Tonytonex: those ones are understandable and are in order. It's expected.
But what about works that use of phones doesn't affect.
But some people will still say no use of phones. Just because of wickedness There's no job that employees efficiency canot be affected by "distraction"... If you have a business or you are a supervisor in an office, you will understand better. Before we banned the use of cellphones during working hours in my unit, I used to see grown up adults log in to Netflix, YouTube, Facebook etc. some minutes after 8am on a Monday morning. Omoh leave ooooo. |

Tonytonex: that is a different thing. That one is due to work hazard. You're not expected to use phone in those places na. Would an employer ask employees or to use phones during work just like that? In banks - to avoid distracttions and for security. In production sites - because of flammable gases and other materials that may react to your phone's magnetic field. There are intelligence departments that you're not allowed to use any digital device. It's for the safety and security of everybody. |

Rapmoney: It is a normal work rule for employees not to use mobile phones during work hours, except using mobile phones is part of your job description.
However, due to the fact that some employees tend to flout the rule, some employers, especially in one-man businesses, have deemed it fit to ask employees to submit their phones when they arrive work in the morning and collect back after work.
As a worker, can you work in a place where it is required that you submit your phone?
Drop your opinion. What if it was an oil rig? |
Career › Re: Can You Work In A Place Where You Submit Your Phone Everyday? by flexyrule(m): 7:39pm On Apr 01, 2023 |
U no ready be that.
When you have mouths to feed, bills to pay and family responsibilities, having a phone while at work will be the least of your problems.
What am I even saying?
If you were a military personnel drafted to the warfront, would you even be thinking of your phone? |

I think Chelsea should dump this idea of buying youngsters, hoping to groom them into stars... It ain't working!

Eno - definitely from Akwa Ibom.
Akwa Ibomites are the most humble, respectful and enterprising tribe in Nigeria.
And they are number 2 on the list of oil producing states.. Yet, you don't get to hear any noise from them.
If most states have a quarter of their resources, they would have held the country ransom. |

akpunda86: Good morning all. Please Genuine Civil Servants working here,How long after getting your appointment letter does it take you to do capturing.
I have a problem my wife was given an appointment letter since september last year and have been awaiting to be captured into the government payroll. To me she has been scanned cos getting an appointment letter is easy very easy from Abuja ,but getting captured Na the Koko cos not easy getting paid. Me as a man ,iv done my part but from day 1 I told her Na scam but u know with women. This Jobs are organised by a syndicate ,like I heard they were like 40 taken, and I believe all they are waiting for is May 29,they slug in their names ,the man is his her uncle but I might expose him soon as all transfers made via my account.
I need hear from genuine civil servants pls. Total each candidate paid was 2 million. My brother, it doesn't end at getting captured. These hoodlums have upped their game. You can be captured and still not earn a penny from the government. They have people at the ministries, the Accountant General's office and with the IPPIS department. For two years now, I have been trying to help a friend recover 1.5m she gave one civil servant for a government job. Mind you, she was captured. They claimed the Head of Service cancelled the recruitment... |

Dear Nobody(s),
Know your place in this country. Most of you cannot even afford to hire a lawyer, some of you still live with your parents, you don't know anybody and nobody knows you, all you have is a 2 gig Ram Itel you use in abusing people on the Internet.
Nigeria is a funny country, you will be tracked, arrssted and jailed for nothing. And yes, nothing will happen!
The best you can do is create hashtags and mention popular celebrities who understand the system and know the limit to which the spew thrash online and offline.
You better face your life and leave the internet alone.
When hand reach you, you will understand that this place doesn't guarantee anyone any human right.
Jaruma, with all her millions couldn't save her asss from going to Suleja prison... Talkless of you brats earning less than 100k per month.
Naija will f*ck you up and nothing will happen.
Thank you.
Warm regards. |
