they won't stop people from writing the pume, they'll collect your money, give you provisional admission if you beat d cut-off but won't hesitate to strike out your name at d screening if you fall short of requirements and then fill up your slot with another's name from the subsequent lists.

well i can tell you from first-hand experience that the screener will strike your name outta d list if you won't b 16 by the stipulated date--or you don't meet other entry requirements. The only option( if it's even an option) is to ditch your birth cert for a doctored declaration of age or sth like that...
