We traded our core values of discernment and wisdom for gullibility and naivete when you sold us that sob story about you having no shoes and you being our God-given choice and we bought it |

Tiwa wey her hips start from her ribs ![]() |
Sanboy25:There's no such thing as striking again. It's just plain stupid to propose to a woman twice. Marriage is serious business and one doesn't beg another or appeal to the other's sentiment or sympathy to obtain an affirmation. A marriage born of out such acquiescence is a recipe for disaster. A man will propose to you when he's certain he wants to spend the rest of his life with you so you don't refuse that just for kicks! |
@ topic. I don't know the exact reason why but aside from the wicked unscrupulous nameless traders who add stones/concrete debris to beans to make it plenty or the ones who spike bread with bromate so when greedy ppl see it they hastily buy the big poison, or the ones who boil corn with saccharide; what pains me most is when you see a quality promising brand(food, confectionary etc) which perhaps understandably offers low penetration price at introduction only to begin to 'monkey' with quality until finally the product is reduced to utter nonsense. Why not charge more and maintain quality, and create another cheap brand to satisfy those who can't be bothered with what they eat? You wonder what the SON and consumer protection are doing? |
pDude:They're the living dead, ticking time bombs. Ever wondered why average life expectancy is 46? |
Pretyangel25: Tall, handsome, intelligence, God fearing.I heard a God-fearing guy is one who fears and flees when God is mentioned ![]() |
Kamanda: Mr Small man, what does you means?-PJI can pretend you understand what I mean and are just trying to be funny or I could just hand you a copy of brighter grammar |

Madam you'd sooner learn how to speak good English than end teenage pregnancy. |
Dear God, the things that are here done--and undone in your name *sighs* |
The shows that the gender equality advocates and feminism crusaders have so much work cut out for them. The ubiquitous internet blowhards who come on here are just an infinitesimal proportion of the largely ignorant and naive women who see cheating and domestic violence as perfectly normal! As much as Im not an enthusiast of the fiery extremist type feminism, I find this responses shocking... |
nikkypearl: @op..U so cute!wowwwwThis gbagaun is sexy too ![]() |
This got me checking my dictionary for the meaning of 'influential' |
The sense behind soldiers parading themselves menacingly on cities and civilian areas, that sense I'm yet to find. The duty of the army is the protection of the territorial integrity of the state NOT the maintenance of law and order. That job belongs to the police, nscdc and other law enforcement agents. What concerns a soldier with a traffic offence? Soldiers should either stay in the barracks or those porous borders where insurgents and terrorist stroll across like kitchen to living room. Unfortunately this is Nigeria and I can't pretend anything works here the ideal way. What is particularly disturbing is that some ppl rationalise this behavior and call it discipline or what else...Reminds me how university graduates will sometimes be slapped or savagely punished for being 'rude' to a soldier all in the name of NYSC. Isn't it expected of sb who has received military training to show restrain and know that a civilian is no physical match for him?? I have no love for this uniformed zombies who turn brutalise and 'discipline' those they took oath to protect... |
An ultimatum is a threat. Most ppl don't handle threats well at all much less in a relationship where ego, mutual esteem, respect etc are such big issues. They either cower to keep up or fight back. Either way, it seldom ends nice. |
The guy behind her, don't know what he's doing but that looks like a reaction to a fart to me ![]() |
@bukatyne. If id seen your post, I would not have bothered to type me. You summed up my opinion. |
poshdiva: Abegi! Stop looking for an excuse. This type of attitude as you called it is so that I won't kill myself or breakdown when the man is enjoying himself somewhere. I will now sit in one corner crying and refuse to eat. Mtcheeeew!Ok granted it's true that sb who's inclined to cheat will do so no matter what another does to make him act in the the contrary, it still doesn't eliminate the chance of an induced tendency to cheat. One shouldn't constantly drive their spouse/partner up the wall and then cry foul when that partner reaches the breaking point and seeks escape outside. Like someone wise once told me, a problem in a relationship is never solely the fault of one partner, no matter how apparently guilty the one party looks; both are culpable. Still I'm strongly opposed to cheating and would never justify it but I also think one should make conscious and significant effort to prevent predisposing circumstances. |
poshdiva: Lol. Let me find the man worth my time and attention first then let's see how he wants to cheat. This sort of insouciant and non-commital attitude is what drives a man cheat |
gluv01: She looks cool. At least it tells off her insecurity compared to some other actresses. Two female celebs I can vat for anytime that are confident of their looks without makeup- Kate Henshaw and Ebube Nwagbo.Altogether disagreeable comment ![]() |
