurling insults at her. Omoh. I agreed with her to an extent. There are loads of foreign artists, comedians, actors etc that I stumbled upon their works, and had to ask, how on earth is this talent yet to blow? Do you know that Sia's has gotten nine grammy nominations since 2012, but the singer-songwriter, record producer, and music video director has yet to win a Grammy? Portable might even win a Grammy before her... Anyway. Congrats to Portable! Him Grace sure! |

Oh boy.
As much as I'm not doubting the authenticity of these allegations, it would be more professional if articles like these come with either a picture, a memo (like Betta Edu's).
This piece just sounded like one of them Sahara reporter's article.
That being said, there is practically nothing that is impossible in Nigeria.
Nothing! |

It even goes beyond that...
Mere looking at a woman, whom you are not married to in a lustful manner, is as good as sleeping wit her.
And you know what the Bible says about such temptation?
Matthew 18:9 New King James Version (NKJV) And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire. |

Impregnable101: Usually, people with this kinda attitude don't last but i pray for him dfrost: Something is definitely wrong with Wike. I hope he finds peace. What's wrong with you people? So demanding that employers send in tax payments for their employees is now a crime? Yet you envy countries that have an efficient tax system, and are achieving much with the revenues they generate from tax payments.. Since Wike became minister, alot of development has been going on in the FCT. Abandoned roads are being executed, a bit of sanity has been restored. In less than 1 year, only El-Rufai has matched Wike's performance. Personally, I don't like him, but that won't stop me from giving him accolades when he deserves it. |

Lifeinlight: This is the reason why those Npower beneficiaries should enter the street right away and demand for their outstanding stipend to be paid once with immediate effect without any delay or waiting for any rubbish investigation. Those politicians do not care for any of them. They don't care if they exist. This is the right time to protest and demand for it. It's long overdue. The money has been recovered so it should be release ASAP without delay. These politicians earn in millions and even steal billions of naira if not dollars. Yet, they refused to pay those Npower beneficiaries ordinary 30k stipend for supposed graduates
I weep for my country If you audit that Npower program very well. You'd discover that there are thousand of ghost beneficiaries. The monthly stipends are recovered backend from the beneficiaries. I remember a scandal involving dbanj with this same Npower. That one has been swept under the carpet. |

The other half is probably given to party leaders to distribute to their ward as a way of securing their votes for the next elections. Bro. I tell you, if there is just one person that he made sense to, then you are the one who has made zero sense instead. And I tell you, he made sense to me, big sense indeed.
This is why only mature men can control women. If you see little things that can cause problem in your marriage, it's better to let it go instead of trying to assert yourself always.
There is nothing someone will say on this Nairaland that you will not see one witch coming to talk nonsense about it. This nonsense must stop in this 2024.
