Politics › Re: Niger State Government Urges FG To Consider Landmass In Revenue Sharing by flyingpig: 6:32pm On Sep 02, 2020*. Modified: 9:16pm On Sep 02, 2020 |
If Landmass is used as factor for allocating revenue then SE go poor like Somalia o
Mr Governor, how is that even logical? What does such large mass of land produce for the country? Is there any mineral that is generated and sold for foreign exchange? There is totally no PRODUCTIVITY
These greedy people are looking for dubious ways to double their allocation against the South. In fact, SE should seriously consider pressing for "number of human resources" as a factor for distributing state allocations, because such factor will place you lot on the sloppy end of the seesaw.
Nonsense and uneducated North. |

TruthinAction: This question has been bothering me. Nigeria is not a small country and is a very large market for foreign products including computers and all kinds of phones. But when one types and you to type the Naira symbol, you don't find it. I think we have to insist on it. Even in Microsoft Word, it is not included in the symbols you can insert. I think it's time we speak up against this disrespect for Nigeria. They don't regard us and we are making them rich. I agree with you. We're being disrespected despite being a dump yard for IT gadgets and softwares. |

AniOmaa: Confused monkeys that don't even know where they stand. But when it comes to matters concerning Igbos or Biafra, then they will suddenly troop in en masse with their dirty ewedu smelly selves and become expert solicitors and advisers on Biafran related issues overnight. Tinubu is behind this sponsorship. He is seeing East getting the presidency through Kalu because of fights for emancipation. He's trying to get the attention. Same way South south got vice presidency and presidency through militancy and North got presidency through boko haram by claiming they're the best people to tame their own problems. Tinubu is sponsoring these groups to take away attention from the East and have a leverage. |

LegendHero: I think we need to settle this matter between YWC and YAF.
They should organize a debate and tell us why they think the Yorubas should follow their ideologies.
YWC are soliciting for the self-determination goals of the Yoruba nation and they already made sure they got admitted into the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organisation (UNPO) within a year of their existence. Such a nice feat and they are being led by a well known credible Emeritus Professor of history Banji Akintoye.
YAF on the other hand led by Adesina Animashaun want the status quo to continue. They said Nigeria should be an indivisible entity.
Nice one that there is contrasting views, so one side should try to win over people from the other side and those still sitting on the fence with superior argument as to why the Yorubas should lean towards each of them.
Life is not about gragra or threats, sometimes you need to carry everybody along and win their heart naturally before they can give their all to things of critical importance.
As for me, I lean towards YWC school of thought. Peppysco: I shake my head for you, 2020 is not over yet but I give you the honorary award for the most foolish human of the year. The North voted an Igbo man as vice president in 1979, now, the question is, has there ever been any election for the post of the vice president in Nigeria? You see say you be mumu they voted for a north/east joint ticket, 9years after the war. If they had paranoia towards the east common sense would tell them to vote another party and candidate without igbo man on the ballot. That Shagari even finds an Igbo man trustworthy and patriotic 9years after a gory war tells you of Igbo man acceptance in the North. Leave North and igbo our bromance no be today en start. |

I don talk am, na hypocrites all of una be. The North you all despise and say damaging things against is what you expect to trust you with their votes, when they know the very 1st thing on your agenda will be Biafra, continue to masturbate on your foolishness. You no get sense. Shebi the same North voted for Igbo man as Vice President in 1979, nine years after Biafran war that was very brutal and gory. Not to mention when it is now 50 years after war. |
