MadCow1:Actually, there is no need for it. Just know that it is. |
MadCow1:Will you be surprised if I prove to you that Rwanda is 100 times better than the Nigeria of today? |
"PhD with 4 years teaching experience" Lemme say you finished your PhD at 35, plus 4 years teaching experience. You are looking for people who are in their 40's who are "willing to serve alone" ![]() In "Rwanda and Gambia" ![]() Who is this recruiter ![]() |
See all the insults someone has to take in living outside your country and just trying to survive. Nigerian politicians/bad politics, since 1960, have successfully driven many decent people away from home. There is no sense of pride, no sense of belonging. Just managing to keep afloat. Don't get it twisted, even Nigerians that have naturalized in other countries still face daily struggles of discrimination, but we still keep dragging on. A lot of us, myself inclusive, will love to come home. But there is no "home" at home |
TheKingIsHere:How best can I relay this message to you nah. Even if it was printed yesterday, the idea is that it will be used in successive years. The old one probably died out after the last use or something. Student's union contribution is about N200 yo N500. How much do you want the student union to give the overall best? Owing to the fact that they still give other awards, condolences, weedings, get togethers etc. They don't prin the banner every year! I heard from a reliable source that the girl got many awards that day too. This na student play play get together. GTB is advertising their bank on the banner. Shuuuuuuu ![]() Nah mehn, this money dey give you headache no be small. |
TheKingIsHere:Have you thought for a second why her name is not on the banner? Its because the banners are for yearly-use. Its for every year's best student for a long long time. The students are having fun. Please don't criticize blindly. |
goldfish80:You are wise. |
Contract sweeper ke?! ![]() What exactly is now the work of the government since almost every section this country is in the hands of private individuals/companies in the name of "contractor"? This Nigeria tire me sef. The government lends out its responsibilities to "contractors" to save cost. Noone monitors the contractors. The contractors in turn maltreat the citizens. Its a sad tale Check it, it happens in every sector of this goddamn country! Contract bankers, contract drivers, contract sweepers etc. Someone works for many months and you don't pay them. How will they cater for their families? How do you even sleep in peace? Why won't crime rate be on the increase? When will all these rubbish end? ![]() As a contract staff, you don't enjoy the priviledges of a full staff (medicals, pensions, allowances). And these are the expenses the government runs away from leaving citizens in the hands of human wolves. Horrible / irresponsible government since 1960 |
Nice family picture. Mama is cute, Papa get swag But this Laura sef... The only one that bleched. The one one that is opening nyash ![]() Plus no sleeves. The way she is all over the media, you'll think she Linda's only sibling ![]() |
DrayZee:Read my post again. Jumia is a private business. NIPOST is a national carrier. Their full presence will make delivery services cheaper and also bring the government closer to the grassroots. Besides Jumia will only deliver things you buy from their stores. What about sending your younger brother his admission letter to him in the village? Jumia will do that too? ![]() |
madgoat:Not only letters need to be delivered. I've been expecting NIPOST to lead in delivery services in Nigeria. Why will I have to use UPS or DHL to deliver documents from one street to another within Lagos? Or give them to Peace Driver to take it to Markudi? Or buy some stuffs online and there is no delivery company to bring it to my village in Sanko? These are some of the things the National Carrier should take charge of. NIPOST shouldn't be left for dead! |
dhope001:...ends meet. |
Buhari is really taking the Citizens of Nigeria for granted. |
Akalia:Oga o, I'm busy but I'm gonna reply you just this last time. Vain glory you say? Ain't you waiting for your "someday" reward. Whether it's here on earth or in heaven that you wanna get, its left to the giver. Stop judging him with your own yardstick. I told you before, people define their successes in different ways. Free the guy! |
Akalia:This grandma is not on Nairaland nah. How you want make this Uncle to enjoy his fame? Kilodd ![]() |
Lemme tell you what is happening... Constitutionally, the president cannot be out of the country for more than 90 days else his seat will be declared vacant by the senate. And a new president will be made - I guess the Vice by right. Ok, so its a few days to 90 days that the president is away. And all manner of dramas are bound to be played by the "born to rule" people. Including the rise is Boko activities. All na to make sure that power doesn't leave the North. My observation is that the president is critically sick - at best. But they will manage to smuggle him into Nigeria. Snap him a picture or two siting on a table with bananas and smiling. Gbam! Next on the news: Buhari returns home for his presidential duties. Haters think Buhari is dead. "The president will be working from home" - Uncle Lai Or any other gabberish that distracts the attention of Nigerians. Last last, the seat is still his/theirs. Well for a few days or weeks before he "goes back to London for check-up till his doctors allow him to come back". This usually happens few days to the expiration of 90 days Then the cycle continues till ...... 2023. Who knows |
Akalia:To encourage people like you to give. Biko free the guy. If people post their success stories in form of weddings, parties, birthdays, graduation ceremonies, new houses, vacations and you don't have a problem with it, I see no reason to beef this guy. Let him enjoy his reward and fame here on earth first. Ehh... after-life, we will talk about the after-life reward. The guy true biko. I've liked all the prayers for him on the first page |
Powder or bleaching cream? |
Learning the language is very very important. I can tell you how much learning fluent Chinese has helped me personally. Same beautiful experiences for many of my friends who took time and pains to learn the language. While some others feel there is no need since their classes will be in English, others say the language is too hard (I agree). Others think there will no need for it in the future - imagine. Excuses! Just last week, I got a work visa there in the Abuja consulate. My visa got stamped the same day that I took my documents there. No prior booking! Just me one on one with the Chinese consular. I just explained myself to him in undiluted Chinese. He was shocked. The rest is a happy ending That's my latest language breakthrough.Same way, the day 5 of us Nigerians went for Huawei interview. Only one person got called, guess who? ![]() Sit your damn ass down and learn. Stop "painting the town red" with scholarship money! |
decatalyst:Abeg bring the poison, I dey wait. ![]() Kids everywhere SMH |
decatalyst:I knew you don't "know book" ![]() |
decatalyst:Trying too hard to be noticed? Those girls are wearing skin color leggings! Same with Chinese people. When I wear dark brown leggings here, ignorant Chinese folks like you think its my skin color too. |
Why give an absentee student a score in the first place ![]() APC is just a media government and their propaganda will not let us see road in this country. Under these miscreants, Nigeria is irredeemable. Tufiawa! |
30 years. Mother of 6 children. What does she do for a living? Sorry about your cancer madam. |
Andy Uba Buhari Dino... Anambrarians ain't that stupid nah Mucheche |

NorthSide:She gasto add her Dad's name to stay relevant. |
See the segregation Religion is causing to humanity!!! Is no longer between Christian and Muslims. Its now Christians and fellow christians! Sister, how I wish you can understand that Religion is a scam! ![]() |
No course for alarm. You can still be the President of Nigeria ![]() |
Tolexander:You are right. I'll edit |
